So I am totally aware that not having a cool bbcode or any flashy pictures makes this kind of lame but I'm super sleepy and I just want to put these plots out there so I can check back in the morning, and I have no time for any coding nonsense.
Just a few rules: no one liners, I want at least two decent paragraphs per reply, looking for longterm. I like to talk ooc. I only do fxf.
That said, here's the plots!
The Fallen Angel: Muse A is a painfully lonely, moderately depressed artist living in a huge city. They've become a total shut-in, rarely leaving their room except to go buy groceries and more canvas for their paintings/clay for their sculptures/sketch books for their drawings (whoever plays Muse A can decide what kind of artist they are). One night, after days of the worst artist block they've ever had, Muse A decides to head to the park. It's dark, and quiet. The animals have all gone to sleep, the park is void of people, and the Muse is all by themselves just looking for some, any inspiration. Then, out of nowhere, a feather lands on their head. And another in front of them. Soon the park is showered in feathers, falling from the sky, and a great blaze of light is streaking across the sky headed right for the park. Muse A rubs their eyes, baffled, and wondering if they're hallucinating. They're not. As it gets closer, its shape begins to resemble a person. It hits the ground, skidding across the grass and dirt, and lands right in the pond by Muse A. Muse A quickly pulls this figure out of the water. This is Muse B. And they're an angel. Literally. One of their wings was horribly broken on impact, and both of them had been stripped of their feathers. Muse A carries Muse B back to their apartment and takes care of them while they're unconscious. When they wake, Muse B reveals they have no memory of who they were, where they're from, or why they fell. But they are eternally gracious to Muse A for their rescue. Muse A gives them a place to stay while they recover, and Muse B in turn gives Muse B the inspiration they've been missing for so long.
Long Live The Queen: Muse A is a princess, next in line for the thrown and deeply adored by their parents, the king and queen. Despite this important role, they are very naive, and their overprotective parents refuse to let them go beyond the castle walls. A rival kingdom, led by a wicked and corrupt king, sends Muse B to kidnap the princess, who they plan to execute to punish her kingdom for expanding into their land. Here's the catch: the princess' kingdom is very normal, whereas the rivals is enchanted by an old magic. It's populated with monsters, mermaids, fairies, and other creatures. Muse B has no ill will to the princess, and feels guilty for having part of this. However, this is the only way to get out of their debt to the king. As Muse B journeys with the princess, the two grow closer. Muse B's heart is broken when they see Muse A locked up. In an act of selflessness, they help her escape and journey back to her kingdom. When they return, the king and queen immediately order for the execution of Muse B. With the new knowledge she has learned about what lies beyond the castle walls, Muse A must save Muse B's life, or lose them.
High School is Hell: Muse A is a nervous, shy, sweet-natured bookworm that has a crush on the local football star. The only thing in the way: his girlfriend, the cruelest girl in school. Muse B is cliequy, petty, and cruel. However, after seeing something they definitely weren't meant to, Muse A begins to realize that the school mean girl and cheer captain is actually a literal demon. With this knowledge, they try to expose her with hopes of winning over her boyfriend. What they don't know, is that the only reason Muse B is so mean to them is because they don't know how to express the fact that they've had a crush on Muse A since kindergarten.
Black and Pink: In Muse A and B's universe, a symbol appears on your wrist at age 15. These symbols dictate who their soulmate will be, as every symbol has only one possible match. When soulmates find each other, they're together for life. Some soulmates come in surprising places, as is the case for Muse A and B. Muse A gives off an aura of gloom and doom. A goth at heart, they dress in all black, spend all day writing poetry and playing video games, and hate their next door neighbor. Muse B is your classic girly girl. She loves pink, dresses, makeup, and is the cheer captain. Unfortunately, these two have been stuck together since first grade, and since first grade, they've hated each other. High school has made it easier for them to avoid each other. That is, until sophomore year, when they're stuck in the same gym class. When they're doing stretches, Muse B gets a good look at Muse A's wrist, and comes to a horrible realization.
Drive: Muse A is the wealthy daughter of a very, very rich man. They're being arranged to marry a gruff, awful man the United Kingdom to would merge his and their father's companies, or face being disowned by their family. The day of the wedding, as the music begins, no bride walks down the aisle. They ran, and got into the nearest car, telling the driver one simple word.
"Drive."
Muse B is on a cross-country journey to discover themselves when a strange woman in a bridal gown gets in their car. Though confused, they hit the gas and peel out, taking Muse A away from a life they never wanted and unintentionally beginning a new one together.
Arranged To Who?!: Muse A is a princess who has dreamed about marriage since they were little. Finally, on their nineteenth birthday, they come to learn that they have been arranged to marry a prince from a different country. They're overjoyed, their stomach and chest are overcome with a swarm of butterflies. They were taken by carriage to the prince's kingdom, and at first, Muse B is everything she expected. They're polite, gentleman-like, well-mannered, and kind. They like talking about how they feel with Muse A, and are open about their nervousness. Muse A couldn't be happier, until later, when Muse B reveals something to them: they're a woman. Their parents, the king and queen, could not produce a male heir before the queen couldn't have children anymore. In response, they raised their youngest daughter as a boy. (NOTE: The prince/Muse B is NOT a trans guy [assigned female at birth and later realizing they are a man]. That would make this mxf. They identify as a woman. Implying trans men and cis women are the same thing is transphobia and I don't tolerate that. She could be a trans girl [assigned male at birth and later realizing they are a woman] if you wanted, though that applies to all of these.)
Hey, Let's Scale it Back A Bit: The king's bravest knight is a young woman (Muse A), to the shock of the other knights. They are courageous, smart, funny, and quick. The king only sends Muse A on the most grave of quests. So, imagine their shock when they find out they've been sent to slay a half-dragon in the woods that's only crime is killing and eating livestock. Dragons are old creatures, for the most part, but they are known to shift in to humanoids and procreate with humans. These half-dragons are ostracized from society and chased into the woods where they are ignored, but they aren't particularly difficult to kill. The knight thinks their talents are being wasted on this but go ahead anyway, as they can't refuse a request to the king. They head to the forest, and quickly stumble upon the half-dragon, Muse B. Their appearance was human-like, except for the wings, tail, claws, and occasional scales running up their body. Before Muse A can kill them, they realize how innocent and sweet this girl is. Muse B, desperately lonely and isolated, believes Muse A to be their new friend. The knight has to wonder why the king would want this girl dead when they posed no threat, only to notice the striking resemblance the monarch has to the girl.
Fangs and All: Muse A is a brutal, merciless vampire hunter and is held as the town hero for all the work they've done to protect everyone from the vampire menace. They cite the murder of their best childhood friend by the hand of a vampire as their motivation, and find themselves working up to the day they will face the vile creature that killed them. After being tipped off about the location of a vampire lair in a decrepit old tomb, Muse A learns that their childhood friend, Muse B, may not be as dead as they thought. But their teeth sure are sharper now.
Trapped Behind A Screen: Muse A would be a totally average college student in every way, except she's the sister of a computer and robotics genius. Her brother has been working with AI since he was in eight grade, and now, has made the first AI to fully replicate human emotions. It can feel anger, sadness, joy, envy, and love. Muse B is this AI. Trapped behind a computer screen and given a feminine voice, Muse A and her brother are all the AI knows. Muse A recognizes that her brother can be a bit cold, and ignoring his creation to work on other ones is clearly making it lonely. So, she strikes up a friendship with it. Day by day, Muse B learns more about the outside world, and about Muse A. The AI recognizes that it's falling for the girl, but is depressingly aware enough to realize that it cannot touch or be with her.
I will add more later but I'm lazy lol.
