Mood? Wouldn't the word "personality" fit better? Mood isn't really the right word here because it's a temporary state. On the other hand, personality is the qualities and characteristics of your character. Secondly, what's your character's history? What's his background? I think you have the physical information down but you need to flesh out the other parts of your character.
