With advancements in medicine, who knows what'll happen in the next 50 years. I doubt they'll create an immortality serum, but they may develop ways to extend human life some. That would be fun.

In a physical aspect, doubtful. Death comes at some point or another. However, your name, and memories that involve you, will live past your age span and can be passed down through generations. Write a book, keep a journal, or create a piece of art. All of those can withstand the test of time. So, in philosophical aspect, they will keep you "alive" for a long long time.
