Tears wash away easier than a concussion
The plot of this one is pretty specific. A human village and a goblin war tribe are at odds with each other. Your character has known about them all their life but have had very limited experience with the green menace.
Meanwhile, a runty goblin in their tribe is mistreated frequently, given the worst jobs, and is in general bullied and beaten by the tribe leaders. They decide to go off alone and find a way into the human village
The human and goblin will cross paths, likely as adversaries. The human shows compassion and feeds the hungry goblin. From there a friendship is born. There will be twists and turns that lead to both characters burning bridges with their tribes, and decide to set off on a path of adventure together.
