A Friendly Thief
Though, it's not completely thought out yet, I'd still like to give it a shot!
A young peasant boy wishes to become a knight kind of thing.
He was born in a small isolated village located in a part of the country that has a ridiculous amount of monsters in it. Because of this his people are not only considered very dim witted (because a relative lack of technology, isolation in the middle of a forest and what not) but cursed to be all around bad luck. But for whatever motivation (I'm hoping you'll lend your personal touch on that part) he wants to fight for the empire in a time of impending war. He has plenty of combat skills unique to his people, and plenty of experience fighting monsters. However, no one wants him to succeed because of his people.
More drama happens once he's allowed to be a soldier, but I'm pretty sure you get it. One major thing I want in this rp though, is that magic is very hard to come by for humans. Very few characters will be able to use it, but the monsters will have plenty of it. I would rather you be the soldier, while I be more of a narrator, and some other characters I haven't really thought through yet (again, not really fully thought out yet).
I'd rather have intermediate roleplayers for this rp. Someone who knows how to explore on their own. There isn't any length requirements, just make sure you say when needs to be said, and I know what you're trying to say.
