((This is where you decide speed (how fast), durability (how many hits can it take, after shield, but I do want them to correlate), hitting power (how much damage does it deal per hit, in average), accuracy (does it hit often), and perception (will it be able to keep track of enemies. If you played any RPG's then you've dealt with putting points into things and taking them out of others, this is the same thing. So each skill will start at a level 3 out of 5, then spend the 3 extra points you get. You can remove points from other skills and put them in different ones, so as at the least they remain at 1 and only two become 5, but that's frowned upon. At 1 they will be minimal, meaning you will be lower then any IS you meet. At 2 you'll be enough to keep up with training IS's. At 3 you're competent, a personal IS before shift one. At 4 you will be adept in it, versed in it. At 5 you shall be better then any other IS's.

Personality:


(Might change, but I'll alert if it does.) Tsubaki was originally raised as a gentleman, believing in loyalty and honor in everything he did. This meant that he was also very calm and collected, not very talkative unless asked to be. After moving to the U.S. he was placed in a boarding school where learning the ropes of legitimate social activity was a problem. Now at the academy; Tsubaki has gone through changes in residence, puberty, and growing, so his personality as of now is still calm and reserved, but taking time to know him will turn him into a kind and caring guy, one who isn't afraid to flirt if the person fits.


(Added portion): Tsubaki faced many injustices after moving from Japan to the US; mostly on the part of those who bullied or teased him, so a sense of distrust in others have settled. This leads him to be very kind and calm on the outside, but on the inside he keeps a small judgement over people. Though, he is still open to meeting new people and making friends, it just takes time to earn a level of trust.


Another result of the move was Tsubaki's sense of not being in control. Everything in his life can be frantic and in a frenzy, but as long as Tsubaki feels as if has control then he is fine. However, if Tsubaki loses this sense he enters a panic, making decisions that might not be the best course of action. This mixed with distrust of new people, well, he can become very defensive and aggressive.


Tsubaki, lastly, has a pretty self conscious attitude. He finds himself antiquate, but nothing that people would really find better then any other average joe. Jokes about his body, personality, or mentality will be met with a laugh or two, but he often takes them to heart. Tsubaki's awfully sensitive.

Ion Blasters: Both wings are capable of gathering energy into large projectiles with high damage. This can be focused into one point, making those blast of any degree depending on the charge time. And lastly the projectiles can be shot within any direction with still very damaging capabilities.

After thinking about it; I'd like everyone to explain why each point was placed how it is. I'll demonstrate here:


The Speed of Silver Gospel can his subsonic and supersonic speeds, show in it's chase from other personal IS's.


The Durability is renowned, Silver Gospel able to take many blows and withstand amazing amounts of damage.


Hitting Power is above average, but due to Silver Gospel's lack of a short range weapon, he makes up for it in power of the blast.


Accuracy is average, but this goes for bombardment and single shot functions. Silver Gospel usually hits it's target, but if not the first time then the next.


And Perception is lowered due to Tsubaki's own nature with Silver Gospel, the AI being used in a different way then it's original nature.

Personality: Until she says or does something, Izzy is barely even noticeable. She is incredibly shy and awkward, preferring to sit alone by herself and draw, or just watch the things around her. She is smart, but too shy to let it be known. She doesn't trust easily, and prefers to ignore people she doesn't know. After all, she isn't at this academy to make friends. She's here to succeed. She strives to succeed, being slightly perfectionist. However, she doesn't care much about her looks or clothing, as she doesn't seek to impress anyone, and is too surprisingly stubborn to conform to anyone else's "style." The previous year, striving for perfection as always, Izzy attempted to preform complex maneuvers in her mech to impress her teachers, and paid the price. She totaled her old mech, ruined her face, went blind in an eye, lost a hand, and gained a fear of movement. She's terribly afraid of going fast or high now. She isn't too good at working together either. Once someone gets to know her, she is kind and honest, although she isn't too funny, and blatantly fails to understand sarcasm.


Extra Appearance Details: She has one hand. The other is mechanical, as shown in the picture. However, not shown in the picture, is the massive scar she has running down her face. It crosses over one eye, and heads down to her lip. Her lips are crooked and bent because of it, and the eye the scar runs through is blind, and a pale light grey. She received these scars when she accidentally crashed an IS mech first year. She is 5'11, pretty tall, and quite thinly built.

IS Appearance: It is mostly a pale white, with red stripes and markings on it in places. It is large and lumbering, to accomodate its massive gun.

Emerald use to be very shy and introverted, never meet eye to eye with peers or teachers, she seemed to always ignore directions and do her own thing. But sense she has joined the academy she seems more talkative to a degree, tho she is still quite shy she fallows directions allot more and can be easy to talk to, even starting conversations herself. Every day she seems to get a little more lively. Her middle name Emerald is what people mostly call her for her suit, IS, and eyes.

Why I picked the stats





Emeralds IS, Dancing leaf. Is made for CQC, quick movement and heavy blows, fast speed makes up for a lack of range but accuracy balances out her IS so its not to op. Dancing leaf's perception is a 4 sense it needs to last in a fight it needs to be able to track there opponent well, and Dancing leaf can take a hit or two. Dancing leaf is made for long lasting fights, which explains my choice of 700 Power level, but it is quite fragile, 500 shield backs this claim.

While she shows upmost loyalty and respect for her parents, any authority figure from her school life has seen her as rebelious, bottled up anger from years of her parents' traditional ways. But now at the academy, she's taken on a new perspective: Lash out at targets, not people...disregarding that when the target is a person, though. She's not your typical girl, for she's brutally awkward and hates the idea of flirting.

Speed is designed to match most opponent's, adept in it though still room for improvement.


Durability is again adept, being able to take a fair number of hits before going down.


Hitting Power is at its highest, making up for lack of medium and long range with brutal power in short range blades.


Accuracy is barely hanging on, while it doesn't always miss, it doesn't always hit. The hits are hard, but that strength makes it hard to land an accurate blow.


Perception is average, adequate enough to last.

Personality: Ai is a very hyperactive girl who just seems to just enjoy being alive and makes sure to let the world know that she is alive which can cause her to be seen as annoying. She is very scared of water and at even the sight of it would act like a stereotypical women standing of a chair being scared of a mouse. She is also the type of person who acts like she would take grudges to the grave, acting like she would never forgive someone no matter what they do but of cause as people learn you just have to treat her to some food and she would turn into your best friend. Most people learn after being near her for a while she has the aura of a scatterbrain or airhead never being able to concentrate on something for too long and always forgetting something. Ai's personality seems to change once she enters her IS sure she still keeps her hyperactiveness but that scatterbrain or airhead aura is replace for a much more serious one it almost like that once air-headed girl never existed and instead this goal focused girl did.


Extra Appearance Details: She is rather small for her age being only five foot and only just that.

Her IS name is "Qilin" which is the Chinese equivalent the western Unicorn.


IS Range: Long


IS Weaponry: Her IS weapon is a large .105 caliber railgun made for and area of effect which is ideal for a long range sniper as a single shot can travel far and fast as well as covering an area making it hard to dodge. Of cause one down side with the weapon which could cause her to lose is that it requires a two second charge up before firing and a two second cool down time.


Her IS second weapon is more of a defensive choice. It is a small shield which help defend again other people that fight at range as well as can be used much like a boomerang once being thrown it will travel before returning which makes it have a small chance to hit her opponent.

The speed of Qilin is very slow not even remotely fast this is mostly due to the railgun she carries weighing a lot putting a large amount of strain into movement.


The durability of Qilin is rather bad its not make to take many hits and was made to avoid getting hit at all unless they is no other way.


The hitting power of Qilin is devastating after all the newly made .105 caliber railgun was not just for show and being a sniper type IS its made to try and take out its opponent in one hit and not have a long lasting fight.


The accuracy of Qilin is well known after all and AOE or area of effect is rather hard to miss but still even its well known for hitting its target directly and not just from the large radius of attack.


The perception of Qilin is rather average and has room for improvement its mostly due to Ai over hyperactiveness that she's prone to missing things.

Name: Inna Orlov

Gender: Female


Personality: Inna is eccentric to say the least. She’s the kind of person who does what she wants, because she wants to. She has a generally peppy and upbeat attitude, and likes to emphasize her words with hand gestures and her very expressive face. She loves mechanics, and science in general, and it isn’t uncommon for her to be fiddling with the odd piece of machinery in her free time. Outside of basic hygiene she isn’t to concerned with appearance, or organization for that matter. Inna is always willing to help out others, though her own knowledge often gets in the way.


Extra Appearance Details: Inna always has some sort of equipment on her, though what she carries varies from day to day.


Grade Level: Freshman


Nationality: Russian, though she grew up in Japan.


Backstory: Inna was born in a small town in Russia to a Russian father and Japanese mother. Around the time Inna began to attend middle school the Orlov’s moved to Japan, where Inna spent the rest of her childhood. Not long after the move it was discovered that she was a child prodigy, especially when it came to mechanics. Her family fostered her skills, and by the time she was ready to enter high school was able to work competently on an IS, earning her a place at the IS academy. Her skill as a IS mechanic at such a young age, quickly became renowned and earned her some fame in the IS community.


With no personal IS she has no IS stats to speak of...

Two giant snipers, two up close and personals, and a middle guy; I'm liking it! Beautiful CS. The only thing I might say is lower one of the 5's. I want room for improvement in some, but new weaponry might do that anyway. You're choice, but higher IS's won't be of top priority to increase. I even went in and lowered some of mine, just so we have things to improve later. Oh, and Accepted!

Personality: Inna is eccentric to say the least. She’s the kind of person who does what she wants, because she wants to. She has a generally peppy and upbeat attitude, and likes to emphasize her words with hand gestures and her very expressive face. She loves mechanics, and science in general, and it isn’t uncommon for her to be fiddling with the odd piece of machinery in her free time. Outside of basic hygiene she isn’t to concerned with appearance, or organization for that matter. Inna is always willing to help out others, though her own knowledge often gets in the way.


Extra Appearance Details: Inna always has some sort of equipment on her, though what she carries varies from day to day.


Grade Level: Freshman


Nationality: Russian, though she grew up in Japan.


Backstory: Inna was born in a small town in Russia to a Russian father and Japanese mother. Around the time Inna began to attend middle school the Orlov’s moved to Japan, where Inna spent the rest of her childhood. Not long after the move it was discovered that she was a child prodigy, especially when it came to mechanics. Her family fostered her skills, and by the time she was ready to enter high school was able to work competently on an IS, earning her a place at the IS academy. Her skill as a IS mechanic at such a young age, quickly became renowned and earned her some fame in the IS community.


With no personal IS she has no IS stats to speak of...

I took your advice and lowed one of the 5's thinking about it makes more sense for my character anyway so thanks for the advice.

I plan on making something of a support based IS. Honestly this pic is optional, but I thought it'd make sense to be about 13 feet in a cramped cockpit if it means carrying the tools to repair and construct things like an IS. I think the tools would be in the box like parts of this mech...

The idea sounds fantastic, but do what you want. I'm fairly lenient. And it should be posted by tonight if I get off at the right time.

Gender: Female.


Personality: Iska is a hard one to pin down when it comes to behavior. One day she might treat you like a best friend, the next she'll pretend she doesn't know you. She does enjoy the praise she gets from team battles, as most support based people do. Some people see her as an irritation or hindrance, mainly because she's a partial liability when she's repairing their IS in the midst of a battle, but she doesn't seem to care that much. All that matters to her is that they don't fall, then she'd have to fight people made for true combat, unlike herself. It's not well known what drives her, but what is known is she loves to build new things. Weapons, Boosters… You name it, they're on it.


Extra Appearance Details: The horns aren't real per say, but they are definitely never coming off. The only thing pictured was her outfit outside of school, which may change. Her IS School Uniform is standard. The suit she wears is pictured, with a custom helmet to fit around her horns.

Backstory: (I have yet to think of a true story for them.)


Accessing Item: The horns on her head are actually implanted. They're made of a lightweight metal. Her parents didn't like the idea, but have grown to accept it.


IS Appearance: Attached, but if you want a description… Oddly enough Iska's IS doesn't look like one at all. It uses the same components, but is a bit larger than your standard IS. This is mainly to hold onto all of the repair tools it has, as well as possible weapons storage for weapons not typically carried on an IS. Think of a transport IS. That's kinda what it is after all. Fire support is it's second role. She hasn't named it yet. MSIS-00 is all she has right now. It's 13 feet tall and about 13 feet in width. IS Range: MSIS is a mid to close range combatant, the accuracy of it's weapons at long range is laughable, and the repair tools can't reach out that far.


IS Weaponry: The tools on MSIS can be used as weapons to an extent, though mainly only the plasma cutter and beam. The beam seems to be similar to the Constructors from the Halo series, being capable of damage and repair, depending on use. The beam can repair ISes at a decent pace, but the beam can be interrupted by separating or firing something in front of it. Unfortunately, the other weapons other than tools cannot be fired while this beam is used, due to power constraints. The tools in MSIS could build another IS, so long as the materials and core are supplied to it. The only true backup weapons the MSIS has are .50 Miniguns, which aren't as effective as a 30mm for obvious reasons. (I assume .50 is kinda like a handgun.) The main benefit of these is the accuracy at mid and close range. The secondary benefit is the high RPM of the gun, capable of putting pressure on an opponent with ease. The MSIS has two extra manipulator arms in the large boxes on it's sides, technically allowing more weapons should they be given any.

IS Power Levels: 420 (I had to. I just had to. I'm sorry.) (I understand what someone will say about this scaling. But then you have to realize, MSIS's hitbox is bigger than a normal IS.

Durability: 4


Hitting Power: 3


Accuracy: 3


Perception: 4


Extra Points: 2


Speed: The MSIS isn't made for quick entrances and getaways, since the armor is supposed to help out with that. That, and imagine running around with a mobile construction site on your back. It doesn't work that way I'm afraid. Now, they could change out the boxes eventually.


Durability: This is a necessity, as once the shields are low, armor is very important. The curved sections are more resistant to Directed Energy Weapons, while the angled is better against cannons and guns. Missiles work in general. The cameras are well fortified, so don't try it.


Hitting Power: The Plasma cutter tool is most likely the most damaging, but will rarely be used unless enemies get really close and Iska's desperate. The .50 Miniguns may not have instant damage, but they chew away at shields and armor over time, making them a great suppressing weapon. The Heal Beam is like a weak laser, but is effective once a weak spot is hit. Same for the Miniguns in a way. The Heal Beam is located on the lower camera orb and side camera orb. (I need these both, but can only use one at a time.)


Accuracy: The accuracy of the MSIS is rather good at mid-close range, but begins to become inaccurate at longer distances.


Perception: The main reason perception is so high is due to the cameras seen on the side and bottom of the head for the IS. (Iska sits in the middle, not the neck/head. That'd be way too big.) These cameras locate spots of weakness, mainly for repair, but can be used against the enemy. They locate these weaknesses via a full scan, with the other options consisting of; FLIR, IRNV X-Ray. (Used for assessing injuries/more weak spots. Others are self-explanatory.)
