Doubling as a canon character would be appreciated, however it is your choice. /gen
Storyline: M/C and her parents have lived in Hinamizawa all their lives, however a business opportunity draws them away to the city. This doesn't go well for them and M/C soon returns to her family home... alone.

Name: Fuyuka Kimura (Unofficially Fuyuka Sonozaki), also known as Yuka-chan, Big Sis Yuyu (an affectionate nickname given to her by the younger kids of the village)
Age: 16
Sex: Female
Backstory: The Kimura family has been in Hinamizawa for generations, Fuyuka Kimura and her two parents being the only remaining members at this time. Her parents always focused on money and business more than family, leaving the young Fuyuka to be practically raised by her schoolteacher and the Sonozaki family. Although her parents were supporters of the dreaded dam project, little Fuyuka was very vocal and adamant about her opposition to it, even leading small protests among the village children with the help of Mion, which earned the respect of most. As far as anyone in Hinamizawa is concerned, Fuyuka is a Sonozaki, seen as essentially a third sister to the twins.
She opposed her parents’ decision to move away for a business opportunity as strongly as possible, but ultimately ended up dragged along, setting off an unfortunate chain of events resulting in the death of both parents and Fuyuka doing everything in her power to get back to Hinamizawa.
Additional info: Despite her own lack of parental love, Fuyuka is often seen as the “mom friend” and is a mentor and babysitter for many local kids, including Satoko and Rika. She despises adults who neglect their duties to nurture and protect children to the point of being willing to use violence to punish those wrongdoers (Teppei better watch his back).
Fuyuka’s favorite colors are white and silver, and she always wears a thigh-length white sweater, usually unbuttoned. Her hair is naturally white due to a genetic condition; her hair follicles are incapable of producing melanin. She frequently goes dump-diving with Rena.

History: While she keeps her background a secret and prefers not to be associated with it, Aria is a remnant of the tragedy that surrounds the space colony ARK. Aria isn’t even her real name; she was originally called Maria due to an unwillingness by her creator to see her as a separate entity from Maria Robotnik in any way. It is a fact known by none but herself and a generation past of G.U.N.
During the course of Project Shadow, Dr. Gerald began working on a secret side project of his own in hopes of finding a way to extend Maria’s inevitably rather short lifespan. This project ultimately resulted in what can roughly be called a clone of the girl; a body that perfectly resembled her in every way down to its very genetic code, with the singular exception of having an enhanced immune system. It was intended to serve as a replacement body that Maria’s consciousness would be placed in via a delicate and highly risky brain transplant procedure. However, the ARK was raided and the original Maria killed before this could be accomplished. The duplicate Maria, having been sealed in cryostasis for protection, would be taken back to Earth with the survivors, held, and studied in government custody. Due to fear of accidentally killing the only known viable human clone in existence, she would not be awakened and instead kept preserved in stasis for decades.
After being finally awakened, Aria had much catching up to do. Despite her body being mature, she had no life experience and essentially the mind of an infant. Her intelligence would soon become apparent as she learned and grew mentally at a higher than average rate, and as a result of the environment she was kept in, received more effective education than the original Maria ever would have aboard the ARK. At the age of 16, her knowledge of the academic and scientific worlds surpasses most, but she severely lacks practical life experience and has much difficulty socializing.
Other info: Aria is highly skilled in combat (she was raised by the military, what did you expect?). She has no interest in her past and will intentionally not respond to the name “Maria”.

Her mother drank heavily while carrying her, and she was born with a severe case of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome and given a life expectancy of less than 20 years. After hearing about the brilliance of Dr. Eggman, she went to him looking for a way to extend her life. The fact that she'd have to be loyal to him was of no concern. She became involved in the experiments around the phantom ruby, in that time being taken care of by Eggman and having her conditions treated; money wasn't a problem for him after all. In order to give her the strength she needed to be a valuable ally, she would eventually have a phantom ruby prototype implanted in her chest, along with and supplying power to various artificial life sustaining systems (essentially replacement organs). Becoming a cyborg monstrosity didn't phase her, in fact, she grew rather proud of it and her newfound physical strength. She sees Eggman as her only parental figure and addresses him solely as “father”.
Other info: Kira’s name comes from the Japanese word 切り meaning “to cut”. As she was neglected most of her life, she lacks empathy for most lifeforms and may mess with or torture others for fun.
