I just landed an apartment in Bemont, MA for August 15th. Hopefully I can get a broadband hookup completed by that date, and the downtime will only be the 4 hours it takes to physically drive the server down there. It's still a good 2+ weeks away, but I thought I'd give everyone some warning.
