A young scion of a noble house has just received terrible news - their ancestral home has been destroyed in a mysterious accident, leaving them the sole surviving member of their immediate family and heir to the clan. Thrust into a role of responsibility they may never have wanted, they find that investigating the truth behind their family's deaths will lead them on a harrowing adventure to the far corners of their fantastic steam-powered world.
One player will play the heir, anyone else will play their various surviving family, friends, or servants. This is an idea I've had rattling around for a while. Unless there's a lot of interest, though, it might not happen soon.
