Realistic or Modern I Will Obey (Neko girl x Master RP)

Lavi Zemmi

"O you poor thing you mustn't have gotten a lot of food so you know what i'll treat you to wherever or whatever you want" I said as a smiled at her noticing her cheeks go red I found it cute so I couldn't just let her go hungry.

Lynx edged toward the pantry, then pulled out two granola bars for herself. She unwrapped one and bit into it, careful not to let any crumbs fall onto the floor. She quickly ate both and threw away the wrappers, than sat down and tugged at the collar and leash with annoyance.

Lazarus shrugged off the simple grey jacket he had chosen and draped it across Miki's shivering frame.

"Still cold?"

Before he could reply a snowball hit him squarely on the back of his head.

"Get over here and help me with the tent!!" Jack yelled, moments later. Lazarus took a very deep breath and gently placed Miki onto her feet.

"I'll be just a moment" He mummered and turned towards Jack. He leaned down and scooped up a mound of snow the size of a small boulder.

"Ah h-hey Laz-" But the vampire was interrupted by a face full of snow.

Miki laughed and followed Lazarus. She exhaled, her breath making a tiny cloud of fog. She shivered and continued walking.

"...now my hairs all wet..." Jack muttered under his breath as he spread out his sleeping bag. Lazarus' lips twitched as he set up his own. He reached into his knapsack for the second sleeping bag but came out empty handed. He checked again but it seemed there really was only one. That was strange. Sebastian rarely made mistakes.

Jack leaned over Lazarus shoulder, a grin slowly forming across his face. "Well it looks like you two are going to have to share" He said, waggling his eyebrows suggestively.

Miki looked at the two, her face a bit red. She twiddled her thumbs looking at the sole sleeping bag they were going to share.

"I can sleep outside" Lazarus suggested. He turned and unzipped the tent. Howling winds and snow immediately came flying into the small space, dropping the temperature by several degrees. Jack gave him an 'are you insane' look before quickly gesturing for Miki to do something.

Miki walked over and zipped up the tent flap. "It's fine." She said. "Plus, I am not letting my master sleep in the cold for me." She said.

A small frown seemed to form on Lazarus lips. He understood her concern but he wasn't as impartial to being this intimate in front of company. Especially one that will annoy him about it for days.

"Ah wait!" Jack exclaimed, sensing his friends negative mood "I have a spare one in my car, I'll be just a sec"

And with that he disappeared out of the tent, leaving Miki and Lazarus alone.

Miki stared at Lazarus. She noticed his frown. "What's wrong." She said, looking at him, concern in his eyes.

"Its nothing" Lazarus answered, turning away from her worried gaze. He didn't know why but he still felt apprehensive about sharing a sleeping bag with Miki. Even though Jack was temporarily gone he couldn't bring himself to be intimate with her like back when they were at the mansion. The flood of confusing feelings left him overall frustrated.

Lazarus swiftly turned around. He could hear the sarcasm in her voice and viewed it as a challenge. His mind reasoned that she was just genuinely concerned about him but his dominant instincts were telling him otherwise. It was rare for Lazarus' emotions to rule out his thoughts but it seemed as though Miki had that strange effect on him.

"And what exactly do you propose I should have said?" He inquired, towering over her. His voice was dangerously soft, like lightening before thunder.

"I wouldn't have expected a different reaction but doing this is nonsense." Miki said, her fangs baring. She flicked her tail and stood up.

Just as he was about to retort with a scathing comment he would have regretted saying later on, his cell vibrated. Lazarus gave Miki a warning glance before turning slightly to the side and took a calming breath before answering the phone.

"Hello?"

Instantly Jack's voice came screaming through the speakers along with what seemed to be radio music.

"Hey Laz!" He yelled, followed by beating drums and sappy love lyrics "It turns out a blizzard has started out there so I can't make it back with the extra sleeping bag!!"

"..."

"Helllooooo???" Jack called.

"Get. Over. Here. NOW" Lazarus commanded, each word threatening and silent.

"You want me to walk through eight feet of snow???"

"Yes"

Lazarus had just about enough of this conversation. He knew perfectly well that vampires were able to walk through piles and large mounds of snow without so much as blinking.

"Ahhaahhh no no no no" Jack retorted "My hair has been ruined once already today, not gonna let it happen again!"

And before Lazarus could protest the line went static, the storm probably cutting off the connection.

"There's two sleeping bags here" Was all Lazarus said as he began to walk over to Jack's, putting some distance between them. It seemed like he was completely ignoring her entire presence.

Outside the storm tore at the tent and the temperature continued to drop each passing minute. Of course Lazarus could barely feel the sudden temperature.

Miki sighed and walked to her sleeping bag. She sighed and tried to stay warm, huddling close to herself in her sleeping bag.

Lazarus leaned to one side, eyes wide open. He felt remorseful at the way he was acting towards Miki and knew that all his actions were completely unjustifiable. She really had only been worried for him and he cared more about his own comfort then her feelings. He breathed out a sigh and noticed how his breaths seemed to come out in puffs of white mist. He was shocked at how cold it had turned and slowly sat up, facing his Neko.

"Miki?" Lazarus called, now slightly worried.

"Are you..." He began to ask but stopped himself. Of course she was cold, any idiot could have figured that out. He unzipped the bag and slowly crawled over, a rare occurence that Jack would have loved to have on video.

Without a word of warning he slipped into Miki's sleeping bag and wrapped his cold arms around her. Even if he was a vampire Lazarus still had some body heat to spare.

Miki sighed. He was cold, but warmer than the air outside. She smiled and leaned into his chest which was resting on her back.

Lazarus slowly rested his head on the top of hers as he felt her body began to warm.

"I'm sorry" He muttered, his voice slightly muffled into her hair. He wasn't one to apologies but not because he doesn't want to, but more out of the fact that he never really had the need to.
