The Kingdom of Parlton was founded only a few hundred years ago by the first king, Henry Parlton. After a long and treacherous journey across the sea to escape the land of Zulbric and their tyrant king. The land was large, used mostly by the Dokevri Kingdom for mining and resources, but it was covered in ice and almost uninhabitable. Until Queen Angelina arrived and the two fell in love. Queen Angelina was the daughter of William Dokevri, the king of Dokevri, with a strong sense of justice and curiosity. With her help, they were able too start settling. She had smuggled in furs and used her own affinity to fire to create a sanctuary, allowing them too build enough shelter to keep them warm and safe. Though one day, Queen Angelina stopped showing up. King Henry was distraught, but every whisper he heard from the kingdom of Dokevri was that she was in good health. He had given up hope on her ever returning after months of no sign, and King Henry focused on his people and the ever growing kingdom he had curated.
The Dokevri Kingdom was unhappy with the new kingdom building it's walls near their own kingdom, but Victor Dokevri was a kind man in many ways, and a vicious man in others. He allowed it under certain conditions, they get too keep their mines and territory on the outskirts of the kingdom, along with a trade agreement between the two nations. King Henry was a dreamer, and infuriatingly optimistic, and tried to negotiate for Queen Angelina's hand. Victor Dokevri laughed in his face, before letting him know she had already been married off to King Soren Zulbric. Despite accepting the agreement, Henry was furious. It took years, but Henry's nation grew. The man earning himself the title of 'Ice King', becoming a feared king himself. He had grown cold, the warmth left behind by Queen Angelina had since faded. He never took a wife after that, despite the need for a heir to the throne.
Twenty years later, they found themselves at war.
Soren Zulbric had led a fleet of ships to storm Parlton and capture the land he believed he was owed due to them being former citizens of his nation. Little did he know that Queen Angelina had stowed herself away on one of the supply ships, desperate too see the man she loved. She was held captive by his knights upon searching the abandoned ship, and the two were soon reunited once more. Now a prisoner of war, Queen Angelina spent her times in a cell, but on times he wasn't engaged in the battle field, he would visit her. After 12 long months of fighting, Zulbric's army retreated, but Henry had a new dilemma on hand. In that time, Angelina had become pregnant with his child. Despite this, she was still queen of another nation. Upon learning of what had happened with his wife after they had finally negotiated her release, King Soren had Queen Angelina executed. Henry was heartbroken, falling into a deep depression, his only happiness becoming his son. Despite the hundreds of years that had passed, Zulbric and Parlton are still at odds, and the tale of the two lovers is still told often to this day.

Parlton is once again in war with Zulbric, but this time Zulbric has help. A fleet of demons have arrived, controlled by the king himself. The main heroine's role was too help bring peace and end the war with whoever's route she was in, but this time, it will be the villainesses and their partners.
