Celestine
innocuous space goddess
Perhaps it was decided,
Or we coincided
With some map drawn in the dark.
There is love, and love again.
The rules of human cartography:
The world is mostly ocean
Churning, terrible, and we all must face it,
Leaving us tired,
Hands slipping as the water takes us,
Grasping tightly again each time wondering if..
If perhaps…
That compass drawn in the corner
Was right?
And we see the dark the map was drawn in
And it gives us hope.
Or we coincided
With some map drawn in the dark.
There is love, and love again.
The rules of human cartography:
The world is mostly ocean
Churning, terrible, and we all must face it,
Leaving us tired,
Hands slipping as the water takes us,
Grasping tightly again each time wondering if..
If perhaps…
That compass drawn in the corner
Was right?
And we see the dark the map was drawn in
And it gives us hope.
