~Dallas Quinn, a 18 year old girl, recently moved to a small backwoodstown; Blackwater, Tennessee, by her dying mother. Her mother, is dying of lung cancer, and her only wish is for Dallas to be happy. She is being forced to go to school, since she never graduated, and ends up meeting Elle, her now best friend. Not even a day later, Elle invites her to a party. Which isnt really a party. Long story short, she tries to drop her off at a river, knowing she cant swim, but in a sick twist of...
