Somebody's Nobody
No one really knows how it happaned, or why. I just chuck it up as part of evolving, others will say otherwise though. Radioactive cheeto's, or something stupid like that. End of the world? Naah. Not everyone's affected, just a few, although saying affected is kinda an understatment. There is about a one in a million chance that someone would be born with super powers. There's no tests to show who's got them, they mostly just show up randomly in people's lives.
The government used to collect these people, use them as test subjects. Now though, it's not really talked about. No one lets the cat out of the bag, almost like the thought of super powers was taboo. Or, they're just trying to protect their freedom. I probably would as well to be honest, being a government test subject isn't really my cup of tea.
The year is 2080, and the world is quiet. It had a time period where things were crazy because super powers started to show up, but the government put a end to that. Fast. Life has returned to normal, nothing weird ever happening. Just the usual hussel and bussel of life as you know it.
That's what (girl) thought as well. She was moving to a new city, got a new apartment, and was starting a new job at a well known place. Things were going great for girl, her dreams were coming true. She was little miss independent, no more parents to tell her to eat her vegtables or reminding her to brush her teeth. Things were good.
Until she stumbled upon a person with powers trying to set a freaking bomb off in her workplace after hours. Not wanting collateral, the person kidnaps girl and takes her to their underground lair. It's there, that girl makes a deal with the villain to spy on her workplace for them. In return, they won't gut her like a fish.
Genre: Action, Superpowers, Kdnaping, Romance, Drama, some other things that can happen?
