Interactive map, anyone?

This may be a far cry, but does anyone know of a way to make an interactive digital map of Creation? We already have the fine map Stephenls made for us. The only thing I miss is a way to add cities and features introduced in my own Campaigns. Anyone got a solution?

It should be simple enough to grab Stephenls map and add your own stuff in an image editor.

One of my eventual goals is like what you describe, similar to Google Maps, except using creation and user-submitted areas.  However, I've been very busy at work (and sick since last Thursday) so the submission site has been slow going.
