I need help

I am new to this website and i am confused about a few things and i think the community will be a great help.


1. the rules say no sexual content but are you allowed to have girlfriends in a roleplay like what is the limits


2. that same thing with the gore rule are you allowed killing in roleplaying? what is the limit?


3.with roleplays do you usually play until done or you can drop out when you need to go (i can play for a long time if needed)


4. what types of roleplay modes are there? can you guys explain them for me


lastly please give any tips that would be nice sorry if i seem stupid but i have to start somewhere

Hello, Topaz! Welcome to the site!


To answer your questions:


1. Nothing explicit or sexual. You are allowed to have girlfriends in RPs and interact with each other like kissing and hugging, but anything sexual is off-limits and if there is no other way you should fade to black.


2. Gore and killing are fine unless the Game Master (Person who created the RP) states otherwise in the RP rules. Of course, all site rules apply regardless.


3. There are 3 categories of roleplays: Simple, Casual and Detailed. Some people are going to ask you to stay until the RP is done and be active. Detailed roleplays are more serious than Casual or Simple and will most likely need you to commit to them. Since you just joined and are new to roleplaying I recommend you to start with Simple roleplays. You can identify the roleplay category by the little prefix next to their name. Same as how the title of this thread has "Advice/Help" next to it.


4.We have both Forum Roleplays and Dice Roleplays. There's even a Dice roller on site.


And lastly, you can find roleplays through the recruitment threads (for 1x1 RPs) and Interest Check forum for Group RPs. There are also multiple Tutorials on site which you can check out if you need to.

Fantasy Interest Checks


That's the fantasy Interest Check forum.


The recruitment thread for every category of RP can be found under the "Roleplays" tab. It's right under the category. For example, There's a link "Fantasy Interest Checks" under the Fantasy roleplay category.
