Is the undo function broken for anyone else?

So, I'm typing a post, paste some information and begin to edit it in to my post. I crtl+z after accidentally deleting some letters and instead of it restoring the letters, it deletes everything I posted before I hit paste.


Ctrl+Y does nothing to restore it so I have to rewrite it all again. Is this a bug? Or is this just how things are?

Unfortunately the controls behind the text editor are out of our control. It seems that ctrl-Z actually seems to empty the editor, or return to the previous entry. So, it seems to be that ctrl-z (undo) is basically a useless tool. Sorry D=


To fix it, press Ctrl+Shift+z, not Ctrl+y
