Ok, so this is my RP that is currently going, I really would like some help on making it better, any advice would be great...

Belkan Defiance
2093, It is a time of great hardship, at least for the people of Belka. Arcadia, the neighbouring country to the east had finally broken the iron defence of the Belkan peoples through a great war that lasted for twenty five years. Belka, a peaceful and prosperous country that was said to have the defensive capability to stop a god has finally crumbled under the new found devastating strength of Arcadia and are now servants to their will...
Even with all of Belka enslaved, there is still a light at the end of the tunnel, this light is known as "Vryko Belka" or "Souls of Belka " an underground resistance movement that are desperately trying to take their beloved country back. The group is lead mainly by former Belkan soldiers and is comprised of any who have either avoided capture or escaped, all are willing to fight to the death in hopes of bringing Belka out of the darkness and back to her former glory....
However, there is now a new type of Arcadian soldier threatening all who resist, these soldiers have powers beyond any human capability, they were 'created' in order to eradicate all who oppose the rule of Arcadia....they are called "Kozka" or "Beasts"
But the Vryko also have an ace up their sleeve as well. Long before the the seige of Belka, their military science division had started a new top secret project, "OPERATION UNKNOWN" was the projects name, which secretly began in 1986, taking soldiers at the top of the health standards and began to tweak their DNA in order to give them a boost in certain areas, Intelligence, strength, speed, agility, were just a few of the areas the project expirimented with. At first the progress was slow but suddenly took off. Soon the subjects began to develop advanced powers, some had elements, others had supernatural powers, the list goes on, but this was at a cost, the program had a 90% death rate, leaving only a handful to continue the program, the payoff however was well worth it, some could sink a warship just by willing it, others could create weapons out of thin air, but there were still horrifying side effect. Extreme mental illness, physical ailments, strange diseases plagued the project...
Until one day in 1992 there was an incredible break through, the overseers of the operation allowed a child to be naturally born. This child had inherited the experimental powers from the parents, showing no signs of defects or abnormalities, testing took place and the results were astounding. The after only a year this child learned to walk, after three years, the child spoke fluently along with rapid developing powers. With such a success, others were born soon after, their abilities and powers developing rapidly over a short time as well and soon “The Unknown” had become the most powerful secret weapons in the history of the world...
The Belkan military feared invasion, knowing that Belka would fall if her defensive capabilities were to fail, the project was ordered to create twenty “Unknowns” and they did...
The project had fully developed twenty “Unknowns” and they took all who survived "OPERATION UNKNOWN" and froze them the cryogenic chambers in a single hidden bunker, waiting to be awaken in Belka's time of need, and the time is now.....
Will you fight for Arcadia's blood thirsty rule? Or will you defy it and take back whats rightfully yours?
