For your history remember that there are two ways that you could have become an angel, one you are just created as an angel or 2 you died purely and became an angel. Same goes for demons, 1. You were either created is one or you died in a sinful way!

Laylah was born in the wintertime, to two parents who cared deeply about her. They had wanted a child for so long, but unfortunately they were never given one. Then one day, they found out they were expecting Laylah! The joy they had during the time they prepared to have her, they were so happy and after they had her they showered her with attention and love. Her life was absolutely perfect, she could not have asked for better parents.

As the years went by, they were so eager to keep her safe that they went a bit overboard. Rightly so, during that time kids were getting kidnapped and just so many terrible things. One day though her father was late picking her up, she managed to call him on her phone and convince him that she could walk home and that was to be the worst day in all of their lives.

She ended up getting stabbed on her way home, she didn’t make it to the hospital and the next thing she knew she was in the overworld. Because she was so young, she ended up going straight there and not even having to go through judgment. Still, she was not happy about being there because she had to get back to her parents, of course they would not allow that.

She was allowed to see her parents, but that was more painful than anything else in the world. Watching as they cried for her night after night, she just started not being able to handle it. Because of that she started to slowly lose her memory, she was doing it because of the trauma that was from her death. She holds a lot of anger towards the person who did this and would love to see him suffer.

The god of the overworld decided that she would make a perfect angel of life, after all she had a huge love for helping others get to where they needed to on earth. Her powers are very useful for helping with her job, sometimes on the way to bringing a baby down to earth she encounters demons who would like nothing more than to stop her. Luckily she is able to heal them, sometimes souls are lost to the demons, but that doesn’t stop her.

Persuasion/mental manipulation: Aqyertus can manipulate minds and passions of susceptible individuals. Weakness: Strong willed individuals may not be influenced.
Environmental manipulation: Aqyertus has a certain degree of control over his surroundings, he can make himself invisible, he can create illusions and make people see things that are not real.
Weakness: it does not always work too well if there is not enough conflict potential in the area.
Strengths: The more intense the conflict, the greater the power becomes
Intangibility: The Demon of War can freely pass through walls and such. Weakness: Can be hard to enter holy places ("holy" in a general sense, like an area in which prayers to the God of the Overworld are frequently devoted.
General weakness/strength: His powers fluctuate with general conflict potential of the world in any given time frame.

Bio ~ Aqyertus is one of the created demons. Upon being created, he was reluctant to engage in his task, however, his inclination as a demon of war being as it was, he grew more and more arrogant and war-like.

Powers ~​

• Midas' touch - With a touch, Mammon can turn any object to gold. Once made, this transformation cannot be undone.​
• Glamour - Mammon can spin illusions to alter his own appearance at will; This change is entirely superficial.​
• Greed Intuition - Not so much a power as it is a skill honed from years of experience in plying humanity's vices, Mammon possesses an extraordinary ability to pinpoint a person's deepest, driving desires; To take what they covet and use that to his advantage.​

Likes ~ People-watching, rainy days, clever banter, fast cars, the thrill of the chase, and above all else, fine things: Well-tailored clothing, bespoke artistry- portraits, sculptures, woodwork..., gold, jewels, vintage wines, men and women alike.

Dislikes ~ Acts of charity, shoddy craftsmanship, filth and grime, dogs, losing a bet.

Bio ~ Since the dawn of humanity, Mammon- Amon, amongst mortal company- has bent the ears of kings and beggars alike, whispering promises of wealth and glory to those who dare to chase it-- at any cost. As a created demon, Mammon is greed; And beneath the honeyed words and sly smile that does not quite reach his eyes lies a cold, calculating intellect and insatiable desire to possess.

Though he was not born a human, Mammon prefers to while away his boundless time in the mortal realm, at the right hand of corrupt politicians and cutthroat businessmen looking to line their pockets at the expense of those under their heel, or else amusing himself with the vagaries of the human world. He maintains lavish estates across all corners of the globe, each furnished richly with a myriad of rare and priceless treasures. Yet, despite surrounding himself with such luxury, it is never enough; For all his gold and finery, contentment remains--as it has since the beginning of Mammon's long and hollow existence-- frustratingly out of reach.

Emotional Absorption; The name mostly explains it. Nina can relieve someone of intense emotions and take on those burdens herself. Nina’s sole purpose is to aid those who are suffering by using her powers to take on the burdens of another. When Nina absorbs the emotions of someone, she also becomes aware of the context behind those emotions and what led to them. She doesn’t fully live out or see their memories. It’s more like hearing about it from the person themselves and feeling exactly how they do. Which mean that anything she learns comes from there perspective and not an objective one. She learns about the lives of the people she helps, specifically, how they got to the point they are. The people she helps will never see her. It is a thankless job and it heavily burdens her, but she does it nonetheless.
Emotional Inducement; Nina is forbidden from using this ability without good cause, but her powers go both ways. Any emotion she has collected can be transferred from her, to another person.

Nina’s biggest virtues are her empathetic nature and her willingness to listen. She’s very open minded. However her biggest flaws are her willingness to lie to and manipulate people and her insecurity, which borders delusion at times.

Mud, being stared at by multiple people, people who try to help her with her insecurities, vulnerability, yelling, conflict, people who constantly seek validation, and loud sudden noises.

Nina was a mortal before she became an Angel. Her life was a misfortunate one, one she can’t recall. The only thing Nina remembers about her mortal life was her death. She was alone when she died, leaning against a wall in a dark closet all alone. Her entire body ached with pain. The despair of the memory was crushing, but in her last moments a glowing figure appeared to her and dulled it for her. Even as she was dying, Nina was deeply moved by this action. She had no bitterness towards the world for whatever led her to die alone like this. She instead clung to the kindness she was shown.

When she arrived into the afterlife, she learned a quick synopsis of what her life was while she was being judged. Despite her not remembering it. She was born to a rich family, one with an absent father and a verbally abusive mother. She was married off to a business partner of her father the moment she turned eighteen. Nina did not fight against her mistreatment in any way, she apparently tried to make the best of it and used her newly acquired money to help people who needed it more. Her life was taking a turn for the better, the community had come to love her and she was making friends. She was 25 when she died, murdered by her husband, who was enraged that she had the audacity to outshine him. He drugged her and transported her to a far out cellar where she would be locked away and left to starve.

Nina had no memory of this, but it was apparently impressive to the Overworld’s God how often she tried to see the good in her situations and in people. Her appreciation of even the smallest kind deed was moving enough for him to give her the opportunity to do the same for others. It was an opportunity she took.
