The citizens of Autocthonia are listed as having Shogunate level artifact production, and they've had ample oppritunity to study and use 6 of the 7 Â Magic materials (the usual 5 plus Adamant, but no experience with Black Lead).
So, by continuity I'd think that they could make Jade Arms (Blood and Salt, page 89), or simular body part replacements of Jade or other materials. Â By game mechanics, I'd say that an Orichalcum arm can only aid Orichalcum Caste Attribute charms (strength, charisma, and intellegence I thinks), and reduce the commitment cost of Orichalcum artifacts, as normal for the arm. Â
But... Â should it effect the commitment costs of Charms? Â And then, how much favor should the ST show in granting an Orichalcum exalt new orichalcum charms?
(rather than materials of the other types? Â Not all charms should HAVE to be caste materials, right?)
