I joined a few months ago and i have no clue what i am doing or how to do anything.

At the top you'll see a bunch of buttons like Forums, Blogs, etc. At the far right is Tutorials. (It may be tucked away in More, depending on your screen size.) Check out the update survival guide and the rest of the tutorials as you like; they're very helpful!

Well... I don't really know how to get into Role plays. Along with creating them.

You might want to start with Interest Checks, that is if you're looking for group roleplays. This is where people post a summary of their roleplay to gather interest and members. You can find it on the main page, but if not, here's the link.
If you're looking for a single partner for a 1x1, then you want to go here. If none of them seem to interest you, you can always create your own with your own interests or own idea for a roleplay and let others come to you! That's where I would start!
When you have some members gathered and are ready to begin roleplaying, you can post up a couple of different threads for your roleplay until you have enough posts to create a Hosted Project. There are different places for different genres: futuristic, fandom, fantasy, or realistic/modern.
