Help Is there a way I can stop my account from forcing me to do a two-step verification?

Hello!

I'm terribly sorry if this is a dumb question, but I've searched through the Frequently Asked Questions thread—as well as numerous posts from users—and haven't been able to find a solution to my issue. Whenever I log in via my phone and gaming PC, I have to have a code sent to my email to log in every 30 days. I have two-step verification disabled, as I wish for both of my devices to always be trusted devices, but it still continues to log out both of my devices every 30 days. Is it supposed to be this way, or is there something I can do to ensure that my devices are always trusted?

It seems to be set correctly on the backend, so I'm not sure why it's still continuing to send you the code. This might sound silly, but could you try turning 2fa on, and then off again? It's possible the system just needs a nudge.
