Multiple Settings It's Time for Tea

Hi, ho! So it's that time of the month again where I'm just hunting down new 1v1 roleplays because I'm totally not procrastinating on my group roleplays.

I'm not one to waste time on introductions. I'm Aster and here are some plots in mind. Do msg me if anything catches your eye and we shall discuss things in PM.

Although, before you drop that PM, here are a few things I need to mention.

• 1. I'm looking for literate and creative writers. Quality over quantity. While I do love some juicy details, I would much prefer a RP reply where something is actually HAPPENING instead of reading just a bunch of descriptive text on what I wrote in my previous post. I'm not someone picky with response length but I usually post minimum 2 paragraphs. (But that's just me. ATM due to all the RPs I currently have, I'd like a more casual-paced RP so hopefully nothing exceeding 5-6 paragraphs if you want me to reply within the day or week).
  
  
  2. I'm in a different timezone (the majority of the Rpnation population resides in the states and I live on the other side of the world in narnia) so my replies will be delayed. Because I'm finishing up uni soon I'd be hella busy with my final semester BUT despite a hectic schedule, I will post. Just... later than most. It may take 1-2 weeks. It may take a month. I'd need a rp partner who is committed and flexible on this bc I keep most of my RPs for long term, ranging from a 1-2 years or more. On the occasion that I am free, I should be able to dish out replies on the day itself.
  
  
  3. I am looking for COMMITTED and long-term roleplayers. All my roleplays have been going on for 1-2 years and I've started many which die out within the first 3 months. I'm not too keen on repeating the latter, so please don't PM me if you have a history of dropping RPs prematurely.
  
  
  3.5 Also, if you plan on dropping a RP or leaving/going on hiatus, whatever, please inform me and let me know. It's a courtesy and I won't be upset if you do inform me (in fact I'll be less upset than if you don't). I will completely understand if some rps get boring or aren't up to taste and I too, will let you know if I plan to drop.
  
  
  4. Some writers have compatibilities with some, but not always; or so I believe. Because I'm a shit who thinks this, it'll be nice to submit a writing sample (else I'll dig it up myself if I have to) when you PM me. It'll save me the trouble of scrounging.
  
  
  5. Most important rule of all: PLEASE DON'T LET ME CARRY THE RP BY MYSELF. Roleplaying is like dancing and I rather make a fool and write by myself than write with someone who doesn't show any intention of developing the plot and character. Nothing will make me drop the RP faster like a hot potato than a RP where I have to carry.

• While I am opened to explore different themes, I do have a preference for all things with Fantasy (from high fantasy to futuristic to modern fiction). I will explore modern, slice of life prompts of the characters and their relationships are interesting enough to keep things entertaining.
  
  *disclaimer: some prompts will require the use of side characters so a lot of planning and discussion may go into the RP before it's executed. I would recommend all discussions be held on discord since I reply faster in instant chats than over PM

  There's no us in Inquisitor....wait: The Inquisitor, The Herald of Andraste, Character A, has defeated Corypheus and peace seems to have returned to the world, however as a parting gift it appears he has left a special rift in Oralius. Fearful of what this could mean the Inquisitor takes their companions and heads for the location of the rift but when out of the rift appears are band of travelers that claim to be members of the Inquisition but they appear very different. It appears that this rift has broken into the various alternate realities and have scattered Inquisitors of alternate dimensions all over Character A's reality. While some remain good hearted and righteous others come from worlds that were destroyed or assimilated by Corypheus' rule and seek to plunder this reality. Character B is an alternate Inquisitor and seeks to aid in saving Character A's reality from this invasion.
  
  
  Spoiler: Fire Emblem Fates

  So I've recently been playing through Fe: Fates and I'm still heavily disappointed in the story plot (the gameplay is great though) so I decided to make a spin off plot of fe: fates.
  
  Going along with the original plot of Nohr vs Hoshido, Muse A and B are both siblings from their respective countries, swapped at birth (like Corrin). They however, choose to side with the family they were raised by and now must fight for peace. The idea here is that Nohr's King is conquering countries around Nohr because 1. He's a power-hungry fool and 2. Because there is a lack of resources due to the lack of light in Nohr. While Nohr may lack in resources like food, it makes up for materials required for armory and smithing. It's military prowress is second to none. The OC fighting for Hoshido would be determined to take down the evil King and put an end to his dictatorial reign.
  
  Hoshido however, isn't all light and good as it makes out to be. Plotting with Iago (Nohr's advisor), Yukimura has been corrupted with remnants of the Dusk Dragon's essence and is secretly plotting to revive the beast by spilling as much blood on the dragon's resting place. Behind a facade, he manipulates the people of Hoshido to defend themselves and fight in the war. The OC fighting of Nohr has uncovered this secret with Azura's help and is fighting to expose the Hoshidan advisor.
• Okay, so this is the ships section! I'm relatively flexible in the roles I play in RPs so I can alternate from male or female if need be. I do however, have a strong preference of unconventional relationships or pairings. While I'm a sucker for fluff and romance, I don't do instant romances unless we have some solid ground or character chemistry to work on.
  
  I'm currently craving ships that focus on unhealthy relationships (perhaps mental abuse, cheating, etc.);
  - platonic best friend to lovers (and the oh, so delicious turmoil on whether or not confession is a wise decision);
  - unrequited or one-sided relationships;
  - love triangles (or squares, pentagons, whatever.);
  - fake dating;
  - long distance relationships;
  - hateships; rivalry and
  - fluffy platonic sibling relationships.
  
  For love triangle / shape prompts, I'd prefer if we use multiple OCs but main with 1-2.
  
  Hateships are pretty self explanatory but an arranged marriage for this ship would be perfect. Here are two prompt ideas for this:
  
  Spoiler: Stars and Glamour

  Muse A and B are stars from two different talent agencies and for the sake of partnership, their parents have arranged for them to get married to boost them further into stardom. Unfortunately, the two simply loathe each other but must keep appearances up for media's sake. As the date of their marriage grows closer, can the two really keep their act up or will they allow their reputation to go up in flames?
  
  For this RP, I'd prefer to play the female because I have an OC for this RP yet to be used, but I'm not against the idea of doubling should it be needed.
  
  
  Spoiler: You've Got to be Kidding Me

  Two countries, the north and the south, with vastly different cultures have been at war for the longest time. Now to put an end to the fighting sides, an arranged marriage from the royals have been set to seal the peace. Unfortunately for Muse A, her husband to be is a major flirt and harems are acceptable (if not common) in his country. The two would have to set their differences aside and forced to go along with the engagement for the sake of their countries.
  
  Setting wise: Muse B's country is set in a desert terrain kind of location based off ancient Egypt and Middle Eastern civilizations like Egypt. Muse A's country could either be European based or Eastern / Oriental based, so long as it's different and contrasting with Muse B's.
  
  I'll be playing Muse B (the playboy prince) in this case. Multiple OCs may be used.
  
  For Long Distance and Best Friends to Lover, it'll probably be an interesting RP to keep light and casual for a good slow burn. Could possibly throw in a dash of dorming into the mix as well. The other prompts ships are pretty self explanatory but I would love to dish out the details with my RP partners! If any of these catch your interest, feel free to PM away.
