Realistic or Modern Is anyone interested in a prison role-play?

Mass incarceration is a problem in America today.

Possible storylines:

• Your character is accused of a wrongdoing he or she did not commit. S/he is found guilty and sentenced for life. How do they cope? What goes through their head? Will they come to terms with this system of injustice?
• Your character is a minority group who is discriminated against. Ditto to above.
• Your character is a privileged (likely white) man who committed a felony but managed to get someone else to take the blame instead. Explain. Get into his head.
• (others as you come up with them)

Looking for 5-6 people who can post at least once a week.

Use of Discord for communication and collaboration.

Which begs the question of how this'll be executed.

If you go the 'Classic' Route it'll be every person for themselves, each playing a character (preferably of different background).

You can also go an 'Alternate' Route which will have you all working together to write this story in an authorly collaboration!

Furthermore, there will likely be a research-intensive session before we begin roleplaying because I think accuracy is very important for this one. (BTW it'll all be present day stuff. So a Modern RP.)
