The fictional Ironacre City is the second largest city in the state of New York. The city is one of wealth and power, with businesses able to thrive if they're strong enough to win out in the ruthless and competitive market. Carson Enterprises is currently the most successful and profitable business right now, with the CEO, Mr Carson, being a fine mixture of intelligence, charisma and generosity. It's a great place to live if you're rich, powerful and successful.

The streets, however, are not so lavish and hospitable. The crime rate is at an all-time high, from petty thefts to murders and organised crime. The city's prominent hero sure does have his hands full protecting this city, especially since the emergence of the city's most dangerous, super-powered villain.

For our hero and villain, life isn't just about protecting the city or bringing chaos to it. These people have family, friends and colleagues who they have to shield from their secret life. How do they protect their loved ones from the dangers of their double-life? How is life for their loved ones, living amongst a hero/villain without even realising? Do they suspect anything? Even more concerning... are they at risk?

Personality:
Sebastian is a highly intelligent man with a great business mind. He is charming, charismatic and seen as a charitable man. He loves his family and despite his demanding job, he always tries to set aside time to devote to his friends and loved ones. He takes pride in his children's achievements, even if he can seem pushy at times. He loves taking his family on vacation as this is his only escape from the pressures of work and "The Shadow".

Sebastian often suffers with insomnia and exhaustion, which people put down to his stressful job. He is also known to drink heavily so he drinks himself to sleep.

Secretly, he suffers from Dissociative Identity Disorder. During these episodes, Sebastian is not the same man his family and the public know him to be. He has little control over his actions when "The Shadow" is in control but tends to remember some of the things he does. The Shadow is brutal and chaotic, whose intentions are ruthless and selfish. The worst thing is, Sebastian knows the success of his company is down to his other personality and he knows to inhibit the Shadow would cause him to grow weak as a businessman.

History:
Sebastian's father, Charles Wilfred Carson, was the founder of Carson Enterprises. Charles was a stern and cold man, both in business and family. Charles was heavy-handed towards both Sebastian and the boy's mother. An only child, Sebastian had no siblings to share his pain during his abusive childhood. His closest friend was the only person who he had to share his troubles with.

Sebastian was 11 years old when he and his parents were involved in a car accident. The boy survived, but only to see the bloody, gruesome scene where his parents lay dead. He inherited his father's company, but wasn't allowed to take a role in it until he turned 18. He spent the rest of his childhood living with his father's parents. With their nurturing and regular counselling sessions, Sebastian came out of the tragedy as a seemingly well-rounded and normal person. At the same time as recovering from his trauma, the accident also seemed to trigger the superhuman abilities that had remained latent within him. Learning and hiding these powers became an interesting distraction for him, which perhaps also aided his apparent psychological recovery.

Once old enough, Sebastian began taking a role within Carson Enterprises, whilst also studying for his chemistry and engineering degrees. The existing employees were resistant to his sudden presence, but soon enough accepted him, probably because they had little choice in the matter. It was around this time that he also met and feel in love with his wife [more details to be added when we get a player for her]. Sebastian's love for his wife has never faded and the arrival of their children only strengthened that.

As the years went on, Sebastian soon came to realise the business didn't thrive through honesty and integrity. He'd learned of the corruption that was hidden in the upper management. Even more concerning was that he'd learned of the viruses and diseases the company had created during his father's leadership. It was true that in sickness was profit, especially when engineering a virus also meant knowing the antidote. Sebastian realised that would be a secret he would need to protect unless he wanted to watch the business crumble around him. Twelve years ago, The Shadow first emerged and Sebastian first killed. After a journalist stumbled upon the truth about the man-made virus, Sebastian lost control to his other personality. The Shadow followed the journalist and had him thrown from his apartment's balcony. With nobody around to blame, the death was chalked up as an accident or suicide.

Over time, Sebastian was faced with more problems, from attempted-blackmail to rival businesses using dirty tactics against him. The Shadow usually stepped in to put a stop to that. There have also been times where Sebastian himself has dropped his friendly personality to make people think twice about trying to get the better of him, though always above board. The Shadow can be credited for some of company's success, but Sebastian is a businessman himself and will use these skills when effective.

Over the last few months, The Shadow has grown bored with simply bailing Sebastian out. The villain is a megalomaniac and thrives in chaos. He has began to target government facilities and cause public disruption, seemingly at random. The more chaos, the better, as it will distract from Carson Enterprises' current venture long enough for Sebastian to hold the solutions to the city's new problems.

Though business is an important part of his life, Sebastian makes sure to pay attention to his family. If he doesn't have a vacation planned, he makes sure to get everyone together for dinner as often as possible. He isn't oblivious to how distant Charlie is towards him but he refuses to let her stay away. Daniella's desire to follow in his footsteps pleases him and he enjoys working alongside his daughter. Sebastian is proud of Michael's intelligence and likes to nurture that, though he worries the boy's autism will stop him from succeeding to his full potential.

Profession: 6th grader
Skills: Michael is a bright kid with many talents. He is an eloquent writer, has an excellent memory and is an avid horseback rider (his father is a CEO, after all. He takes good advantage of these privileges).
Personality: Michael is a remarkable lad by his status alone, but his own accomplishments earned him a brilliant reputation at school. He gets good marks in all his classes, especially those that require writing. Though he doesn't seem fond of his classmates, he is popular with his teachers.

Well mannered, a bit obsessive and constantly hyper-aware of his surroundings, Michael is one of those kids who seems well on their way to becoming a mad politician. Though, oddly, he never will become one since he seems to have severe difficulty communicating verbally.

Though he is almost completely nonverbal and he can certainly be haughty and sullen, he is not cold. He is, after all, still a child and filled with wild emotions and undeveloped logic. His temper can easily get the better of him, and he seems to fly into a panic at seemingly 'minor' disturbances.

Michael spends much of his time at home, alone in his room, rarely interested in socializing. When he can be convinced to spend time outdoors, he loves horses and takes every opportunity to be around them. Not many horses in a big city like Ironacre, but his father's money makes traveling easy.


Fears: Michael has many fears, as most kids do, but he especially can't stand needles and loud noises.
Likes: Horses, reading, fireflies, collecting odd little artifacts, candy, drawing, board games, 1980s punk rock, candles, his family
Dislikes: Most foods, bright lights, hand sanitizer, pain (especially the dull aching kind), people who laugh too loud, spending time with strangers.
History: Michael, the youngest of Sebastian Carson's children, was born into a life of considerable privilege 11 years ago come October. That isn't to say that he never had problems, but that he experienced those 'problems' through a lens of reliable comfort and luxury. Anyhow, he was born relatively healthy, welcomed into the world by the head of Carson Enterprises and his wife, who were understandably quite ecstatic at the arrival of the final addition to the famed Carson family.

It became evident, early on in his life, that he wasn't developing behaviors usually expected of children his age. Talking, most obviously, but also other social behaviors like eye contact and responding to his own name. A quick visit to the psychologist cleared up the cause of this: a relatively common developmental disability. This new information, in turn, started a cycle of Michael being pushed to the background at every opportunity, all the while being demanded to socialize. Even as a child, Michael picked up on the irony of this system.

Regardless, he managed to excel in other areas just fine. His strong interest in horses and books alientated his peers, but fascinated his teachers. He started really excelling in the small prestigious private school his parents paid for him to attend. Again, perhaps some of his success could be attributed to the fact that he had all the time in the world to study whatever he wanted, but let's not undermine his accomplishments He really was an intelligent kid, just like his father in a way. His father's success was a great role model to Michael, who did everything in his power to learn from the man and secure an equally powerful future for himself. It never occurred to him that his father might be obtaining his massive wealth through less-than-ethical means. And if he were to find out, Michael would probably lack the cognitive empathy to worry about who might be affected by his father's villainy.

Skills: Lucy is determined, hardworking and has a knack for baking. She has an excellent singing voice, and is trained in using a light handgun.
Personality: Lucy's general demeanor is positive and more than a bit adventurous. Many womder what a woman like her is doing working such a boring job, but she's comfortable with a stable pay and time to do what she wants. She enjoys learning news things, and staying involved in the city life. Though she's friendly and gregarious, she avoids romantic encounters like the plague. She avoids those who attempt to make a move on her, but tries to do so in a non-aggressive way. She saves her aggression for trying to learn parkour, shooting lessons, and burning things in her tiny studio apartment kitchen.

Lucy is not always the most honest person. She occasionally lies for convenience sake, or to preserve someone's feelings. She knows it's not entirely ethical, but it's habitual by this point. If the truth makes things complicated, she lies.

Fears: After a bad experience in her childhood, Lucy hates deep water.
Likes: Pie, rainy days, coffee, singing, the color blue, moths.
Dislikes: Heavy perfume, fussy clients, boring work days, cucumbers, hospitals, the ocean.
History: Lucille Zhang, Lucy to her family and friends, was born one snowy February morning in Cleveland, Ohio. Her parents worked together at a construction firm, which left her lots of time to her own devices once she became of age to really start exploring. When her babysitters were particularly oblivious, Lucy would sneak out of the house and go to the park to climb trees and fences, and occasionally steal a piece of candy from the drugstore. She was never a particularly dedicated student, preferring to make her classmates laugh with corny jokes and improvised songs. She really did have a talent for singing, even though it never did become a big part of her life; it was just something she took pleasure in.

In her first year of high school, she started really slacking on the academics, preferring to play games and party with friends. Early in her freshman year, boys started to take interest in her. One such boy was a wealthy kid from the next town over who invited her to a big party at his house. Lucy really didn't remember much of it. She didn't remember drinking a few shots of vodka straight from the bottle, or picking a fight with a guest, or anything before getting fished out of the lake at 3 in the morning. The water clogging her lungs, the water weeds caught on her arms, everyone screaming... the cops... all that she somehow managed to remember. She really hasn't been able to go near deep water since.

Anyway, before long Lucy managed to scrape by with a high school diploma and go to a college in New York. She still had her adventurous spirit, but had gained some common sense along the way. She got her degree in Journalism and went on to edit for a newspaper in the big city of Ironacre. A boring job, maybe, but one that gave her enough money and free time to have fun with life.

Vigilante Costume: Doning one of his many tailored suits, they are tasteful, yet familiar. Wears a pair of Raybans, and a bandana. He doesn't care if his identity is revealed, which is why he isn't afraid to show his face.
Profession: Journalist at the Ironace Times.

Excellent People Person- Loves talking to people, and is very charming to strangers.

  • Inorganic Disintegration: Harvey can disintegrate anything that is not attached to a living creature.
  • Force Field Manipulation: Harvey can create green colored force fields. The surface area of which can be controlled at will. This force field is not completely invulnerable, as radiation could hurt him somewhat even through it, but it is easily bulletproof.
    • Constructs - can shape his forces fields in any form (roads, globes, disks, walls, etc.)
    • Compression - create and constrict a globe around his foes, crushing them.
    • Flight/Levitation - he can shape his force fields into a disk for him to ride on

Personality: Harvey is a intelligent, charasmatic, and loving man. He cares deeply for his loved ones, protecting them like a mother bear would her cubs. Enjoying life's simple moments, he treasures simple gestures, and loves the normal life he has. But his selflessness for others is his distinguishing trait. After 15 years of military service he still fights the urban battles daily, not for himself, but to better others... But though he is great, Harvey suffers from PTSD, sometimes making his temper quite unpredictable, and has scared both his wife and kids with it. Unforntuanly it comes in lapses, and mostly triggered by certain things in his past.

Fears: Failure. The idea of failing others, or himself can send him insane at times. His PTSD. Hates that he knows that he could snap on his wife or kids at any moment, and hates the objects that cause him to snap.
Likes: Helping others, writing, music, coffee, and his kids.
Dislikes: Flashbacks, bad people, his temper, beer, and science fiction.
History:
Growing up in Kentucky, Harvey spent his childhood running wild in the fields, Friday's at football games, and mudding in his truck. As a boy he had always enjoyed English and History, excelling at the two subjects. But he hid this, seeing as he was quite popular, and wanted to avoid the stigma given with this.
At 18, due to family tradition, Harvey enlisted in the Navy. Quickly showing talent in boot camp, his commanding officer recommended him to train as a SEAL. Following along, he quickly rose to the task. And during SEAL training, he met his future wife at a run-down bar in North Carolina.
For 10 years he was a SEAL, until the accident happened... While deployed in southern Sudan to help run and aid a effort to investigate in a mysterious government project. Him and his team has spent 2 months searching for the facility, and found it. But the raid was sabotaged, resulting in his entire squad's death, and his result in his abilities.
Being honorably discharged, paired with a Purple Heart, he returned home to his wife and kids to presume his writing career, and to be the father he hadn't been while away. But after a few years, he began to grow restless with these odd abilities, wanting something more. So buying a few suits, and locking the key to a nice kept secret, Harvey began.
Extra:
He's proud of Oscar, seeing his younger self in him the most out his children. And appreciates his bluntness towards his condition.
Loves Kliff and Madeline's bond, knowing they'll always be there for one another. Proud of Kliff and how he combats his hearing problem.
Constantly worries about Jr. and his health. After his attempted overdose, he made sure Oscar would watch over him. But is proud of his academia, and supports any descions in that area.

Loves 50's, 60's, and 70's music. Keeps a record player in his office, and is a familiar sound for the family.
Being a romantic, he loves to dance, cook, and dabbles in singing.
Doesn't like to discuss his service, but when it comes up he'll oblige.
Drinks vodka, or scotch. He hates beer due to it's watery taste. Wine he'll drink only on occasions.

Although he could move up in the company, Harvey loves his job to much to ever say yes to a promotion.

Personality:
A casual and humorous but in a caring protective manner if a little zelous and needy. Despite all this is known as a troubled child growing up, he had been to change moods becoming paranoid about others around him claiming betrayal or abandonment which leads to either a great temper or depression with poor self esteem . In either case he becomes wild and hedonistic trying to drown her trouble in whatever she can get, food, drink or drugs. This moods change can come at random and last from hours to days straining any relationships she had. In recent years treatment has lessened these moods changes to a rarity but not completely cured of it, having had relapses in the past.
Fears: losing his family and being alone
Likes: cooking, judo, competition, video games, partying
Dislikes: violence, coffee, herself, being alone, not being allowed to do what she wants.
History: Born in between his father's tours of duty, Harvey appeared at first to be a normal happy child and a daddy's boy. Growing up though he had trouble with people he was close to, friends left seemingly to him for no reason or rejecting him. Even his father seemed to leave in one of his adventures and left her behind. This affected him more than it would normally did turning into a trouble child during his teens, he was nice and sweet some days others he would be argumentative and depressed, he was never good enough and everyone was out to get here. He would take drugs or overeat to feel better with little success. He had moments of normalcy but they were becoming fewer to the point he had few friend and almost alienated his family.
An overdose bringing him near death seemed to change things though, as he was treated he was diagnosed with borderline Personality Disorder and received psychiatric care. Things improved since becoming calmer and more self confident, he did better in school becoming even a top student despite having to repeat a few grades. She even earned hiself a place in a medical school. However his condition hasn't completely gone a way and still sees a psychologist from time to time.

Personality:

Sylvie is a very affectionate and caring person. She strives to help others and only wants the best for everyone. She has a strong love for animals and humans alike which help aid in her decision to become a vet.
Given her kinda and generous nature she often likes to help out at charity events or places in need of volunteers sometimes she'll even drag the whole family along. Sylvie is quite naive when it comes to people. If someone asks for money she'll give it without a second thought. She's very trusting and will listen to anymore.
People often see her as somewhat ditsy or scatterbrained and to some extent, she is through her heart is in a good place. When you need advice you can go to her she may be a little all over the place but she gives some solid wisdom when needed.​

History:

Sylvie was born in Paris and grew up as an only child. From a young age, she learned to play the violin as it was a family tradition. She moved to the USA when she was nine, her family settling in Virgina. Life was much different for her causing her to have a hard time adjusting to the new lifestyle. This created tension between her and her parents and thus began the rebellious stage.
Dyed cut hair and rock music became her life much to her parent's displeasure. She even joined a rock band.
When she was seventeen she ran away to north caroline. It was far enough from home that she didn't have to think about it but close enough that if she ever wanted to she could go home. She eventually found a job at a rundown bar it wasn't anything great, but it paid the bills. That's when she met Harvey. She still doesn't know how he liked her given her choppy faded bleached pink hair and less than the desired job. Nonetheless, he kept coming back to the shabby little bar.
While Harvey was deployed she finished getting her VMD degree and raising the kids. She even managed to open up her own clinic.
When he returned home after the accident she tried to comfort him the best she could. Though she could tell he lacked that spark, that he was missing adventure. She doesn't quite know what happened and she doesn't care. All she knows is that he has that light in his eyes again.

Personality:

Dani is a very ambitious girl most likely due to her upbringing. While she is very intelligent and clever she is often very critical of herself and others, even when accomplishing a big feat she finds something that she or someone else could have done better. Because of this, she may seem bossy to others.
She is very loyal to her family and hopes to be the heiress to the company another reason she works so hard. She tries to be calm and mature much like her father to show she is able and to make him proud.
While she Dani tends to be very responsible she is quite stubborn and will rebel if her work isn't noticed by her father.
Her demeanor can seem kinda cold at times to outsiders but when you get her to open up she can be quite witty and will have no problem joking around.

History:

Being the secondborn Dani felt she had to be responsible to be a good role model for her younger sibling and to show her father she was fit to run the company when the time came. She wasn't always like this though when she was younger she was very carefree and very sociable. She had a few odd habits such as not stepping on lines and having to do things a set number of times.
Daniella took up archy when she was five. When she first started it was merely a plastic bow and rubber arrows but she had fun nonetheless. Especially since her mother helped her along the way, taking her to classes and tournaments. By the time she was eight she was adept in archery and had entered more tournaments than she can count(won her fair share too).
When Daniella had entered school she started taking language classes finding she had a knack for learning them she made her own personal goal of learning as many as she can.
While she is close to her whole family she finds herself wanting to make her father proud more than anything. It's probably due to him always encouraging her to do better. Personality: Charlie is the oldest of two other siblings, whom she is very protective of. Charlie is hard headed and stubborn. When she has a gut feeling she tends to stick with it more than anything else. When she is focused, she tends to stay very quiet, trying to figure out the problem at hand. She is very intuitive and she is the first person the police department calls when they need a blood splatter analyst (which seems to be more often than not). With her siblings and mother, she is a sweet as pie. But with her father...things tend to be a little strained. They are so similar that they seem to just butt heads more often than not. She loves her father, but she feels as though he can't be all trusted. So she tends to stay silent unless spoken to. Charlie has not admitted to anyone or has tried to explain. But she has manic bipolar tendencies, meaning that she can be happy one minute and depressed or angry the next. Slowly increasing over the years, but she tends to hide it with her family. When in those moods, she tends to be a little more cynical and less animated.

History: Charlie was doomed from the very beginning of her life. Being named after her grandfather Charles, Charlotte was introduced into the world in the wee hours of the morning. Growing up, she was a beautiful and bright child, who had everything going for her. She could never do wrong in the eyes of anyone....well, except her father. He never hurt her, physically at least. But Charlie always had dreams of growing up one day and joining law enforcement. Something about seeing police on tv in action was just exciting. Her father never accepted those dreams and tried to push her into a different direction. But being the stubborn hard headed child she was, she couldn't accept her father's words and decided to keep the flame of her dream going. Her siblings were one of the best things that ever happened to her. They were close, especially her and her sister. At one point, they were each other's best friends. But as Charlie graduated from high school, she had joined the police academy. Excelling for a long time there until one day, she just went off on one of her fellow officers. The anger and emotions she felt were uncontrollable...so much so that they had to detain her. She never got to see graduation day and so...she went back to school to study forensics another topic that interested her greatly. The mood swings and the internal voices in her head became a distraction. But the one thing that always took her mind off of it was seeing the different patterns of blood on the ground, her job. Knowing that she was doing something, to change someone's life. Both in a good and bad way.
Charlie is afraid to tell her family of such behaviors for she thinks that they would reject her. So she lives in a little apartment a few blocks from the station with her cat, coming over to the house rarely and avoiding her parents phone calls.. (will add more later)

Seleste is the kind of woman with no filter, which tends to stray people away. Her bluntness can at times be a very dangerous factor for her. However, the woman always tells it like it is.
She has a kind and gentle spirit at heart. Seleste wouldn't even think of hurting a fly. She has the purest heart and would never wish anyone harm.
As shown above, Lestie is a very stubborn person. Stubborn as a mule, matter of fact. Once she sets her mind on something, it's quite hard to get her to budge. Sebastian may only be the only one to get her to budge on certain things.

Seleste is quite delicate and agile, as most dancers are. She's quick on her feet and won't take longer than a minute when put on the spot.

History:
Before she was even born, Seleste had a rough start.
Seleste's parents were poor and did not have nowhere enough money to raise a child.The two were merely in their early twenties. The two were deeply in love but knew they could not afford to have a child. They did not want Seleste to suffer.

So when Seleste was born, her parents placed her in a small baby carriage and put her in front of a old friend's of their's doorstep.
The pair gave the little one last goodbye kiss before going away, never to see her again.
Seleste was found by Nina Kendrick and Christopher Kendrick. The two were surprised to find her but quickly took her into their warm home.

The young couple had been desperately trying for a child for three years so it was only a blessing that Seleste came into their lives.
Seleste had a bracelet around her little wrist that included her name and date of birth. When they got her, she had a rose necklace around her neck.

The couple had taken her in and raised the little girl as their own. The woman had a somewhat normal childhood. Being as she was an only child, Seleste was a very spoiled and loved little girl.
Every Christimas, every birthday, she would get tons and tons of gifts. However, her parents always made sure that the girl stayed humble. Her parents were upper-class. Her father was a very well-known doctor and mother was a lawyer. Two jobs that earned quite a bit of money. So she was bound to get spoiled by these two.
At three, she and her parents were walking downtown when little three-year old Seleste noticed the local dance studio practicing a routine.
Seleste then scurried off, watching the dance class and trying to copy their movements, which earned her a couple chuckles from the class and strangers.
Panicked to death, her parents found her. They were impressed but gently scolded her, demanding her not to do that again. But, it was that exact moment that her parents noticed her talent of dancing even at three years old.
A few weeks later, Nina signed Seleste up for a dance class and the rest is history.

As Seleste had very different features than her parents, the girl was often teased for not looking like her parents, enduring intense bullying from her peers. Seleste eventually told her parents about it. The bullying only got worse after her parents got involved though. So she didn't inform her parents anymore. After some time, Seleste stopped being the happy, bubbly girl everyone loved.

Through her elementary and middle school years, she had to endure horrific insults thrown her way. The girl would cry to herself to sleep every night, wishing that she looked like everyone else. The young girl was miserable. During that period, she suffered through an immense amount of self-hatred.
It was the summer before high school that everything changed though.
At 14 years old, Seleste attended a dance camp that was primarily made up of other people of color. She made friends with other girls and boys who had brown skin like her, who weren't pale. It was a breath of fresh air for the teenager. Her dance teacher was the coordinator of the whole camp. During that five week period, the girl gained her confidence back and was back to the girl that everyone knew and loved.

After that, things got better for the girl from then on.
Now, this is the period of time where Seleste started to get attention from the opposite sex.
Her father had become a bit more protective of his daughter more than usual at this stage.
Seleste didn't pay any guys any mind though as she was more focused on her studies. The girl was into acing tests and getting all A's on her report cards. So she did not want to have any distractions.

In high school, Seleste was apart of the Debate team, STEM club, Cross Country, and dancing of course. Seleste also volunteered at the local kitchen for the needy. She was very active and there was never a dull day. She even shadowed a dance teacher at one point.

Seleste was fifteen years old when she started to become curious about her birth parents.
Leste was told at age 8 that she was adopted, however she never really paid it any mind until then. Her parents gave her as much information as they could but they could only only do much.
Seleste only managed to find out their names as it was included in the paper that was in the baby carriage.
To this day, Seleste still wants to find her birth parents. But for now, she's content knowing the people that raised her.

After graduating high school, Seleste attended a School of The Arts school in Ironacre City. In fact, it was her dream school. She studied music, sociology, and ethnic studies during her time there.
It was during this time in her life that Seleste would meet her future husband.

It was the first day of fall, Seleste was a freshman at the Performing Arts School. Her dance instructor surprised her by informing her she would be performing a solo at the local theatre. This specific theater was the theater where talent recruiters were known for viewing new talent.
The young girl had been very nervous before performing but as always, she danced elegantly and beautifully. She even got a standing ovation, which overwhelmed the girl in a good way.
That night, Seleste got the attention of a talent recruiter unexpectedly. Something else amazing happened that night.

Seleste bumped into Sebastian Carson outside of the theater. Almost everyone knew that the young man was apart of Carson Enterprises. The two had conversed for a little bit. The young girl found Sebastian to be quite a charming man.
As girl had no way to get back to her dorm that night, young man had offered her a ride back to the campus. On the way there, the two conversed a little more.

The two had become friends before becoming friends, he was a very likable person.
Seleste was actually the one to make the first move. It had been a few months before she confessed her feeling to the man. There was this nagging thought in her brain that he wouldn't return those feeling but surprisingly, he did. Afterwards, the two went on countless dates together.
It wasn't long before Seleste knew that she was in love with Sebastian. She was happy.

When the two married, Seleste didn't doubt for one second that Sebastian was the one for her.

With the births of her children, Seleste's love for Sebastian only grew stronger and bigger. She's always adored her children.

Around his family he's very laid back, but he can be quite abrasive towards others. If someone disagrees with him he is known to get into arguments and take on an aggressive stance to assert himself. Part of the reason he enjoys boxing so much is because it allows him to release any built up anger. There have been times when his father's temper has surfaced and though Oscar knows it's the PTSD, he wouldn't be afraid to square up to him if needed. Oscar is addicted to his training and focused diet, hating any interruptions when in the zone. Whilst Oscar likes materialistic possessions, he could happily give them up if needed and is happy enough with the basic needs of life: love, home, comfort and family.

History:
Oscar had a great childhood, growing up with loving parents and younger siblings he deeply cared for. As the oldest kid, Oscar has always looked out for his siblings, putting his own problems to the back of his mind whenever he sensed they, and his father, were going through any kind of difficulties.

As he entered his teen years, Oscar realised he was bottling up his own emotions and took on boxing as a way to let out any built up aggression. Boxing went from a cure to a genuine interest and something Oscar was genuinely good at. Having never been anything more than average in academics, he was happy to find sports was where his skills should be focused and the way he could make his parents proud of him.

Since leaving school, Oscar has become a qualified personal trainer and he loves his job. Meeting different people and helping them reach their goals is something he takes great pleasure in. He has also started studying part-time towards a physiotherapy degree, though he struggles a little with writing assignments and often calls upon one of his family to proof-read his work for him.

Kliff is an extremely energetic, enthusiastic, and observant individual. He literally cannot keep still and loves to explore and find new thing. Once he does find something interesting, he has a habit of talking the rear off of anyone who'll listen to him as he talks about. As you'd expect, his curiousity does sometime get out of hand as he has a habit of losing focus and interest in things relatively quickly.

Kliff is also extremely friendly. He loves making friends and tries to do so whenever given the chance. Besides singing, performing, painting, etc, his favorite thing to do is just have a conversation and some of his conversations actually turn out to be quite deep and meaningful. He loves making other people happy and brightening their days and as such has a tendency to just go with whatever avoids confrontation. However, he gets stressed out very easily whenever he does not meet someone's expectations. To make it worse, he is a very emotional person so sometimes the smallest things can get to him. He is especially very touchy-feely about people who bring up his hearing aids as he does not feel like they matter.

Influenced by his mother's talent ( _SweetCandy_ ), Kliff has grown a major affinity for the arts. Whenever he has free time, you'd most likely find him writing a song or sketching a picture. Despite his *cough* addiction *cough* to the things he loves, he also loves to just relax, playing video games and such. However, due to his spontaneity, he sometimes causes some trouble. Kliff is also extremely creative and imaginative. He always has ideas running through his brain, as such he always carries a notebook or something with him so he can jot down whatever he likes.

He is also very intelligent and ambitious. Due to his fear of disappointment, Kliff always does his best whenever he does something, as he feels making someone sad or disappointed leads to the world blowing up. As such, Kliff is also a big "yes-man", always trying to please other people and make them happy. Fortunately, he knows when something is going overboard.

Unlike some of the members of his family, Kliff actually has a very pessimistic view of love. Although he used to be very much a romantic, after his first and so far only relationship ended, Kliff started thinking that love was mostly not important. Of course, Kliff saw the advantages of it, but he overall thought that it's easier to just not care.

Being born 12 minutes after his twin sister, Kliff is the youngest of four children. Like many of the Daniel children, Kliff also spent a fair amount of time in the hospital. Kliff has, from birth, had asthma and had to be extremely careful especially early in life. Kliff, also has had extremely bad hearing, basically being deaf, until he started wearing hearing aids at age 2, which he's had ever since. Kliff also spent time in the hospital because of allergies, including an allergy to peanuts and tree nuts, as well as severe asthma attacks that occur whenever he's sick, whether it be the flu, the common cold, or just a reaction to cold weather.

Despite his medical problems, Kliff refuses to let them control him. Literally addicted to the arts, Kliff always spent free time singing, dancing, playing an instrument, cooking, or drawing with his sister, although earlier in life, it's always been one of the last 3 as singing and dancing would cause asthma attacks.

Growing up, throughout school, Kliff was always popular due to his skill and his medical conditions, which due to their nature were hard to hide from everyone, especially when he had an attack during a performance, which happened once when he was 8 and once when he was 12. However, despite his extrovertedness, Kliff only had a few friends that he always hung out with, though he was always known to be able to work with any and everyone else.

One of the people Kliff always hung out with was his best friend Maxwell Stevens. His first friend in middle school, Max was like Kliff in almost everyway, from their interests to their medical history, except for the fact that Max was blunt and very independent. Max was also Kliff's first crush and fortunately, Max actually liked Kliff back as well. So they dated for 6 months, which kliff saw as the best moments of his life. However, their relationship ended abruptly with the reveal that Max and his family were moving across the country because his dad had a new job. Although they still keep in touch to this day, Kliff, who used to be very much a lovestruck puppy, became depressed and not even his twin sister could cheer him up for a while. However, it was when Kliff started high school that he decided that love was just extra. So ever since starting high school, Kliff has been a heartless monster when it comes to love, harshly rejecting those who confesses to him and pretty much avoiding everyday on Valentine's Day.

He has two pet turtles and wants a dog. The turtle's names are Max & Num. Although he doesn't want to admit it, Kliff still has very strong feelings for Max, hence the reason he named his turtle after him. Although being the only daughter of Harvey and Slyvie Daniels, Madeline grew up heavily influenced by her brothers. She won't verbally admit it but she aspires to be as successful and courageous as them. From birth Madeline has had the closest relationship with her twin brother, Kliffton, his friendly nature made him approachable and always willing to be around Madeline.

At the age of four Madeline developed a chest infection which left her in a hospital bed for almost a month. It was a stressful time period for the family as for a while she didn't appear to be recovering. After a couple weeks she began to recover her strength but was left with a serious case of asthma. Since her chest infection there have been other incidences regarding her asthma; a forgotten inhaler and a middle of the night scare to name a couple. But Madeline has always fought through, like the strong willed character she is.

During school Madeline never went out of her way to make friends, she didn't feel compelled to. Most days she would spend drawing to pass the time. The brunette has recognisable skill but will never admit it herself; always finding faults in her work. Aside from sketching Madeline doesn't have any other exceptional skills to live up to her siblings. Kliffton attending a performing arts school, Harvey Jr being a medical student, and the oldest brother Oscar a successful professional trainer, is a tough resume to be a part of. Madeline chose to focus on business studies which would give a vast range of opportunities once she left education. Her strong work ethic ensures she does well in her classes but she doesn't enjoy attending school.

Personality:
Mr. Steinkampf is a dangerous man to be around to say the least. He is cold blooded, merciless and ruthless, showing little to no emotion or even a personality in his line of work. His skills and services are only provided to the highest bidder, which leads to his loyalty being something that is not to be trusted. Brandon is more of an intuitive type than a logical one, occasionally going through unnecessary measures in order to complete a task with the method he felt like doing, rather than the method that made the most sense. He is known for getting the job done, but he is also known for being quite autonomous. Not listening to the instructions given, Brandon prefers to do things his own way, rather than following the instructions of someone else, unless he fully agrees with them or was paid to work with a group. And even then, his stubborn nature comes into view much too often.

But, this is only an exterior he puts on. He does this job, because he is good at it and he wants the money. Mr. Steinkampf has a much more friendly interior. He has a dark sense of humour, is not too serious and can be a pretty interesting person to talk with. One might think that he even is a good person, when looking at him when he is around his daughter. It is clear that this man is living two separate lives and acts as two separate people. Loving father by day, contracted criminal by night, he tries his very best to make sure that these two different lives of his do not cross under any circumstance. On the few occasions they actually did...well lets just say that he went a little crazy.

Fears:

• Losing his daughter
• His daughter finding out about his work
• Brandon has a fear of virtually any insect. He just cannot be around them so he prefers to leave himself or to immediately kill the insect. If there are too many insects however, he starts to panic.
• He fears failure, thinking that one failed mission would lead to everyone who previously had used his services to no longer think of him as reliable, leading to him not having as much work as before.

Likes:

• Finishing a contract. He also enjoys doing so with great efficiency.
• Heavy alcohol. Nothing calms him down more than visiting a local bar and sitting down for a drink.
• Spending time with his daughter.
• Calm down and read a nice book. He likes to read books with a realistic feel to them, even if they have fantasy elements. His favourite genres are dystopian and crime.
• Silence. Although his nighttime ventures suggest otherwise, Mr.Steinkampf loves the silence as it allows him to think and relax without interruptions.
• Dogs. Brandon loves dogs. They are loyal, friendly and are good to be around.
• Independence

Dislikes:

• Failure of a contract
• Being controlled. He dislikes being a pawn in someone else's chess game.
• Loud noises.
• Insects.
• People not upholding their promises. This one gets on his nerves very quickly.
• Incompetent people. This is the reason why he prefers to work alone.
• Not being respected.
• Dependence
• Weakness

History:
Brandon's heritage seems to originate from the heart of Europe, Germany. Well, it seems like that would explain some of his personality traits. His parents moved to the United States well before he was born, leading to him growing up in a purely American culture. It seemed that wherever he went, violence and conflict followed him, one way or another.

Growing up, Brandon was mostly a loner. But this did not come from others ignoring him or any other petty issue of shyness. It was about his own pride. Brandon thought that being alone meant that he would be independent and that was the only way to go. He despised those around him who cared about things like "being cool" or any other mind numbingly idiotic attempt at being popular, when all it showed that the person in question depended on others to redeem themselves personally.

Once he was done with school, Brandon went on to become a police officer. It was the typical reaction that you would expect. Just the generic story of his parents being murdered and him swearing vengeance upon those who were crooked enough to do the deed. For the position he is in right now, this was the perfect job as it allowed him to evade the police, after being a part of their process himself. It was not long before he felt love. He met a woman who was older than him by a few years. She was everything he needed and soon, they were together. He had a daughter with her that he loved very much.

Later on in his life, Brandon's career only seemed to get better as he would be consistently rising through the ranks of his respective branch. This only meant that he would spend more time working and less time with his family. Something he regretted to this very day. One day when he was at work, his wife was shot and killed. This definitely did not sit well with Brandon. He immediately quit his job and then used everything that he had learned as a police officer to track down the man who did the deed. After he had his revenge, he felt that he could do more of this, new work and abandon his old righteous ways.

At this moment in time, Mr. Steinkampf owns a classy restaurant in the heart of the city, one which he knows next to nothing about in terms of how it works. He mostly uses it and other businesses to launder his dirty money. With him having access to the vast criminal network under the law, he is easily contracted if one were to know the right people. "The Shadow" has used his services on numerous occasions. With the new hero popping up, there is no doubt that he might find more work with this particular client.
