Realistic or Modern Innovalle (Superhero/Powers Role play)

The city of Innovalle; a beautiful place with a population of 1.7 million people. Surrounded by lakes, the city contains everything you need to be happy. As you stand on top of the tallest structures and take in the view, you wonder, "What could be so wrong?"

Then they attack you. An evil group made of superhumans called LIE (Liberation of Insignificants Empire) commits a terrorist act on your block. They begin to blow up buildings. The police is too weak to fight, so these superhuman vigilantes who call themselves SPI (Superhuman Protectors of Innovalle) managed to defeat the terrorists, which leaves a major part of the city in ruins, with a death toll bigger than the one before it.

Innovalle is home to Superhumans; people with extraordinary powers. It seems that the city is like a magnet to them. They are everywhere, which is a major problem to everyone in the city. They bring danger and fear. It seems like every other month LIE and SPI are fighting, causing more damage to the city.

That's why the governor of Innovalle installed OSI (Order of Superhumans in Innovalle); an organization for Superhumans to work legally in politics and services. OSI become the private military and government of Innovalle, making sure any illegal Superhuman is put in check.

As time went on, OSI began to take more control of the city. Soon Superhumans were being arrested for no reason, other than being a Superhuman. Monitors were placed on rooftops, watching everyone's very action. Fearing people's rights and security was being taken away, Superhumans joined SPI; to start a rebellion in the city to free the citizens and Superhumans of Innovalle. Meanwhile, LIE is plotting it's next scheme.

For those of you who are saying that this is a rip-off of the roleplay called GLASS by WhipDing , let me explain.

The GLASS roleplay was created by D duegxybus a month ago. The story was GLASS, the private military of Hale, fighting STONE, the rebellious group. I joined that roleplay, which was very fun, until D duegxybus had to leave for a year, causing the whole roleplay to reboot and WhipDing , another roleplayer in GLASS, to take control. He completely changed the story, causing me to quit the roleplay.

This roleplay is to restore the original idea of GLASS; a spiritual successor you can call it.
