Maybe if you make it work like if she comes into contact with a conduit, she can use their power until she touches someone else. Only one power at a time but still incredibly powerful or incredibly weak, depending on how you can write for her. I can allow that.

  Personality: K'tal is considered one of the most unpredictable conduits on current record, shameless killing both humans and Conduits alike. Despite this seemingly blind bloodshed, the link between K'tal's victims is that they were all harassing one of the opposite side. K'tal believes that humans and conduits are equals, or (at the very least) codependent beings. He hates false strength and those who can't back up their words. He also hates anything involving slavery. Despite his actions, he believes what he's doing is right, and is the start of a revolution. K'tal loves puns and jokes, but not when they hurt someone. Prefers to smile, even in the tightest of spots. Although, due to his experience in Curdun Cay, he's left rather unstable and depressed. Because of this, K'tal is a lone wolf, and seldom works with anyone.
  
  
  Background: Suffers Amnesia from a ray sphere blast. Can not recollect any memories before the impact, other than he was studying physics, genetics, and biology. Remembering his past wasn't too big of an issue anyway. What he does remember is being abducted by the DUP, and sent to Curdun Cay. The scientists constantly mentioned someone named "Mcgrath" and how he and K'tal had the same power. K'tal was pitted against several other conduits to see the limits of his power. One day, on the brink of suicide due to the maltreatment, he noticed how the security had lightened up in response to K'tal losing his will to live. He kept the act up for a few more days before one of the patrols had let their guard down. Taking this opportunity, K'tal escaped Curdun Cay, and ran as far as he could. He stumbled upon Chicago, and began his steps to reek revenge on the man responsible for the hell K'tal, no, all conduits were put through: Marshall Robert Cutler

  Electricity

  K'tal can manipulate the electricity around him. Charging/overloading electronics, using electronics to charge himself. He can even travel along electric currents, turn into a bolt of lightning, and "surf" along things that conduct electricity, such as telephone wires When at full power, K'tal can even tame lighting (will be explained in "Active/Passive abilities").

  • Bolt: Can turn into a bolt of lightning to travel along electric currents, or just zap himself a short distance. Second form cannot go on indefinitely, unlike "surfing". Fastest mode of travel
    
  • Surf: Can ride along electric wiring like telephone wires without "bolting." Much faster than walking and is unlimited. Not as quick or stealthy as bolt.
    
  • Hydro-conductivity: Electiric powers will be slightly amplified when in contact with water, but prolonged contact with water will injure, and could even kill, K'tal. Must be in a body of water, or in mist.
    
  • Regenerate: Standard conduit ability. K'tal either takes in energy, or wait outside of battle, and wounds will soon heal. Can also use this ability on others, but he must have leftover energy to heal others.
    
  • Leach: By absorbing the electrons in a victim's body, K'tal can charge his energy to the max, at the cost of the victim's life.
    
  • Hover: Standard conduit ability. Uses a small amount of energy to temporarily hover and glide down.
    
  • Channel: Can send electric currents through people, including himself, and objects. (Energy may be used to further amp this ability)
    
  • Slam: Standard conduit ability. Creates an AOE blast of electricity upon impact from a fall at minimum height of 20 feet.
    
  • Lightning Rod: Immune to lightning/electric shock, and even charges his power.
    
  • Overcharge: Power must be charged beyond max capacity (a "critical mass", if you will). While active, K'tal's abilities will be amplified, and he will gain access to new ones. (Note: This can only be done if K'tal absorbs a lighting bolt, and will constantly consume energy, 5% per-second. Active abilities are amplified and will have reduced costs, and weaker abilities have no cost. Other note: Abilities exclusive to overload/overcharge will be marked with an "*", along with boosted abilities.)

  • Jolt (1% per shot): A small ball of electricity weakly damages and shortly stun enemies. *Will do more damage, and creates a small blast to knock down the hit target, and stun other enemies in the AOE. *No cost
    
  • Shock (2.5% per shot): A lightning bolt is shot to moderately damage and chain-stun from enemy to enemy. Only the shot enemy receives damage. *Damage and chain number increased. *Chained enemies also receive damage. *No cost
    
  • Tesla grenade (20% per shot): K'tal lobs a ball of electricity that splits into smaller balls. Timed explosion, and a small AOE to deal fractional damage. Cumulatively large damage. *Damage increased. *No split, but grenade does stick. *AOE is drastically increased and stuns enemies, but no longer does damage. *Cost decreased to 5% per shot
    
  • Gigawatt Blades (5% to summon/banish): Summons two electric blades from his hands and feet that can cut flesh. *Blade length and strength increases. *Cost decreased to 1.25%
    
  • Magnet Shield (10% to cast): Throws out an electric wall that generates a magnetic field in one direction, absorbing direct metallic projectiles, e.g. bullets, being shot directly. Projectiles will be shot back in the one direction. *Wall size is increased and can be moved. *Reflected projectile damage increased. *Cost decreased to 2.5%.
    
  • *Circuit Stream (10% per second): While Overcharge is active, shoots a continuous stream of lightning. Deals huge damage, but no additional effects.
    
  • *Zeus Canon (50-100%): While Overcharge is active, K'tal summons a huge bolt of lightning from the sky to deal huge to massive damage in a wide radius, shortly stunning all enemies in the AOE. Damage directly proportional to the amount of energy remaining. Enemies that survived will be stunned for a short time. Note: AOE is smaller than discharge.
    
  • *Discharge (100% of remaining energy): While Overcharge is active, K'tal uses whatever energy he has left to send out a larger AOE of stunning electricity with a wider radius than Zeus canon, and stuns for much longer, but doesn't do NEARLY as much damage.

Chill, friendly, and all around peacekeeper. Likes music, company, and freedom. He enjoys a fair fight and accepts losing as long as he doesn't get hurt. However that is a weakness. He also has a little shorter fuse than anyone else if things don't go his way.

Biological manipulation in myself can allow me to change my arms into whatever I want, from a blade that reaches the floor to claws to a big hammer. I also have increased acrobatic skills and good reflexes. But I don't wanna hurt nobody, and I only want to use the least of my powers as I can.


Y'know like Prototype 2's James Heller powers 'cept I'm better. God I loved that game.

History:


I always liked running, skateboarding, rollerblading, y'know cool kid stuff. I was cool, not that popular but I was in a large circle of friends that would mess around a lot. Then one day in the middle of summer, I looked out my window. It would be such a peaceful day if it wasn't for that damn bomb. The blast killed my whole family and the only survivors were me and my brother, we would look like twins if my hair didn't change color from black and that tatoo on my face that I got for my 15th birthday. I discovered my powers accidentally and my brother got killed accidentally by my own hands. I must carry that burden for the rest of my life and hope that all conduits can understand that we are gifted and not to use our powers for granted. We should live together in tranquility and peace, hopefully conduits can be the new world's police force.
