I'm not very particular on those. I mainly want you to give some flavor to whatever you are casting and components can help with that, like "The twig withers as you channel the lifesap into your arrow." A components pouch would be nice though, but you can just include that with the general goods you are buying.

Bardic inspiration only works on others, so no, sorry. You will get scrolls regardless of the roll, it's just the amount and quality that varies.

I will just have Lugg-mag roll for persuasion with help from Pyke to determine how much the crew saves on equipment (which you will get back in the from of gold pieces).
