Wow, Glacier Falls...it's so weird being back in the old town after twenty five years. So many things have changed. People, buildings, roads...all of it is different. But it still has that small town feel with the big city vibe if that makes any sense. I was born and raised here, but there's a particular few years that will always stand out as the some of the best and in contrast, strangest time in my life. I suppose I should explain further, you see, I single handedly set forth a chain reaction of events that altered the lives of many people, specifically my tight knit circle of friends. We were as close as any group could get. We shared our lives together and experienced everything with one another...joy, sadness, angst, fear and all things in between. I was that odd girl in town, but they accepted me for for who I was. But, all in one moment, everything changed and that's in large part to my doing. You see, when I hit eighteen, I made a monumental decision that would leave everyone in my life, most particular my friends, reeling and feeling as if their world had flipped upside down. A choice that would affect their lives, even till this very day. Something that none of them, including myself, would ever forget. This is my story...or maybe their story, depending on how you wanna look at it. I hope your prepared, because the tale that I'm about to tell you, is quite a strange one.

This will be set during the late 90's in the fictional suburb of Glacier Falls, a small city in upstate New York. It will revolve around a tight knit group of friends that are dealing with the mysterious disappearance of their friend, eighteen year old Penelope Reynolds. Think "Dawson's Creek" meets "Twin Peaks". Penelope comes from one of the wealthiest families in Glacier Falls and her vanishing has rocked the small suburb to it's core. One of the last clues left behind, is a supposed goodbye note left by Penelope. It reads...
None of you will understand what I'm about to do and I don't blame you. But know that it's a decision that I've contemplated for a very long time. I'm not depressed or even sad about my choice, it's just something that feels right. To all that I've left behind, you have to know that I love you beyond words, you made life worth living. Try to carry on the best you can and know that this isn't the end, we'll see each other again one way or another. Please don't blame yourselves for what's about to happen, this was entirely my choice and I take full responsibility for it. I'll always be with all of you, perhaps in more ways than one. I have to go now, but remember, in all things that you do...do them in memory of me.

Many feel this is a clear cut suicide note, but no body has ever been found. Wild theories have run rampant. Some think that Penelope staged her own disappearance, while others think her parents know much more than they are saying. Our characters will be Penelope's group of friends that are coping with the tragic events while at the same time dealing with the normal everyday roller coaster of being a teenager, including school, work, home life and romances. One year after Penelope's disappearance and many strange things have been happening all over town. Sightings of Penelope have sky rocketed and someone or something seems to be leaving tell tale calling cards. In particular our group of friends have been experiencing the brunt of things. Is Penelope still alive? What do Mr. and Mrs. Reynolds know about their daughter's vanishing and just how are we supposed to deal with all of it? Strange times lie ahead.
