I want to do more maps

I'd like the practice, so if anyone wants me to make a map for them like this one, please let me know.

It's not for me, but a lunar game I'm in. If you want to make a map from the Southwest shores to just past the area of Tamuz (don't recall exactly where that is) that would be awesome and I'm sure my ST would dig it.

I'd like some more info to work with. If your ST's interested, have him get in touch with me.

Thanks,

Question: Could you make a map for me, it's a game I plan on running in the distant future (3 months or so). But I like to be prepared and I really like the work you did with your map. The area is in the River Province, the area of the Empty City, on the border with Mishaka, land of the horse lords (yes, I know, I had to use one Lord of the Rings bit ^_^ ) Basically, you can look at the Scanvenger Lords book for the general area, but I want to define it to a much more local scale.

I'm shooting for about two small provinces of Mishaka, which I have labeled The Downs and the Range of Varsi, melding with the Grey River and then the vast plains leading to the empty city, I have about thirty little towns and two or three cities, not counting Varsi and Deandsor (the Empty City). If you feel like making it just post here and I shall give thee the rest of the info ^_^

Sure. I had a very clear picture of what I wanted when I made my map, so as much detail as possible would be preferred. If you could even sketch out a really rough version of the landscape and settlements in MS Paint (for example) and email it to me, that would be great.

Hmm, I'll give it a shot. I'll see what I can whip up by tonight, no promises on something mind blowing but basic features, terrain and roads and towns me thinks.

Well I got it to BARE bones of what I'm looking for, and I'm so glad I draw with my hands far better than I do with Paint, gah. But I'm trying to send it to you now, so here's hoping.

Note: I'm just gonna post my pic here because my e-mail is out of whack, so hopefully you can work with this POS map from here, terribly sorry about that. But first can someone tell me how to get my image from my hard drive onto the forums x.x? I've never had to do this before. Oy.

You can't only link images that are hosted somewhere.

<strike>If you have an FTP client, you can point it to patternspider.net on port 8021 and upload it there. The username and password are both "pspider".</strike>

Otherwise, you could get an account on photobucket.com and upload it there.

Edit: I forgot that I shut down that ftp server, since nobody used it, and sftp is far more secure.

All I get is a login prompt. I think you need to link to theimage directly.

I'll need your password then to access it. You can PM it to me.

The problem is the album is locked. You'll need to go into account options and unlock it. Either click Yes and make it private, or tell Still the password to view it.

At least I'm pretty sure that's what it is.

This is really a great help. And the map is very nice. How many maps do you think you will be doing? I've got a really detailed setting in the north and would love a proper map for it.

I'll keep taking requests until I get sick of doing it. I think this map I'm working on now for Cthulhu is actually coming out better than the last one I did. I'm developing a lot of new techniques.

Give me as much info as you can, and if possible, a rough sketch, and I'll see what I can do.

I think that a map of the island chain out in the West would be very helpful. I wouldnt be any help to sketch it, just throw down whatever cities have been mentioned in books and a zoomed in view on those islands. If you think it would work better, maybe even split up each of the nations among the West.

Hmm... that would require a hefty rereading of Scavenger Sons, Blood and Salt, and Savage Seas on my part. Not an entirely bad idea though.

What about a geographical map of the 100 Kingdoms? I already have where the nations are in my game set up quite extensively (about 40 Kingdoms written in) so I can draw them in myself fairly easily.

I think the only geographical requirement would be that the 100 Kingdoms by and large don't go into the mountains to the north. In my current game, the PC's are building themselves a small kingdom in a large valley in those mountains to the north.

What about a geographical map of the 100 Kingdoms?
Do mean just landscape, with no towns, roads, or borders marked? That should be simple enough.

MAPS!

If you arn't to bored with drawing maps yet could you draw me a map of the eastern "corner" of the underworld, the only details i need are the stomping grounds of mask of winters and walker in darkness, beyond that use any artistic lisence you care to bring forward...

Thanks

I would do it myself but my drawing ability stops at stick-men

I'm putting my mapping on hold until after my vacation (next week). After that, I'm going to do an unmarked Threshold map for HTH. I'll do yours next.

Hey, can I get a marked version of the Scavenger Lands Map?

From the Kingdom of Harborhead (South) to Linowan Nation (North), East to the Mound of Forsaken Seeds and the Well of Udr.

If you could do it, thanks.

Hey' date=' can I get a marked version of the Scavenger Lands Map?[/quote']
Sure... but for such a large area, why not just use Stephenls map?
