Image resolution for signatures

Right so, I've gone ahead to try to recreate my old signature, but I'm met with a little problem.

I've clicked update, but it simply will not allow me to complete my signature even though the resolution is below the limit.

Do you have more than 5 lines of text? Try clicking on the bottom of the text box and pressing the backspace button until there isn't any space left.

Try removing everything, adding the picture first, then adding the text above it (or below, as you like)?

When I was doing mine, I was playing around with formatting and ended up copying over the second quote, at which point it decided I was past five lines.  (I wasn't.)  Deleting everything and pasting the whole block of text at one time worked.

I just tried it, but it didn't work D:

I've tried removing the text, leaving just the picture and yet it says that the picture doesn't follow the requirement even though its smaller than the maximum resolution. I've tried it with another image as well and the same happens.
