Fandom InFamous: World in Terror

@Ian Temero A few things.

This rp doesn't have any type of magic, so the light manipulation will be only solidifying the light, healing would have to be a separate power. Same thing for the shadow, there is no "black abyss". She can animate a couple of shadows at a time, but they would just be shadow attacks on her enemies.

Once that I'd fixed, fill out the personality, backstory, equipment, and if you'd like, the other section.

I can tell its a WIP but it doesn't hurt to say it haha.

Alright, well let me fight for these powers, because I think they fit and there are several examples in the games that support these.

Healing - In all of the games there are several examples of abilities that don't exactly match their element. The tar lady from the first game has mind control, Cole with electricity can make a solid shield or make people float, Agent Kou with ice powers can fly, Nyx with nepalm can teleport, and Eugean with data solidification can transform. And then there is Cole and Delsin, with electricity and power copying, that are able to heal other people.

"Black abbyss" - I suppose I could have used a different choice of words. I was just trying to be poetic. More specificly, the shadow becomes like quicksand and drags you into the ground. The best in game comparison would be Delsin's fight with Eugean where he keeps getting pulled into the computer, only in this case it's a lot less interactive and a lot survivable.

To clarify, Nightmare is not a "use in every combat" kind of power. This is Cole's ionic powers. This is Delsin's karmic streak powers. This is her super attack, and it is very situational. If she were to use it outside in the middle of the day, it would be about as dangerous as someone with cotton-candy powers. But if she used it in a dark room, the entire room would attack you, monsters would crawl out of the ground, the walls would reach out and grab you, the floor would try to swallow you whole.

@Ian Temero Sasha, the mind control lady, uses tar as the connection between her and her subordinates. She is basically one with the tar, but her real power is mind control and manipulation.

Cole's power is electromagnetism so his powers are far more extensive than what you could play in the games.

This is for Nix and Kuo: "Kuo also possesses several powers that help her mobility further, such as the ability of flight. Whenever she takes flight, her body turns into an icy vapor (which could be considered another form of teleportation) where she is then able to fly towards any possible direction, unharmed from any physical obstructions.[1]"

Yes I know it was talking about Kuo, but Nix does the same thing because she doesn't just control Napalm she also controls fire and heat. So she turns into actual vapor from a heat standpoint to teleport.

The Nightmare ability is fine as long as you don't take advantage of it and don't affect large areas to get a whole building under.

:)

@Zabuzas Son read the fackin rules! But yea you're accepted. When you use the fear manipulation, just PM people and ask what to make their fear if you want to see into it or something.

And if they say their character doesn't have a fear, slap them and ask again! :D

Alright, the healing wasn't that important anyways. I was just looking for an angel themed power.

Sorry that I haven't completed my character sheet yet, I'm am suffering from some high-tier writers block.

Hey, don't worry about it. We haven't started yet, so take your time.

@Chayliel So it was mentioned in Second Son that wire power existed. I wanted that but was wondering if I could send electric shocks through them, as without electricity what's the point of wires right? Nothing like Cole's powers tho.

You'd be amazed what you can do without electricity with wires.

For reference:

In one RP, I had someone with the power to control ropes and the like (ropes, wires, cords, etc.) He made a machine with wires that had blades on them. Using them, he could rotate the things around his waist and shoot the cords into walls with the blades attached to them, allowing him to rappel from building to building. He could also shoot them into people. Basically, omni-directional maneuvering gear from Attack on Titan. He ended up being a pretty imposing enemy.

Okay dokey artichokeys.

The tubularity of this rp will start today hopefully. I will start it with a bang. Or a pop. Or a bam. Or just a crack.

Sorry I'm tired.

Okay. Well, if you don't post it in the next three hours, I won't be able to post until tomorrow.
