A Celebi brought a baby girl to a cave that had multiple legendary pokemon in it. Entei grumbled, "Celebi, why did you bring a human here and a baby at that?"
Celebi pouted, "This human is special, in the future she'll help us against Shadow pokemon. I saw that our gift would allow her to fix them...even create a new version of us pokemon. One that can help us in a war that's to come."
Hoopa said, "You aren't joking with us are you? Even for me, this prank ain't funny."
Celebi said, "I am serious, Deoxys was with me." They all looked at the DNA pokemon who nodded in response.
Each pokemon bowed their heads as Arceus came forward and saw the girl look up and giggle at him. He looked into her future and said, "Celebi is right, we'll give her our blessing before letting her return to her own kind."
Years later, a tent popped up in town and a sign was set up for others to bring their pokemon and fix any issues between pokemon and trainer. Two adults, her 'parents' was using her blessings to earn money and only buy her essentials or put her on house arrest.
(You are a trainer who will have his pokemon and himself be turned into shadow pokemon and shadow trainer by team rocket. She can understand pokemon and transform them into shiny pokemon when she calms down thier negative emotions.)
