So, how do I start this? Okay.


My name is Dreksler. I'm eighteen going on nineteen and, for as long as I can remember, I've loved to write. Writing, I find, is therapeutic. Okay, that sounds so klischeehaft- but... it's the truth. No use denying it. I like good stories, with many twists, many turns; interesting, varied characters; and ultimately complexity.


I mostly enjoy "speculative fiction"- epic fantasy is a particular sweet spot, although I have nothing against sci-fi. And I find "alternative historical" stories very interesting- after all, it engages the rather large "what-if?" section of my brain rather well, which is always good.


I've never "RP'ed" before (does one write it- or rather type it- like that? I'm not so sure...) so I'm a little nervous.


So, if anyone has any suggestions, tips or ideas out there, they're much appreciated- also, I would like to find a good fantasy RP to dive into, so I can begin gathering experience and just enjoy a good story.
