Help Incognito help?

How do I go incognito for my profile? Meaning I am invisible to where I have been, if I'm online or not and when I read last time on the PM. I think I already enabled it but for some reason, i can still see it when I press on my own profile or read my pms. Help?

Also, not sure if it is now, but the Pm last read date thing was having issues. Meaning, if you put it to not show the last read date, then your partner could see it. And vice versa. Like I said, not sure if this is still the case or if this was fixed.
