Nisha Syrvi
Nisha looked at the flask that Fennel handed to her and slowly grabbed it with her free hand. She stared at it for a few seconds before taking a sip of the drink. Within moments she already felt a lot more energized than before. She didn't feel as fatigued as before, and she was able to stand a bit better, as to not have Fennel carry all her weight while supporting her. Her legs still hurt quite a lot, so she still had to rely on him to walk, but at least he didn't have to borderline drag her.
As they walked through the plaza, Nisha would stare at the ground, both because she didn't want to look at the people looking at them, a band of slaves following an old woman, and because she just didn't know what to do for the most part. Everything still felt like a dream, and even when the old lady beat the man who insulted them bloody, she couldn't help but look at the man as if he was just an object on the floor. Reaching the end of the town, Nisha looked up the see the vast landscape and fields in front of her. It looked beautiful, especially since she was no longer seeing it from behind a locked cage.
Looking down once more, she held up the bell that used to control her life and couldn't help but give off a slight smile. Even if everything still felt like a dream, it still felt good that she was free, hopefully.
