Spells, Stunts, and Tricks :
*Write the name or incantation and then the description. All starting players begin with three, you'll gain more as the RP progresses. These spells, fighting moves, and tricks are like Harry Potter Spells, Pokémon techniques, Warcraft skills, Diablo, Torchlight, or Ragnarok spells and skills. They are specific with specific results. They do not encompass the control or mastery of an entire element or thing.

Ex.

In combat, the GM controls enemies and whether or not your attacks hit or not by dice rolling. Combat is not the main focus of this RP, though, rather character development, overcoming personal challenges, and relationships. Competitive and combative players may find themselves disappointed at the lack of battle focus in this slice-of-life RP.

* Howl's Flying Castle is a Detailed RP. This is the part where you show off your writing and acting skills. Please place inside a spoiler, accordion or similar code if it becomes more than a paragraph long.
Please write about a day in the life of your character. This should convey the usual information --- some history, appearance, personality, goals, and role in the family --- in a narrative element, which also lets me see how you write when roleplaying, rather than when you're summarizing information.

A paragraph or more is good, but it's not the length that matters, it's more of how you act out your character and how they come alive through writing. Narrating your story like in story books, with some outward descriptions, speech, and inner character thoughts is good.

Things to Know:

1. Age




    • Howl and Sophie's children are ten to eighteen years of age. Though if you choose to be an older child who was adopted, that is acceptable too. The family's last name is "Pendragon". This Rp will not be accepting "kiddie" characters who have no purpose and don't contribute anything substantial to move the story forward. Markl in the movie was a child, but he helped Sophie and had a purpose in life which was studying to become a wizard.
2. Ghibli Vibe



    • Won't be accepting characters that will off-set this slice-of-life, peaceful, not-that-violent-when-it-comes-right-down-to-it RP. The amount of violence allowed will be at the most the level in "Pirates of the Carribean". It's not seriously dark, nor does it revel in violence or gore. It does not have emotionally unstable, suicidal, cracked-up individuals who have tragic pasts where they experienced something bloody or disgusting that might trigger them into going into a killing spree. That sort of dark angst will not be allowed in this RP.
3. Family Roles



    • Older brother who has his own smithy in a town where the castle's door is linked too, younger sister who is a traveling artist who's visiting. Your character doesn't have to be inside the house, he or she can have his own life somewhere, but they must come together in the Flying Castle for some reason when this campaign begins.

      You may also be a spirit who guards the house, a flying creature who nests in one of the chimneys, or simply a sister who loves hats and wants to help around the hat and flower shop. Feel free to create your own roles.

Conjuration Spells:
  1. "Cervo Venire"
    Summons a large, armored, ethereal stag that emits a white silvery glow. James calls this stag, "Frey" and often uses it to travel from place to place or as a source of light in the dark. (Updated)

  2. "Lezard Venire"
    Summons a sleek lightning salamander that's as big as a dog and can stand on its hind feet. This tier three war beast is a speedy shock elemental with a cackling mane and hogback of white sparks. It can generate electricity from its body and breathe out stunning chain lightning. His name is Sparks. This lightning salamander can now act as a lightning rod, absorbing lightning from storms and redirecting it to stun entire armies. (Updated)

  3. "Manta Venire"
    Summons a 'Maori', a large ethereal water elemental akin to a manta ray in form that emits a white silvery glow. It can leave a glistening trail in its wake. This tier two summon can echo locate objects under the sea and submerge carrying five people. It creates a bubble on its back that gives its riders air for ten hours. It can also create this bubble on people's heads above the water. Bubble can withstand blunt objects, but is easily popped by piercing weapons. James named her, "Callie".

    She is surrounded by a halo of protection, and can create underwater currents that allow her to speedily swim through the waters, and even out of the grip of a whirlpool. (Updated)

  4. "Ursa Choutte Venire"
    Summons an owl bear spirit. This intelligent tier IV war beast summon that can create powerful gusts of wind or a tornado. Despite being an air elemental, it cannot fly the way owls do, but likes to do gardening and reading. Her name is "Pond". (Updated)

  5. "Abeilles Venire"
    Summons a massive swarm of bees enough to envelope a city like a plague. James can see, hear, and talk through them. (Updated)

  6. "Djini Venire"
    Summons the celestial genie, Ifrit.

  7. Wandless Magic
    Lydia created a rune for James that allows him to cast magic without a wand. This rune is tattooed on his hands in a tame blue. He's happy he and Lydia have matching rune tattoos. (NEW)
Physical Defense:
  1. "Fleche Garde"
    Physical Defense. A shielding charm that slows arrows, thrown weapons, bombs, and other projectiles when they come within fifteen feet of the arcane shield until they can be caught. The faster or heavier the thrown object, the harder it is to slow.

  2. Echo's Training
    Physical Defense. Overall body strength. Continuous harsh training with Echo has not only given him sleek abs and a lean well-toned body that makes him feel like a rock star, but also strength and endurance that would make the fawn proud. "Thanks, Echo!" (Updated)

  3. Hiker's Constitution
    Physical Defense. After taking to hiking ever since the group began traversing the Misty Mountains, James can now better resist the effects of fatigue after a long period of extensive physical activity.

  4. Adopted Midnight
    Physical Defense. Mounted Combat. James has grown fond of a black horse named, "Midnight", that used to be Renee's mount and has taken to practicing riding him a lot. This horse likes to rest its head on people's laps, nuzzle and have its mane braided.

  5. Oriental Military
    Physical Defense. While under Kenren Taisho's leadership, James learned the basics of soldiery under the oriental prince's elite. He can now take a hit. Many crushing strong hits. (Updated)

  6. Anti-Chenglei Maneuver
    Physical Defense. A counter-grappling move where James hog-ties that darn flirty oriental with the swordsman's own clothes. Does not work if Chenglei doesn't have clothes on.
Magical Defense:
  1. "Protego!"
    Magical Defense. Deflecting shield charm. Can now deflect siege missiles flung against a city. (Updated)

  2. "Foudre Garde"
    Magical Defense. A shielding charm that increases a person or object's resistance against electrical attacks.
  3. "Flamme Garde"
    Magical Defense. A shielding charm that increases a person or object's resistance against fire attacks.

  4. "Spirit Garde"
    Magical Defense. A protective charm that guards the soul and keeps it anchored in its rightful place. It can be used to catch and safeguard a soul without a body inside James own heart without touching or tainting his spirit. Though stronger souls can break through to influence or possess him, and even refuse to leave altogether.

  5. Multicast
    Magical Defense. The ability to cast multiple spells at once, or the same one many times in an instant.

  6. "Blizza Garde"
    Magical Defense. A shielding charm that increases a person or object's resistance against frost attacks.

  7. "Noctua Venire"
    Magical Defense. Summons the wings of Noctua, a celestial owl legends say accompanied the whimsical moon god, Ghazel. The wings create a ring of protection large enough to encompass a city.

Dispelling Spells:
  1. "Cletiddy"
    Dispel. Superficially cleans an entire town. Cannot remove bad smells. (Updated)

  2. "Soul Recall"
    Dispel. Made by James and Lydia, this spell returns separated souls back to their original bodies, or pulls out a soul from a vessel. It cannot pull out souls from their original bodies. Can now pull and return more powerful souls. (Updated)

  3. Not-so-horrible Cook
    Dispel. Being bad with a frying pan and oven, James practiced many, many times making grub that doesn't require cooking such as sandwiches and sashimi. "Thank goodness for toasters!"

  4. Shadow Pack
    Dispel. James uses his shadow to store items like a big backpack. It can also be used to trap evil spirits.
Restoration:
  1. Alchemy: Healing Potion
    Restoration. With the right ingredients, James can brew healing potions, antidotes, and some of Renee's taught recipes. (Updated)

  2. "Mendiddy"
    Restoration. Allows making small repairs using magic equivalent to basic sewing and carpentry, such as sewing together ripped cloth, gluing together a broken bottle, repairing the chopped leg of a table.

  3. Sashimi Maki
    Restoration. Thanks to Renee's cooking lessons, James can now make sashimi and maki to his delight.
Magic Bombs:
  1. Alchemy: Sleeping Draught
    Magic Bombs. Creation of sleeping potions, knock-out gas, and tranquilizing darts.

  2. PIpi Mushroom Soup
    Magic Bombs. Thanks to Renee's cooking lessons, James has made his first ever delicious dish.
Perception:
  1. Speed Reading
    Perception. James can quickly research the knowledge he needs from a big library or a large wealth of information.

  2. "I see you."
    Perception. His spying summons allows him to gather information effectively.

  3. Arcane Tracker
    Perception. A mark that when placed on an object, allows James to sense it's general direction. It can work the other way around, letting the object or person sense his. (Updated)

  4. "Tiallary"
    Perception. "No sniffles, and swellings, eyes stingy nor teary, reveal our allergies, Tiallary!" James' first ever rune spell that he secretly made himself after learning for a long time under Lydia's teachings. Allows him to find dogs Lydia isn't allergic to, and also to detect the slightest servings of mangoes in a dish.

  5. Photography
    A new interest. James discovered he liked photography after first getting his hands on one in Chingpo, and hopes to make a career of it along with exploring ruins. (NEW)

Persona:
The turn of a page and the soft thrum of magic was all that was heard inside one of the leaning towers of the flying castle. A gold column of sunlight streaked through a tall open window where a long half-parted purple curtain was fluttering peacefully in the cool afternoon breeze.

The light illuminated swirling dust motes that lazily floated around a dusty circular room cluttered with spell books, rolls of parchment, and overflowing shelves stacked with many colorful bottles filled with all sorts of alchemical ingredients: from green pickled brilligs, dried slithy leaves, powdered toves, and liquid gyre. On one side was a bubbling cauldron surrounded by glass instruments and empty potion bottles, opposite it was a large poufy unkempt bed. Beside the bed was a desk where a bottle of ink and a handsome feathered quill weighed down a parchment that had a clean drawing that looked like a recently finished spell circle, and above, an enchanted ceiling was mirroring the sky outside.

A young man in a hooded warlock robe of midnight blue sat reading on the floor inside a white revolving magic circle that looked like the one on the parchment. He had a broad back, was coltish in appearance and pale skinned. He had messy black hair that fell with a casual elegance down intelligent placid black eyes. On his lap was an ancient arcane tome that was peeling at the edges and puffing out swirling smoke that smelled like incense.

"Cervo Venire . . ." muttered the man, "thus after casting your carefully devised arcane circle, calm your soul and summon your guardian spirit. The incantation differs from person to person as no two warlocks may have the same . . ."

He had apparently read this before as he didn't need to finish reading the page and shut the book with an excited snap. He was already rolling up his sleeves, and drew out a handsome wand of polished darkwood. He paused, breathing peacefully, then flicked his wand slowly and deliberately, saying softly, "Cervo Venire."

At once the incense was blown away from the center and a large magnificent silvery-white stag cantered out of a white cloud that erupted from the tip of the warlock's wand. The young man was amazed as he coughed and waved away the smoke that oddly smelled like the things he liked: the scent of new books, oak logs burning in the fireplace and a hint of blue berry cheese cake baking in an oven.

The room was too small for the stag that was two times taller than him and was as thick as a horse. It stepped on his books, bed, and knocked aside some of the bottles on the shelves, but the young man didn't mind. It stopped in front of him, its intelligent eyes looking down at him curiously and for some reason with pride. Strangely, he felt that he had known this creature for a long time, but just couldn't pinpoint where exactly he met it.

The stag bent its large head, its great silver horns gleaming in the sunlight and bumped its nose on the young man's forehead affectionately as if saying, 'Well done.' the young man laughed and pet its head, feeling the smooth fur under his fingers.

"Thank you, Frey." said the warclock. He didn't know how he knew it, but Frey was the name of his guardian spirit.

And there they stood in silent peaceful concord, before his father's distant voice called him from downstairs. "James, a letter from Wizengamot has arrived!"

"Got it!" James yelled back. The stag looked as excited as him, the Wizengamot was an order of witches and wizards that James was aspiring to be a part of. He didn't understand how the stag knew this was very important to him, nor how he knew that it was excited, but he gave it a genial pat on the back and without speaking, gestured it out of his room.

They went down the stairs together where his family exclaimed in surprise and James received the letter from the Order, where it said that they were impressed with his thesis on after-summoning clouds and their indirect relation to a mage's arcane powers, and were looking forward to his next paper.

All in all, he was closer to achieving his dream. Today had been a very good day.

Notes:
Personal Goal:
Achievement. To summon a Djini or "Genie" so that he can make a secret wish. To do that he is working hard so that he can join the ranks of the "Wizengamot", a high order of witches and wizards who dedicate their lives to the research and practice of little known and unexplored branches of magic. Summoning is one of these branches, and James believes that he will reach the zenith of his summoning abilities if he studied under them.

Unbenownst James, the Djini is a dark spirit, and summoning it may lead to more harm than good.

James must compete and strive to make a name for himself among the warlocks of the world, as an intelligent and competent summoner who can contribute to the research of the Wizengamot, for the order only accepts the best, the brightest, and the most creative.

Relationships:

1. Renee Pendragon
  • James' younger seventeen year-old sister. Currently, he's going crazy with worry over her ever since she disappeared with Seifer. They had a talk and James decided to let her go and make her own decisions, reluctantly agreeing to give her deathknight boyfriend Seifer a chance --- he must be nuts, or just doesn't want to lose her affections too much. She gave him a feather hair-braid which he loves.
2. Sen & Seth Pendragon
  • James' mischievous sixteen year-old twin brothers whom he recently discovered had been secretly spiking his food and drinks with their experimental concoctions. Once he put an add in the newspaper that went: "For sale, Sen & Seth Pendragon: thin, dumb, and annoying."

    Despite this he worries about how they're doing and is proud of their achievements in their guild, though he'd never be mushy enough to admit it.
3. Johnny Caprice
  • James' buddy since their sixth year in the academy. He jokes around with him, just chilling out and talking. He's the one guy James trusts the most and would be there for him if he could.
4. Echo Muses
  • Accidentally electrocuted her with his warbeast, Spark. She's important to his sister and Johnny who like-likes her, so she is important to James. He's grown to respect her throughout their journey to Dalaran. Recently, he's thankful for her for training his body to become stronger and is grateful for the times she's taken care of his sister Renee when he was too busy. Gave her a manly man Echo figurine as a present.
5. Reputation: Kingsbury Champion
  • Won the novice and intermediate categories during the Warlock Tournament on the second month of spring. He's got fans who unfortunately think he's in a love triangle with Johnny and Echo because of some reporters who wanted to spice up his story in the papers.
6. Serena Lock
  • A violinist whose music James finds soothing. Smacked him with her violin in good humor.
7. Lydia Dubois
  • A shy bookish girl, very calm and mature for her age, whose company and intellectual conversations James enjoys. His favorite activities with her include, shopping, underwater exploration, reading on her lap, and arcane research. He finds her clumsiness cute and they way her cheeks plump up cute enough to bite. Holding her slender fingers never gets old, and her soft collar bones and cute butt are mmm! Lydia's intelligence and strong spirit are comforting, her ferocious motherly temper when roused intimidating, and he finds her modesty beautiful. James has found an unconditional partner in her, which he marvels at.

    Happily in courtship with her after their first kiss. He has decided to take the big leap and commit to her.

  • "That guy . . . "
9. Holt Hero
  • Helped lift the siege on the city of Holt when it was being overwhelmed by a horde of undead and an army of orcs, trolls, and goblins under the now defeated deathknight, Wrath. He's a little sad he didn't get a hero name like Lydia, Echo, and Renee.
10. Seifer Rathmore
  • Because his sister, Renee, likes him, James is sort of starting to be okay with this cocky, arrogant, jerk who cares for his sister.

Notes:

1. James' Wand - Twelve inches long, polished, and made of Shield Alderwood. At its core is a shard of Jabberwocky scale. The wand is springy and very flexible.

    Engineering. You can light them under water. Now includes bombs and missiles. (Updated)

  2. Invention: Marshmallow Bomb
    Engineering. Temporarily turns living things into marshmallows for a day. The more magically resistant the thing, the lesser the duration.

  3. Invention: Clockwork Turret
    Engineering. A portable turret that fires high caliber bullets and comes with a bomb launcher. It is now a giant steam punk robot. (Updated)

Johnny named this summon, "Soda".

    Conjuration. Johnny's good at coordinating multiple summons at once to pull off a spectacular theatrical show.

- A bow that can concentrate solar energy and let out a ballistic-like solar beam without using much in the storage gems. Can use regular arrows for this bow. Can conjure it up now as she had enough losing/breaking it already.

- When she's desperate, Renee will concentrate the solar energy that's stored away and shoot a powerful arrow of solar energy. It'll look like a large glowing ball that's going fast. It can be stopped but the opponent has to be quick to run away. Can be used many times.

4) "Solar Blossom - Sunburst":
- By shooting a solar arrow into the sky, it clears the skies and makes the sun shine bright as ever in a summer's day. It can clear away strong storm clouds too in a larger range.

5) "From Light and Dark, we’ll clear the way. Ravage our enemies, Eta Carinae":
- A mass target attack that when successful produces a nova effect that with a successful cast of Sagittarius A by Lydia creates a Supernova obliterating their enemies. Shortening the spell causes Renee to become blind. Variations cause focused objects to be burned. Renee has better control on the size now.

6) "Artemis' true aim":
-It's said that the moon is her bow of choice for hunting and it never fails to hit. The gems turn a gentle blue as the strong light magic gathers, Renee's arrow disappeared for a second only to reappear as multiple arrows; like an army of archers fired all at once and pierce through the enemies' heart.

7) "A charitable thought":
- It's a special arrow that's made of Renee's soul essence, looking like water that's shimmering under moonlight. It causes the receiver to feel positive and warm emotions like someone is giving them a hug of forgiveness and care; when in reality her arrow pierces through their heart and soul, taking out whatever unusual and unstable negative emotions to disintegrate them.

Defense:
*can be a spell or physical prowess, or because of an item. Can also be used to escape.

Physical Defense:

1) "Mold-able Barriers":
-She can create barriers. From daily life uses to shielding herself or others, her shields can change shape. For example: If she needed to make stairs, she can make stair-shaped barriers or if the space she's in is angular, it can form around the corners. Can shield cities now.

2) "Transformation" :
- From turning into a feral barn owl griffin with sharp falcon claws to being a squishy human, she can change her form depending on her feelings since that's how her father, Howl, taught the spell to her when she was little. She can fly silently. She has five forms: Dragon, Griffin, Avian, Normal, and Human.

Dragon: Considering that she's a mother to a dragon now and changing so many times to feed him, she can change her form into that of a long dragon but with owl features. Feathers, beak, and talons.
Griffin: She's a barn owl griffin and usually uses this form to hunt and fly with others. Her senses are sharper and so are her talons. Now she can control her mind again and can grow to wrestle a warship.
Avian: She's half and half. Her wings got larger and the bird skin spread out more with talons for hands and feet with a feathered tail. She can't use human speech, just 'coo's or chirps or any other form of bird noises. Usually does archery with this form and her kicks hurt a lot more.
Normal: She's her usual self. Tiny wings and bird skin up to her elbows and knees. No talons and she can use human speech. This is the form she's in most of the time.
Human: She's totally human in this form. No wings. No bird skin. With long hair that was once her wings. She's quiet in this form as she wants to hide how she really feels in this form. She doesn't use this form as much...Too uncomfortable.

3) "Seifer's free-style dance lessons":
- Thanks to Seifer's dance lessons, Renee is quicker, more graceful, and looks good while moving. She can dance with her eyes closed because he always tells her to dance with her eyes closed and feel what moves her spirit. She's graceful and fluid when she's transformed too.

4) "I vow to you...":
-Renee promised to Seifer that she will take his hits until he is released from the dragon. Even after he's free from Valdanr, she's going to make sure Seifer stays safe if he's close by. So chances are that she will shield him from enemies.


5) "Wings of a dragon":
- Her wings can grow as big as a deathwings. She uses them to block attacks or to blow her enemies' away.



Magical Defense:

1) Mental Walls:
-For visiting souls repeatedly, Renee meditates on putting up a shield in her own mind to defend herself or anyone else from anything that does not belong in the soul she's visiting. Can defend herself from mythical creatures' souls too now.

2) "You! Shall Not! Pass!":
-A massive gust of strong winds that blows the enemies and their attacks far away. It gives Renee and anyone with her a chance to run or be ready to strike back.

3) "A Rebel's soul":
Going against anybody's expectations is a Pendragon thing. It's a lot more fun to mess with them too, so get ready for her surprise...if you can.

4) "Seifer's Skarn clockwork heart":
Now that the stone had become a clockwork heart for Seifer, Renee tends to go up him, put her head on his chest and hear the pulsing beat. It calms her nerves. Helps against speech skills depending on rolls.

5) "James' Blue Bookmark Bracelet":
- It's a reminder of James' apology. Worst case scenario, her bracelet will protect Renee from anything heat-related attacks like fire or lava with an orange see-through shimmering shield. She can float in lava with this shield...not that she will try it.

-Like her father, Howl, Renee can make portals after studying them for months. (NEW)

Restoration:

1) "Auxilium Migale":
- Summoning spell. Summons a two tier light elemental ferret named Mica. This summons is very smart. He can read and knows a lot about health, even to know about making drugs and medicine. He heals life-threatening injuries by nuzzling and can amplify Renee's healing spells twice as much now. He's very sneaky, agile, and haughty towards anybody but Renee. Somehow it reminds her of Seifer in the past...Oops.

2) "A Healer's kiss":
- Heals large wounds, illnesses, and frostbite, leaving the person feeling a warmth pouring down their chests as a side-effect to comfort them. For this spell to work however...Renee needs to kiss a part of the patient's body....Oh boy!

3) "This heart of mine knows that love is real, so the touch of kindness you will feel. Let thy blessed blue waves not falter, please accept this healing water. Aqua Curare!":
- Soul healing spell. Inspired by Lydia's passion, Renee wanted to help out by making sure the process go smoothly. Being a heart monitor of sorts, she can feel if there's any darkness that's unnatural for humans and can cut it off without being tainted. The downside is that she has to touch that person's chest for it to work well and if it backfires, she might get blasted off, giving her heartburn. It looks like water that's under moonlight when it shimmers and it comes from her own heart's essence. She can now tell when the soul needs help or not and find their true motivations like a lie detector.

4) "Herbology/Herbalism":
-It's a study of botany and the uses of plants for not just medical purposes, but also for body health care too. She knows how to make and recycle formulas for another purpose. Like changing hair cream into a tree growing formula.

5) "Poison Antidote":
-Alchemy. With the correct ingredients, Renee can make a potent antidote for poisons.

Perception:

1) "Quick study":
-An ability to quickly understand anything in a book or in person. While she might not be able to do a spell or attack herself, she can teach it to others. She can now read a person too, but only when she writes their behavior down in her notes. She's reading a lot about medical books on both sides of the Storm wall.

2) "Manna Sensitivity":
-Ever since of picking up and practically living with an evil being nearby, Renee has started to become sensitive with magic use. Nowadays she's sensitive enough to hear the Manna trees singing.

3) "James' Magic training"
- Renee trains under James' watch so she can make portals. Right now, she's learning how to pick up malicious intent. "James, not everyone in the world is evil. Yes, I know that there are bad people but- James-!"

4) "A Medium's senses"
- "...Oh, I see and talk with dead people now...great~" Like her talking to trees isn't weird enough as it is. She's used to talking to the dead and accepted it.

- Ever since Renee willingly went blind, Mica became her eyes. He can tell when she feel something is wrong and will start making a certain chattering noise to alarm everyone if Renee cannot. (NEW)

-She can mix ingredients to create something delicious. Including drinks. She can learn how to make new dishes from different cultures and is making a book with Echo now.

- Charming, huh? She doesn't realize it, but she can distract and convince people by being herself with the feisty and happy-go-lucky personality of hers. Now that Renee's calmer, she's starting to be more of a lady with a warm disposition and a somewhat rebellious streak.

3) "Empathy":
- With how she tends to puts herself into people's shoes while writing her theories about them, Renee will feel what others feel and let's them know that they are not alone. She opens them up by being honest with her own emotions. Now she's a bit careful with how others react to her actions.

4) "Belly Dancing":
-Renee's belly dancing can charm and rejuvenate people with 'Aqua Curare' as a veil of sorts. It's also a very distracting tactic against enemies with how flashy she can be. Probably because she wants to impress Seifer. If anyone touches the shimmering water essence, they can feel what she's feeling.

At her studio, Renee was studying a very strange plant. It's thin and felt velvety like a rose's petal, with purple and pink dots all over it. She would smell it or taste it to see how it would smell like or taste like, but Renee didn't want to suffer it's side-effects...if it has any. The young herbalist grounded the plant (she collected a few, just so she can experiment) and put it in a plate with water and mix them together. Then she put the plate on top of a small fire, created from a Bunsen burner.

Apparently, that was a horrible thing to do....

The sixteen years old teen saw that the paste quickly burned, transforming into smoke that filled her studio. Renee coughed, running to open the windows and the door to let the smoke out. She waved the smoke away, still coughing as she checked her sketchbooks and painting items, in case they were damaged in anyway.

Seeing that none of her art supplies aren't damaged, neither were her herbs and medical supplies, Renee looked around the studio to check anything wrong, only to look back again to the mirror that's on the wall...

'My...my black hair!...It's...it's-!' Her once dark eyes widened when she noticed all of the differences in her appearance. Renee's long black hair changed into short and white hair, with white-brown wings that sprouted from the back of her head. A single feather is standing on her head like it was a wayward stray hair. Her eye color is now orange and bright instead of a dark brown. There's even this scaly pattern around her eyes. She touched that patch and it reminded her the skin of bird's feet. Then she noticed her hands has the same scaly pattern. 'At least I still have my braid...' She thought optimistically.

"This...I need to write this down before I forget...though I doubt I can." Renee said, checking out her new wings and sighed a bit. "I'm going to have get used to this...I hope Mom and Dad is okay with them too." She doubt it, but the teen can always hope. 'At least it's not a curse...that would've been worse...'

The transformed teen cleaned up her work space before she walked to the door, turning the knob below the color wheel, and twisted it to the green color; To reach her parent's flying home. Personal Goals:

She's reckless, causing trouble for herself when she's too stubborn about something. Renee doesn't know how to be suspicious or cautious unless it's blatantly obvious. The challenge she must face is how to stop and think, learning self-preservation. She needs to understand that it's okay to ask for help and think about her own safety at times.

Her second challenge is to let go of her anxiety. Ever since the dragon's attack, Renee has been getting nightmares and worries constantly about her family's safety. So whatever chance she can get to ensure her brothers' lives, she'll take and that includes going to the Storm wall where no one goes unless they don't want to come back.

Third challenge is to be a good medical witch or nurse with the experience she gets, if not good but the best one out there. So she will do her best to help as much as she can and be patient towards everyone. However she needs to learn how to lecture her ungrateful patients without stressing them out.

Relationships:

  • James Pendragon - Renee's older brother. Currently, she's reunited with him and just introduced her adopted son, Sirius. After having a talk with him, Renee agreed to be more careful and chose the least regretful choice. She's really happy that her brother is letting her go and gave him a feather braid as thanks for the bookmark bracelet he gave her. She loves it a lot.
  • Sen and Seth Pendragon - Renee's younger twin brothers. Currently, she's worried about the twins and Minnie as they are in another country and don't know how are they. She misses them and their silly antics...Even bought a marshmallow bomb as a reminder. She's proud of their achievements though and will hug and snuggle them, not caring if they are grossed out by her forehead kisses.
  • Echo Muses - Renee's best friend. She mostly tells her everything and likewise. They met after Echo's pots hit the back of her head and became friends after that. She's glad that Echo found a guy who appreciates her a lot.
  • Johnny Caprice - Best friends with James, her brother. He's more of a mentor of sorts when it comes to guys and their mysterious ways. Since he's important to Echo and her brother, he's important to her as well. Renee is grateful that he's looking out for Echo since she tends to be really timid and with him there it's like talking to a different person. Which is awesome!
  • Seifer Rathmore - Once a bully to her in school, Renee is dating him despite their circumstances of being a deathknight and her soul inhabiting a dragon. She loves how sweet he is, that he's really caring to the ones closest to him and it warms her heart knowing that she's one of them. As someone who's not used to having this sort of care from someone else other than her parents, Renee feels relaxed, safe, and cared for. She loves it when he smiles, she can see his dimples. She loves his hands because the touches are always gentle. She loves how warm he is and snuggles with him. She loves the deep connection she has with him and is amazed that she can find him whenever they are separated. She loves that he doesn't control her actions and does tell her his ideas and thoughts while letting her have her own opinion. She especially loves how comfortable he is with her. She treasures the stone he gave her because it's when she realized how much Seifer has grown and how much love she has for him.
  • Minnie Von Ironheart - the niece of the blacksmith in Kingsbury and strict secretary of the Cool Beans guild. She's quiet and emotionless, but very honest. Renee still remembered her response to the invite: "Oh...I'm bringing my gun." "Don't bring your gun! No one needs to get shot!" Renee is worried about her since she's alone with her little brothers, but she believes in their abilities. Especially since Minnie is very clever with strategy and will watch over the twins like nobody's business.
  • Serena Lock - A violinist she helped hide in her home. She's very sweet and they became friends pretty quickly. She's friends with James now and whenever he does something she disapproves of, she'll whack him with her violin bow. Playfully. She...might have a crush on a certain twin...
  • Lydia Dubois - A bookworm witch that Howl wanted to train as his apprentice. Renee felt like she has younger sister with the quiet but smart girl. Already, Renee wants to help support Lydia's desire to be good at magic and will cheer her up if she ever feels down. She likes~ James. Ever since Dalaran, Renee feels like she can't talk with her as much or as freely anymore. She doesn't know if it's because of her reckless behavior or because of something else, but she does hope that she can talk with her again without feeling awkward. Renee does care for Lydia a lot and wants to be there for her, but she wishes that Lydia would open up sometimes.
  • Chenglei Zhou - "That guy is seriously weird but...he's not a bad person to be with...Kind of reminds me of James sometimes...Hm. I don't know why but I feel like he's hiding something really big and it's involved with a certain prince..."
  • Kenren Taisho - Despite him being a prince and an heir to the throne, Renee treats Kenren as a friend and not care about what others think about her hugging him out of the blue. She likes to make him flustered though because he's too serious for his own good. So sometimes she would poke his sides when he's not in official business and not in front of everyone as she knows he's the type who wants to remain dignified in front of others. Renee wholeheartedly trusts Kenren as she can tell by his actions that he trusts her as well. In a way she's happy that he's just as determined as she is about going to the storm wall and stopping that stupid evil lizard back at Paroosia. Though she wishes that he would stop overworking himself. Honestly. It's like that man is trying to win someone over or something...."Holy cheese and crackers?! Is he trying to win someone's heart?! Oh Merlin-!...You better invite me to your wedding, Kenren because I'm inviting you to ours!"
  • Sirius Twinkle Pendragon Rathmore - Renee and Seifer's very big and very friendly adopted dragon baby that they named after stars. Ever since Seifer hatched his egg, Renee enjoys feeling what Sirius feels through their mental link and she honestly believes that he is influencing Seifer in a positive way; taking responsibilities for others instead of just himself. What she haven't realized is how she's changing as well because of caring for him; being more gentle and mellow with her happiness. Sort of like her mother. Currently she's reunited with him and told James that he is Sirius' uncle...Oh boy-!
Notes about Renee:

  • Age: 17 years old and is the second oldest Pendragon sibling that's not adopted. She's born on February 14, the day for the lovers.
  • Personality: Determined. Happy-go-lucky. Cheerful. Brave. Honest. Stubborn. Open-minded. Feisty. Kind to others, including to the ones who don't deserve it sometimes. Sort of oblivious to certain dangers thanks to her uncommon bravery. Independent from others, so she can't ask for help very easily. Silly. Observant about people's behavior and goals, making her unusually aware. Does her own thing so she doesn't regret it later, not caring if she gets rewarded for it or gets hurt by it.
  • Scent: Cherry blossoms in spring, with paint and roasted apples.
  • Loves: Bacon. Strawberry cake with buttercream as a frosting. Peppermint tea with honey. Sleep and waking up slowly in the afternoon. Feeling the sun's warmth. Flying or high places. - Art: Renee is good at art. She loves to draw and occasionally draw what's or who is on her mind at the moment.​
- Experimenting Alchemy: She tends to experiment with anything she can get her hands on when she's interested. So if anyone is wondering where she is, Renee might be in her studio and playing around, possibly causing accidents along the way.​
- Writing Theories: She'll take notes and make up theories based on what she sees, hears, touch, taste, and smell. It's part of her Herbalogy training to always take notes. Though sometimes she'll theorize on a person as well, writing down what she believes and see if it's true about the person or not.​
-Gardening and flower arranging: Her brothers might or might not know, but she does have a garden of regular flowers in her studio, somewhere hidden in the castle. Renee just loves taking care of them and sometimes she would flower arrange the ones in the flower shops for no reason other than harmonizing the colors and meanings behind them.​

Though it made her humbled with everyone congratulating her whenever she walked in the school's hallways.​
- Sheep daughter - A title given to her by Johnny after being turned into a sheep to communicate with him. She made a joke about being his and Echo's child and ran off laughing after making him blush.​
- Storm Cleaver - A title given to her by the people in Prince Kenren's warship. It's for clearing up the cloudy skies with her solar arrows during Holt's battle against the Deathknight, Wrath, and his army of shades and the Un-dead.​

- A spell to make thick and thin roots or vines whip an enemy multiple times. Bad with fire but wonderful against water. If the dice rolls '1', the roots and vines can squeeze her enemies until they are unconscious.

2) "Terra Nivis":
- A small disaster earth spell. She can create a large avalanche of dirt, swallowing her enemies underground to never be seen again. Can still work with mud, snow, and sand too.

3) "Volcanic Geyser":
-Echo can now summon lava from volcanoes and use them as a geyser of sorts. Can control the flow of the magma now.

4) "Water Gun":
- For such a cute title, it's very dangerous. By singing loudly, huge pumps of water will hit her enemies and wash them away!

5) "Hooves of a Kirin":
- Echo stomps her hardened hoof, causing the earth to shake. The plates underneath the baddies moved, and her large enemies fall into the deep ravine that she created. Never again will they see the light of day.

6) "Earthbound"
- Need to hold a large massive dragon down? Echo's got it by using the earth

Two-handed Combat:


1: "Grow Grow War Hammer":
- An enchanted war hammer that can grow it's size, be it the hammer head or the handle or both. Depending on the hammer size, it's weight would be affected too. So it can get heavy or it can be light. To make it work, Echo has to say "Grow" or "Shrink".


2: "Home-run hit!":
- Swinging her hammer with her strength, it could end up being disastrous!...for the enemy of course! be it monster or a regular person. it will hurt.


3: "Hammer time!":
- Striking down at her enemies with rapid hits from her hammer.


4: "Head's up!"
-If Serena uses Springen, Echo will use it to jump up and flips to land a devastating blow with her hammer from above. The same if she's on a high area and the enemy is at the bottom.



Unarmed Combat:

1: "Stampede":
- She will use her antlers and hooves to attack someone. She doesn't warn her enemies anymore as Echo will tap-dance on them after lifting them up in the air.


2. "Oriental Martial Arts:
- After training with the men and impressing them with her strength, they taught Echo how to fight like them. She uses these moves to help with her spells, making it easier for her to mold the elements.


3: "Strength":
- She's so strong that she can lift a warship up without effort.


4: "Zui quan - Drunken Fist!":
- As a birthday present, Master Mushi taught Echo how to do his special way of fighting....and needs to get drunk. Carries a gourd with better tasting liquor in it. She's getting better with handling the liquor.


5: "Muay Thai":
- an oriental style of fighting that includes knees and elbow strikes with kickboxing.She can kill with this! If the dice rolls a '1', the enemy will die.


6) "Seismic toss":
- "Want to be thrown across the ocean? I can do that..." She said as she glares with a pout. Her ears folded back. Johnny helped so much with this technique, letting her know how far she tossed giant mass of rocks. (NEW)

1) "Terra firma":
- A spell that can make the ground rise up and act as a barrier. Able to cover cities, handle fire and lava now. Echo just needs to stomp the ground hard enough for the spell to work well.

2) "Limber"
- To be flexible in dance and in battle.

3) "Damsel in distress my hoof!":
- Thanks to all of the times she gets caught by the enemy/monster, Echo had enough and will fight back by kicking to escape. Will stun the enemy every time.

4) "Hammer counter!":
- Echo will counter an enemy's attack with her hammer to hold them there.


5) "A humble touch":
- Echo can hold onto anything heat related now! That includes anything that's like the earth's core. (NEW)



Magical Defense:

1) "Noise punch":
Singing another of her mother's songs, Echo rushes in to punch the magical attack away, nullifying it in a counter!


2) "Hey Batter! Batter! Swing!":
With the same song, Echo swings her hammer to counter and toss it back at the enemies!


3) "Noise flip-kick":
- Sing the same song and she can kick away magical spells back at the enemies.


4) "Don't you dare-!":
-Echo hates being a hostage. So much so that she will use her hammer and earth spells to break out of the enemies' hands. If the dice rolls a '1' then she gets to counter-hit the one who caught her.


5) "Lullaby of a Kirin":
- Echo's last song from her mother cause her enemies to freeze in their place, enjoying her song to let her friends strike them down.

- a spell that collects metallic items by semi-transparent tentacles with magnetic energy, able to tell friend and foe by Minnie's feelings. Now she can throw the items back at the enemy! Can be destroyed with one strong hit or several light ones at once.

2) "Party machine gun":
-Minnie can change anything metallic into a machine gun with a kick: Each shot this type of gun shoots look like confetti popping. "Sen, stop putting confetti in my shots!"

3) "Turtle shell":
-Minnie can make anything metallic tougher so it wouldn't break for a while. There would be a turtle shell mark somewhere to show she enchanted it. If dice rolled '1' Minnie gets to bash the enemy with said enchanted item.

4) "Bazooka"
- "Because mass destruction is needed sometimes..." She can change her arm into a bazooka and can use her bullets for it.

5) "Magical recoil"
- Minnie enchants her metal arm to recoil any magical attacks. (NEW)

- She's been hanging around the twins too much. If her gun doesn't work anymore and there's an enemy, Minnie will use her body to fight instead. KGB style.

- Minnie's learning how to fight without her gun, liking the sound of crushed bones whenever she punches with her prosthetic metal arm.

3) "Don't touch me-!":
- Minnie has a slight fear of being touched. So she will flip and toss anybody that touches her without her permission with a lot of strength. The twins and Ricket are safe since she trusts them.

4) "Kicks of butt-whooping!"
- With boots, that hurt-!

5) "Aikido"
- "Bye bye..." Martial arts. Unarmed combat.(NEW)

Guns:

1) "Rifle arm":
- Because of her missing right arm, Sen made an arm for her, but it's not just any type of prosthetic. It's a rifle too! She heard that Sen used her old rifle to make this arm and that really touched her heart. Shooting range is medium and can shoot magic and regular bullets. For some odd reason, Sen and Seth added a confetti shooter too. "Why? You guys are so silly."...

2) "Explosive bullets":
- A magical bullet that explodes as soon it hits and has a wider range, can now hurt large monsters. It's potent and she rarely uses it unless it's really important. Each pack has 12 shots each.

3) "Frozen bullets":
- A magical bullet that can freeze her enemies even large monsters. Can give frostbite if the dice rolled '1'. It has a wide range. Each pack has 12 shots each.

4) "Sun Bullets":
- This is as bright as the sun! If looking directly, it can burn the eyes.

5) "Confetti shots":
- Surprise! Shooting confetti confuses the enemy enough for her to knock them out with her arm.

6) "Rapid Fire Bullets":
- As the name suggest, Minnie can fire multiple bullets...that have flames covering it. Gives very serious burns that their skin is melting off the enemies' flesh.

Physical defense:

1) "No touchie!":
- Defensive spell. Since she has to protect Sen and Seth, Minnie has a shield spell that counterattacks anything physical like a grab or a weapon. The shield looks like it's pulsating white aura and somewhat transparent. It can fit a city now.

2)"Hit and run":
- She can shoot while running away. It's a good escape tactic. She makes sure to aim at her enemies' knees so they stop running. She'll even shoot at their feet too!

3)"A sniper's last resort":
- If she runs out of bullets or an enemy is too close, she will use her gun to make the enemy back away by whacking them with it. Will continue to whack them until they black out.

4) "Nope! Can't touch this!"
- Minnie casts a spell on her arm to make it hardier and blocks that attack. Can withstand any sort of heat like fire and lava.

5) "Kiss my boot, scum.":
- She's not very merciful as Minnie will counter with a kick. Expect missing a tooth or a broken nose.

- Minnie can make strange helmets that can amplify her hearing and able to see in the dark. Distance limit is around 10 kilometers.

- Don't be fooled by her young appearance! She's really good at aiming, so if she had a real rifle...well you're screwed.

3: "A hunter's third eye"
- Minnie cannot trust anything around her...so instincts!

4: "I found you~!"
- Minnie is the master of hide and seek...and it's terrifying.

Sneak:

1:"Hide and seek is my game!":
- Because of hiding in the shadows for such a long time and being around Sen, she knows how to be stealthy and run away.

2: "Can't catch me!":
- Hard to catch.

3: "Come with me!":
- She can hide a person with her in the shadows.

4: "Talk and I will shoot you":
- It's a threat. If people are hiding with her, she will use her gun to shoot someone frozen if they don't listen and stay quiet. She will freeze the ones who discover her hideout in order for them to not say anything as she runs to hide in another area.


Speech:

1) "Intimidation":
- She can scare someone whenever she comes out of her hiding place or whenever she fights someone. It's better to have a scared player and shot at them when they least expect it. Her smile is scary too when she's forcing it to appear! It looks like she's planning to kill someone with an ice pick.

1)"Magie Melodie":
- It's a spell used to attack enemies by sound waves amplified from her violin. The attack will have their ear drums rupture...among other things. Is now long ranged! It looks like white music notes with the lines at the back and it swirls around the enemy. She needs to play a loud and very screechy song that can fill someone with dread.



2) "Walpurgisnacht":
- It's a Tier 2 fire-based summon. Her name is Foo. She attacks while spinning and spreading fire in her wake, has a wider area of effect enough to affect a warship. She make giant fireballs and rings of magma too! She needs to play a spicy and passionate song, similar to a Hispanic tune.

3) "Springen"
- A spell to make anyone or anything to be bouncy. Basically she can jump high with this if she kept using it on other things and bounce on them like a trampoline; Even a long and heavy dragon can bounce on them. All she needs to do is play a high paced song while casting the spell.


4) "Fireflies"
- A fire based spell. It looks like a giant swarm of fireflies, surrounding her enemies and leaving burns with every touch they make. They won't burn her friends if she's using them for other purposes. It's now a medium and close range spell.



5) "Violin-wand?!"
- Somehow she uses her violin as a wand. She doesn't know why she's able to do that but she couldn't find a wand that can concentrate her manna; Better a violin than nothing! It's weightless and durable for Serena and she can carry it anywhere for long periods of time. To others...it's heavy like a fat cat that weighs 13 to 15 kilograms. So she can swing it hard like a bat if an enemy is too close for her comfort and it'll hurt enough to stun sometimes. She can now conjure it up instead like her masks!

6) "Wasser Geige":
- Her violin changes into water and can create a giant tidal wave! She can now use this spell to manipulate the water.


7) "Schneesturm":
-Serena's fireflies are now glowing light blue-! They can freeze enemies like they were in a middle of a snow storm and disappear as snow falling! Will cause frostbite!


Defense:
*can be a spell or physical prowess, or because of an item. Can also be used to escape.

Physical Defense:

1) "Ignis Aegis"
- A medium shielding spell that uses four glowing pink music notes creating a dome-like structure. Any enemy that touches it will be burned, but that music note will disappear after one hit. It can cover a city now. She needs to play an honorable tune for it to work.


2) "Ninja art: Hidden violinist":
- She will duck and cover behind someone's shield or behind an item.

3) "I can handle my pain":
- Serena trained on how to take pain very well, thanks to the soldier training. She can handle any sort of hit from dragons too

4) "Fulgur Aegis":
- Musical notes shield with lightning striking any enemy that hits it. There's four huge light blue music notes and they disappear after being hit once. Can cover a city now.


5) "A Dragon's glare":
- Serena's azure eyes pierces through her enemies' will as her now slit-like pupils dilated. She's too intimidating to go near or attack-!

6) "A Dragon's anger":
- Stunned, the enemy looks for why they froze in place and sees a very angry blonde; in her hand is her violin bow as she strikes down again, whipping them fiercely and merciless-!

7) "A kind gesture":
- Serena will block for a friend if they have 1HP. +1 Phy. def. success to the party member she's defending for. Phy.Def.(NEW)

Magical Defense:

1) "Foo's fiery dress~!":
- Serena can equip into a special outfit that looks very similar to her fire summons, Foo. Fire doesn't bother her with this outfit on.

2) "One and a two-!"
With her violin's bow as a conductor's stick, Serena can use temporary barriers to deflect magical attacks.

3) "I got sweet moves~":
- Serena can move around and dodge like she was Micheal Jackson and looking suave to taunt the enemy.

4) "A touch of heat-!":
- Her Foo outfit can melt ice attacks before it comes near her; it's so hot!

5) "Limber":
- Serena can twist and turn in difficult areas including poles.

6) "Musical lie detector"
- She can pick up what a person is feeling and tends to play it all the time. When she plays a tune in front of said person, she can surprise them and let the others know what this person is really feeling. If said person lie, her violin will screech.

7) "The song of Ice and Fire"
- Serena's fire and ice spells can nullify the enemies' attack together.

1)"A shadow's shadow":
- Being around Seth so much helped her understand on how to be stealthy.

2) "Let's play dress up!":
- Using props, costumes, or even regular clothing, she can disguise herself and others. After all, she needs to look fantastic for the audience and the show! She can confuse an enemy if they ever became suspicious of her.

3) "Put a spring in your step!":
- She attacks first and is light on her feet so she can jump as high as a warship with her spell 'Springen'.

4) "Cat's feet":
- Training on the tight-rope, she learned how to gain balance and have silent feet. Perfect for stealth. Can do it on high places, on edges, and not even a large living creature will notice her climbing on them too.

5) "A violinist's sneaky moment":

- with a rapid draw, Chenglei can strike down foes with lightning coursing through his katana. He can strike in long distance as the lightening will stretch out.

- with a change of his elemental sword and a quick swing, Chenglei can create multiple somewhat visible air crescent shaped blades that are thin and sharp. Can cut through tough skin and scales.

4) "Burn baby, burn!":
- Yes, Chenglei can make fire with his sword. When he strikes with it, the fire burst looks like a phoenix flying. Will burn enemies until they are ashes now.

5) "Kurosaki will always be by my side":
- If anyone ever so touches his katana without his permission, Chenglei will strike them down with a speed unlike anyone has ever seen. This katana is important to him and will cause him to growl angrily at anyone who tries to take it away.

- thanks to the years of training as a soldier he received, Chenglei can tough out a bunch of hard hits.

3) "Kenren's parry":
-Chenglei learned how to fend off the enemy thanks to Kenren.

-A bunch of air sickles surrounding Chenglei and the people he's defending. As Kenren's soldier, he has to ward off any sort of crowd; especially the enemy who wants to harm the prince.

5) "Golden scales of a Dragon":
- Chenglei's skin can grow tough and smooth dragon scales that matches his hair color to withstand strong attacks. If dice rolls '1', he gets to punch the enemies. Hard.

Magical Defense:

1) "Blow them away!"
- With a swing of his sword, he can blow the attacks away. If dice rolls '1', he can blow the enemy away too.

2) "I can take it!!"
- Toughness from being used as James' spell dummy. Chenglei can take magical hits with little issue.

- Chenglei can cut through magical attacks.

4) "Lightening Breathe of a Dragon":
- In-taking so much air that a simple human's lungs cannot handle, Chenglei releases raging rays of lightening at the enemies' attack. If the dice rolls '1', Chenglei gets to electrocute the enemies that attacked him.

1. "Stans Umbra":
- Gives shadows a solid human appearance. Winnifred is able to create and control one solid figure to do her bidding.
2. "Corvus ":
-Is able to transform into a black raven.
3. "Arma Tenebris":
- Molds darkness into a shield all around her though she is only able to protect herself from one strike at a time. Ex. If someone tries to strike both her torso and arm at the same time she must choose which strike she wishes to protect herself from.

Persona:
Winnifred stood hunched over a small table on the floor, pen in hand as it hovered over the blank paper. She had been in that position a good ten minutes or so, racking her head for something to write. Her hair was tied up into a loose bun as strands of hair fell around her face. Squinting her eyes to make the page blurry before opening them back up to make her vision clearer. The rumble of people walking around outside in the background, proving to her there was life outside her tiny room.


Pressing the tip of her pencil down on the parchment she moved it up and down till she heard the familiar snap of lead breaking off. Lifting the pencil up to her face she examined it before she sighed and lowered it back down to her desk. Pressing her hand down on the cool stone as she concentrated before hearing the familiar mumbling occur in the corner of her room. "You know it's not nice to hide from your master." She spoke in a matter of fact tone, only getting a gurgle in response. Rolling her eyes she pushed herself up off the floor and stretched before waving her hand to motion to her creation to hurry up. "Gather my things. I'm heading out."


Going over to her bureau Winnifred watched herself closely in the mirror. Releasing her vibrant hair from the tie , watching it cascade down over her shoulders before tousling it to her liking. Readjusting her shirt before turning around to look at her room in its entirety. Colorful cloth strung all around the room as plush pillows littered the floor, shiny golden objects moving in their own time used for things she wasn't all to sure of. Parchment littered the walls as well as her desk, drawing of anatomy, various inventions and a few notes about spells she was still trying to learn. Her room was the embodiment of who she was though with how she portrayed herself in the outside world one would never know.


Her creation handed her a cloak made of what she assumed was some kind of cotton, entirely black except for various golden silk diamonds placed about it. Placing around her Winnifred tied it around her neck before opening her door and motioning her creature to follow. She had been living with the Pendragons ever since she was a tiny tot, well really ever since her early teens. First, she befriended Mrs. Pendragon after a routine market stop in which she had made the comment about Winnifred's creature. An interesting topic none the less, they walked around the market for a time before touching on their home life. While Mrs.Pendragon spoke of her husband and children, Winnifred spoke of hostels and moving from place to place. With her kind heart, Mrs. Pendragon offered her a room. It was rare Winnifred connected with anyone as well as she did with Mrs.Pendragon and accepted her offer saying she wouldn't stay any longer than needed. Three years later, Winnifred still wonders what exactly she was still doing with the Pendragons.


Winnifred made her way down the steps before going over to the door. Turning the nob to reveal a bustling street full of vendors and prospect buyers. Halfway through the door Winnifred almost forgot about her little creature. Turning to face it she waved her hands as she watching it shrivel into nothing. Drawing her hood over her head she forced herself into the flow of human traffic.


Thinking of the others who resided in the house she decided to buy a few extra items. Stopping at the first vendor she began to inspect the eggs in view. Her concentration so rudely interrupted by the vendor as he started to speak. "Best eggs on this side of town Miss. Look at you so skinny, you need to fatten up." He continued to speak reaching and taking one of Winnifred's arms in his hand as he shook it to verify his point. She was quick to remove her arm from his grip as she rolled her eyes and frowned. "I'm sure I can find a better deal. These eggs aren't half the size of the vendor down the road and they were half the price. You sir are a scam." Her tone was very flat, not allowing any emotions into her words as she watched the vendor's face redden. Her words just loud enough for others to over hear and look at the vendor in disgust. "Now Miss please I assure you I am not a scam and for that, I will give you a dozen for just half the price if you say no more slander towards my business." Winnifred made it look as if she was thinking about it before nodding and holding out her basket. "Throw in four slices of bacon and you have a deal." The vendor opened his mouth though quickly bit his tongue as he pursed his lips and nodded, placing the promised items into Winnifred's basket before opening his hand for the money. Paying the vendor she stepped away from the booth now in the search of fish, having the sudden craving of stew. She knew she should return to the house but not until she had gotten what she came for.

Notes:
Personal Goal:
Winnifred was always the level-headed, unemotional, and calculating one of any group. Though because of this she found it difficult to connect with anyone and thus she becomes agitated not being able to make sound connections. Facing the challenge of allowing herself to be vulnerable so that she can make the connections she desperately wants to make.

Relationships:
Of course, she can be friendly when she wants to be but it takes time for people to actually stand her.
~Must discuss with other rpers.

Notes:
-Winnifred is a very do it by the book. Not very comfortable with going outside of the box.
-She used to study under a witch named Jenkins but the witch passed unexpectedly leaving Winnifred to her own devices.
- Winnifred hair is the outcome of a spell gone wrong, and hasn't been able to find a potion strong enough to change it back to its original blonde color.
-She by no means has a sweet tooth, opting for spicy foods.
- Most of the time Winnifred can be classified as an outsider seeing her social skills are not really up to par.
- By February 16 th Winnifred will turn 18 and thus she will have to go in search of a new home to practice her magic and make a name for herself.
-She loves matcha rolls!

Title: The Clumsy Explorer

Spells, Stunts, and Tricks:
1. Speak with Animals -
He is can understand, all those chittering noises a squirrel makes. Animals also understand Roderick without him speaking in their noises. This ability can be extended to magical beast, but it gives Rod a headache so her normal doesn't bother.

2. Cartography-
Roderick is also a skilled map maker. He can draw a map of an area he has been from memory with little effort.

3. Clumsy Directions-
Roderick in his own clumsy way get where he is going. Often his outings should take a few days turn into months, but this is where he finds all his discoveries.


Persona:
A hallway door burst open a hundreds of butterflies flooding into the hallway. The black haired young man chasing after them. He'd just gotten home as always a few weeks behind schedule. His private door opened and he found his room full of the wing insects. He supposed all the caterpillars he had harvested on his last trip had transitioned all at the same time. He had a fondness for their colorful wings, but this was to many. The wouldn't do well from the location he'd just come from and he had tried so hard to open the door to the hallway without any getting out. Nearly blind in all the fluttering he failed and the stamped of colors flew into the home he had his family shared.


He chased them tripping over his feet dirty from his last fall outside still on her face. He had turned seventeen a few weeks ago. He was suppose to be home for his birthday, but he ended up take the long way around and then again the long way around that. It had been a nice time though. He was still improving on his map skills and he found some interest gems for his sisters. He had picked up some neat looking beetles and bugs for the collective terrarium he had built for his brothers. He was always thinking of them when he was out stomping about.


He knew a scolding was coming not only from escaped horde of butterflies, but also for missing his own birthday. He would've felt guilty but he spent most of hist day of birthing running from a rather large and angry lizard. He wondered if his parents had come home for the day. Perhaps they had not and assumed her would be behind on coming home like normal. Roderick had never been on time for a day in all of his seventeen years. He was a week late from his due date when his mother gave birth to him and the trend had stayed. He was always smiling though. Not matter what hell he had come from he was always smiling and not matter what he always came home. It was often home and a few weeks of long naps and eating everything in the house. After a rest he'd find an empty place on one of his maps and be running off again.

Personal Goal:

Roderick is an explorer. He can think of no other life than mapping out the worlds around him. He wants to make fascinating new discoveries. He wants to move past being the kid who gets lost in woods and some how always make it home. He wants to be remembered for his journeys and their true greatness, not his clumsy dumb luck. He needs to learn to focus and stop getting distracted. To make better charts as he goes along.

A fat cat named Pumpkin often tags along with him. Found in his backpack eating his ration most of the time. Or stealing a slice of Rod's favorite treats, Pumpkin rolls.


He always had presents for his parents and siblings. A repayment for their patience with his tardiness and their worry over him.

1. "Purple Shine" - Gains ability to add shine to any object,
this is usually used only for jewelry making.

2. "Tail Sale" - Aviana can tempt someone into selling personal possessions.
So say if you saw someone who has a lovely wand that you'd like but they won't give it up,
Aviana can tempt them into selling it, usually for a very very low price, like an acorn!

3. "Small Paws" - Allows Aviana to shrink to the size of a shrew,
but only able to grow back to her original size.
She does this regularly to check for small imperfections in her jewelry.


Persona:
Aviana waved around a shiny gold bracelet, hoping some passerby would stop to check out her jewelry. "Beautiful gold and silver necklaces, beads and strands, for a fair price! Stop by, give it to your wife! Your daughter! Maybe even your son!" Business was tough. Rarely did anyone even look her way! It's always nice to see a potential customer. Aviana's feathered tail wagged violently when she saw a young woman walk up to her stand. "Yes yes!! Welcome to Avi Jewels! What are you looking for?" The woman smiled and pointed to a gold beaded bracelet. "How much?" Aviana looked at the bracelet and replied kindly, "$30! But, I've got a deal for you! I'll give it to you for the price of $24, if you can tell me where you got that GORGEOUS necklace!" The woman looked down at her necklace and shrugged. Aviana looked at the woman, and smiled. "How about we trade? Your necklace for..." Aviana looked around furiously, and saw a penny on the floor. "This! ...this penny!" Aviana smiled widely. "Okay!" The woman took off her necklace and handed it to the fox, who shoved it under the desk. Aviana slid the penny over to the woman and waved goodbye. "Thanks!" She chuckled to herself and closed shop for the day.





After dusk, Aviana flew to her tree, which was a willow with colorful lights, bottles, and strings hung from almost every branch. She loved things bright and colorful. She turned on the lights inside, only for her to be blinded by bright pinks and blues. "Ah, I always forget how bright those lights are!" Aviana mummered to herself as she walked to her small workshop in the back of the tree. She sat down on a small stump and started to work on gifts for those who lived in the castle. The most beautiful diamonds necklaces for the ladies, and the most lovely leather cuffs for the men. Although she wasn't related to anyone in the castle, she still dreamed of making it her home. It was gorgeous and pure, who wouldn't love to live there? She was thrilled to visit there, and she would do that when she gives her gifts to those in the castle.





Aviana finished up one of the bracelets and tossed it into the bin with the others. "Only 3 more to go!" She smiled at her reflection in the mirror in front of her. Her purple fur and feathers shinned with all of the lights bouncing off of it. She sighed and padded over to her bed, stopping to look at the calendar on the wall. Two days and she would visit the castle! She plopped onto the bed and fell asleep, dreaming about the castle.

If she shortens the spell to just “Amplify” it creates a stereo effect for herself and anyone in her immediate vicinity. Any attempt by her to change the spell or use a word in place of “Amplify” causes an echo effect or other unknown consequences.
  2. Dragon’s Command – Lydia imposes her will on a target individual or group as large as a whole city causing them to cease all actions.
  3. Illuminate – Lydia creates a glow like a flashlight. Alterations to the spell cause it to shoot varying degrees of sparks from harmless to weaponized.
  4. Fireball – Lydia can aim and shoot three balls of fire (Successful). Summons an errant ball of fire that bounces around if in an enclosed space on miscast. For alterations see light spell.
  5. Algiz – With the ceremony of Ascension having been completed, Lydia had to abandon her Algiz earrings because they were replaced by earrings representing her mentor Howl and her first love James. After arriving in Dalaran she received several tattoos, one of them being the rune Algiz on the insides of either of her wrists. She can focus manna into them to create shields for herself and nearby comrades. Dispels if she tries to cast another spell or loses focus, can be used with one-handed weapon.

  8. Uruz – A rune Lydia has etched into her mace that activates whenever her will for success is particularly strong and gives her added physical strength. Must be touching her mace in order for the rune to activate.

  10. Choutte Venire – Gifted to her by James, this spell summons the ethereal owl, Sasha. Through Sasha, Lydia can see, hear, and speak. Lydia can now summon Sasha without speaking the spell.
  11. Dragon's Roar - Amplifies Lydia's voice to reach the ears of an entire city.
  12. Eyða illu – Valdanr wakes the dead to fight for him, Lydia sends them back where they came from.

The sound of long skirts rustling along carpet along with pattering feet could be heard behind the closed doors as they moved swiftly through the hallway. The sun had long since risen and its rays shown in bright beams of light that illuminated the hallway from beyond window panes decorated by thick rouge curtains. Of course all of this was lost on Lydia as she sat amongst mountains of books within her family’s library completely engrossed in the tome she was currently studying.

Shortly the double doors to the library flew open as her mother followed by two maids entered the room.

“Lydia! Here you are!”

The gust of air that was created by the opened door sent several loose sheets of paper to fly up into the air and Lydia was quickly torn from her book as she scrambled to collect them, looking at her mother in utter shock, her green eyes wide.

“What? What happened?!”

Her mother frowned slightly as she stared at Lydia, the muscles of her face twitching as though she couldn’t even produce the proper expression for what she felt at the moment. However, she was a patient woman and simply placed a resigned hand to her forehead as she gently spoke to her daughter.

“My dear girl, have you completely forgotten?” She stepped closer to Lydia and collected the papers that had been loosed from the girl’s hands and placed them in a flat chest designed specifically for paper and closed the latch before gesturing with her fingertips towards one of the maids who then placed a letter in her hand, “your apprenticeship under Howl Pendragon was to start today...”

Was?” Lydia’s face darkened as it was drawn into mild worry, her eyes focused on her mother’s actions before they stopped on the letter that her mother began to open before handing it to Lydia.


“Dear Madam Dubois,
It is my deep regret that I am unable to receive your daughter as my
apprentice at this time. Certain circumstances have arisen that require my immediate attention.
However, despite the fact that neither myself, nor my wife will be there to welcome Lydia, I would like to invite her to be a guest in my home and study alongside my own children until my return.
I hope that this letter finds you in good health.

“I’m sorry, my dear…” Though Madam Dubois was slightly taken aback when she spied the expression that had arisen on Lydia’s girlish features. It was not disappointment, but something more akin to exuberance.

“Sorry nothing! Mother, do you know what this means?!” She shook the paper towards her mother, then realized her own excited actions and carefully smoothed the paper once again with much adoration, “Mother!
Mother!!! Master Howl just invited me to stay at his castle while he is away! The castle!”

Madam Dubois stood there in mild shock while she watched her daughter clumsily scramble over some of the stacked books, knocking them over in the process as she made her way to the window and pointed at the flying castle in the distance, beyond the city. It appeared as nothing more than a speck on the horizon, but Lydia knew what it was. Her mother simply gently shook her head and a slight smile surfaced on her plush lips, a feature present on her daughter’s face as well, “Lydia, please remember your age. You are sixteen, try to have a little poise.”

Lydia grimaced slightly and came away from the window, once more stumbling over some of the books. She laughed faintly and attempted to straighten them, “oh… whoops.”

Her mother just laughed and placed an arm around her, “nevermind that. You must get ready to leave.”

Lydia’s hands found her mother’s and clasped them tightly, “oh mother! You mean…?”

Madam Dubois gave a nod and gently caressed her daughter’s cheek, “of course, how could I tell you no?” Her brow furrowed after a moment and she slipped the small circular frames that rested towards the end of Lydia’s rounded nose from her face before she touched below Lydia’s eye, “my dear… have you slept at all?”

The bright grin that had been plastered on Lydia’s face transformed into a wry smile as she collected the glasses from her mother and carefully folded them before she shrugged away, “well…. There was this really interesting chapter on transformation magic and I just kinda’… lost track of time?”

Lydia giggled softly and gave her mother a bashful glance. Madam Dubois just sighed and ushered her daughter towards the door where the maids waited to take her to her room and prepare her for her trip.

Lydia sat in the carriage on her way to join the family of her hero, Howl Pendragon. She nervously rubbed at her neck where the ruffled lace of her high collar irritated her skin. Her whole ensemble made her uncomfortable, but her mother insisted that her appearance upon introduction to house Pendragon was important and thus requested that she wear her finest dress which was a deep blue shade accented by silver roses, black lace comprised the collar and decorated the ends of the long sleeves and the skirt was complete with bustle. Needless to say, Lydia felt out of sorts as she had grown more accustomed to more simple dresses without needless decoration that fit more comfortably and didn’t reach all the way to the floor.

Her stomach was full of butterflies and she fidgeted impatiently and uncomfortably as she absently eyed the large parcel that sat on the seat beside her. She knew that her mother wasn’t a shallow person, but the woman seemed bent on her making a good first impression and so along with the dress and feature enhancing cosmetics she now wore, Madam Dubois had also insisted that Lydia bring a gift with her as a thank you. Lydia had chosen raspberry cake with lemon frosting, the top of which was decorated with a variety of fresh berries. It was Lydia’s favorite, especially when accompanied by a cup of hot, black tea with no sugar. Of course she didn’t pick the cake in hopes of eating it, she just really couldn’t see who in their right mind wouldn’t like lemon raspberry cake.

It wasn’t long before the carriage stopped outside of her destination. Lydia checked her hair, ensuring that her bangs were combed smoothly over her forehead and framing her face, the length of her black hair held back in a ponytail, the ends of which her mother had folded under and pinned to resemble a bun. A small blue, felt top hat decorated with black feathers and a lace bow was neatly placed slightly askew atop her head to finish her outfit. She took a deep breath and adjusted her black lace gloves before exiting the carriage and stepping closer to her future.

Personal Goals
  1. To gain a better understanding of magic in general and to refine the skills she does possess as well as get better control over those skills.
  2. Upon accepting the invitation to be a guest at the castle, she didn’t know that she would need to learn combat skills and considering that she is relatively inept when it comes to magic despite having a great adoration and respect for it, she’ll have to overcome her own misgivings.
  3. After the loss of Seifer, she became determined to study shadow creatures, shadow magic, and death knights in order to find a way to restore him.
  4. Made a decision to sharpen her awareness of her surroundings and also wishes to become less of a liability to the ones she cares about.
  5. She would like to develop the skills to be able to cast magic without having to recite a phrase that helps her picture what she is casting.
Relationships
  1. Howl Pendragon - For most of her life she idolized him and through her mother she was finally able to become his apprentice despite never having met him before. Her admiration of him only grew on account of his gentle and patient teaching method despite her lack of skill. He was a strict but understanding teacher.
  2. James Pendragon – Without really realizing it, Lydia's opinion of him changed from one of pure friendship, admiration and respect to all of those things and more. She has developed a caring for him that she previously wouldn't admit to but now she admits to it openly and since they started dating, has begun telling him how she feels often. Despite a bump along the way in their relationship, they are back together and now in a courtship.
  3. Renee Pendragon – Thinks Renee is a free spirit and admires her for it, also feels like she can relate to her. She has begun worrying about her more because she is afraid she thinks too much with her heart and not enough with her head.
  4. Seth Pendragon – Sees him as a sort of rival/possible accomplice and friend. Wishes she had half of his agility.
  5. Echo Muses – Because she is so gentle but strong, Lydia looks up to her as a sort of motherly figure that she can ask for advice. She also respects her as a warrior and has trained with her a bit in order to learn how to better wield her own hammer.
  6. Johnny Caprice – Looks to him as a kind and patient individual who seems to nearly always have a sunny disposition. Since he has become less awkward around her and the other girls, she now looks at him as a good friend.
  7. Serena Lock – Appreciates her talent with the violin and sees her as a friend. Was afraid she would lose her friendship because she accidentally told James Serena's feelings, but everything was reconciled. She likes Serena's outspoken manner and ability to be the center of attention without thinking anything of it.
  8. Seifer Rathmore – Couldn’t stand his well-to-do attitude but grew to like him a little more after they switched bodies. She is still working hard to find a way to make things right again and safely remove the dragon soul from him without killing him. Despite his shenanigans with Renee, she still worries for him.
  9. Chenglei Zhou - Lydia was completely unsure of what to think of him at first, he was so strange and socially awkward in an overly flamboyant way that all she could do was laugh whenever he was around. After spending more secluded time with him and getting to know him a little more, he began to remind her of her brother Frederick and she also learned that he isn't so flamboyant all of the time and can be rather calm and peaceful.
  10. Sen Pendragon - He and his brother are two of a kind so anything she thinks of Seth, she thinks of him as well. Though she does see him as just slightly a bit more mature than Seth.
  11. Minnie Von Ironheart - Minnie is very quiet and while considering the group of people that she has been spending time with, that is a bit unusual, it isn't very disconcerting to Lydia as she is typically very shy around those she doesn't really know and she only assumes Minnie is shy around everyone despite the fact that she helped the girls play pranks on the boys.

1. Hidden Wrist Blades - Retractable blades that are attached to approximately where the wrist would be on Aodh's flipper.​

1. Artifact shrinking - As an archaeologist working alone, the transportation of artifacts discovered became an issue, and to solve that, a shrink ray was obtained that can shrink artifacts to 1/7 of its original size until it is shot again with the ray.​

2. Ice Slide - Due to the length of his legs, Aodh can’t move very fast. To make up for it, he utilises a propellor to slide across frozen or snowy areas at speeds of up to 70km/h​

3. Frozen Path - Most of the time, wherever Aodh is located, the area isn’t covered in ice, so he is incapable of sliding around and can’t move very fast. To solve his problem, [insert name] created a versatile hose that is attached to his backpack, with the ability to lay a layer of ice over the ground in front of him, allowing him to slid almost anywhere. However, the ice is not very stable, as it hasn’t had the time to form properly, and collapses after a few minutes​

4. Flight - With a fully functioning propellor, Aodh now has the ability of flight.​

Clink Clink Clink CRACK The rock finally gave way under Aodh’s gentle pickaxe taps. He smiled as he carefully picked up the ancient piece of metal, only to be disappointed that it was just another war helm.


“Just the same old same old… things from war… boring objects… no interesting stories ready to be discovered… ” he muttered to himself.


Placing the newly uncovered helm on top of his pile of armour from a past time, he charged up his shrink ray. It would take a minute to warm up, so he started to pack a few things he had used. He slipped his pick into a loop on the side of his backpack, and placed his catalog into the main compartment. Aiming the shrink ray, Aodh fired at each piece of armour he had found, shrinking them to a more manageable size. His carefully placed each artifact into a padded rucksack, separate from all his tools.


Climbing from the hole he had excavated, Aodh waddled towards his tent. Stepping inside, he found a rolled up piece of parchment with the lime green seal of his informant. Excitement coursed through him, escalating his heart rate as he meticulously peeled the seal off to unravel the note. His informant usually collected rumours, and if he discovered anything that might peak the interest of Aodh, he sent a note to his exact location, no matter where in the world he was.


“Aodh,

While collecting information at a bar in Kingsbury, I overheard a conversation that you might be interested in. It was a small group of men, whispering in hushed tones about something that was recently discovered. A DRAGON EGG! Can you believe it. If you can gather information about it, or come into contact with people who can, it will be the biggest discovery that you will be a part of. I heard news that a certain Howl Pendragon is involved with what has popped up. Come into contact with him and you could be golden.”


Sitting down in his chair of gears, Aodh grabbed his favorite pastry, a cinnamon bun with mackerel eye paste topping it, and sat down to ponder what his plan should be.

Notes:
Goal- Aodh wants to learn all that he can about the ancient world, especially as much about dragons that he can get his hands on. When he learned about the discovery of the dragon egg, he made it his personal life mission to examine the egg in person, and if possible, study the dragon if it hatches.

Relationships - The only relationship that Aodh has with anyone is with his informant, who would prefer to remain anonymous, for business reasons.

the air. On the tops
of Mytho's hands are fire transmutation circles that appear to be burned into the flesh and scarred over. Healed.


Ultraviolet Alchemy, similar to fire alchemy, Mytho is able to manipulate the concentration of radiation and ox-
ygen in the atmosphere. Mytho has not perfected this style and can only perform it if she's around an area of
higher radiation levels, which is quite rare to come by. It's also extremely exhausting to perform on her body.

'Hey Freya, do you remember the day that we met? It were cold and wintry, the wastelands covered in thick layers of ice and violent winds from a distant storm. I were nothing but darkness at that time, just a lonely girl, with goblins for friends and a hunkering for something ━anything━ to fill the emptiness that pounded within me. Just like that, you transmogrified into light and beckoned me with a smile. To this day I often wonder if my feelings reach you. If you know that everything you do, blows me away, like that typhoon.'

The room were still and serene, filled with nothing but the sounds of peaceful breathing and the distant hums of an uncertain heart. Cymbidium eyes glimmered with sad incandescence, meeting themselves within the mirror that reflected Mytho's petite form. Mousiness lay against her like foreign material, defiling her obstreperous spirit and replacing it with strange... irresolution. Her expression were deflated and inanimate ━this sort of lostness━ until she honed in on Freya's Three of Cups.

It shone with divine purpose, thriving with Freya's magic, all sugar and hope and... power. Power that suffocated you with a lovely sentiment that only Freya possessed. It maimed you, sinking it's addictive toxin into your bloodstream and giving you a taste of paradoxical exultation. After meeting someone like Freya, one could never be the same. The Three of Cups represented exactly that and more, it represented their friendship, which flourished on a kindness that Mytho had never tasted.

If it weren't the song that eluded from her alarm clock announcing the hour, Mytho might have stood there, doused in pessimism forever. "Mmmm!" She huffed, announcing her frustration. "I'll be out in a minute, Frey!" Mytho tried her best to conceal her anxiety, fully aware that Freya would be able to spot any hints of nervousness through her tone. One minute the little witch stood stagnant and the next-- fluttering with excitement, fingertips gripping the chalice.

An effervescent pink heart lingered within the air just before her eyes, glowing with ardent life. Mytho reached forward to touch it with delicate fingers-- entranced eyes. The heart dissipated and suddenly, vines of opalescent energy began to spiral around her peach-kissed limbs. Her clothing began to disintegrate upon touch, floating within the air around her like little specs of iridescent fairy dust.

Within seconds, Mytho's disguise was at full effect. Her once long, flaxen hair was now sandy brown, wispy little curls framing her face. She were peaches and cream, with gentle ocean floor eyes and plump, dolly lips. Perched neatly on her head was a simple sun-hat, classic and tan. Her shoulders were bare, giving appreciation to their delicate structure and trailing down into her shoulder-less white top, with fitted long sleeves cutting directly at the wrist. Hugging around her tiny waist and plunging into her hourglass shape were a high-waisted peach pleated tulle skirt, simple and clean. The length were long, stopping just at her ankles, showing off the cream heels, with wraps that vined around her ankles and criss-crossed toe straps.

Mytho stared at herself and smiled faintly, admiring the pastel color choices. She were a spring dream, a child of honey and fairy dust━ innocence and dream. Somehow, the disguise channeled the depths of her inner secret and betrayed her all at once. It was perfect.

Mytho didn't need to announce herself. The creaking of her rooms door and light pattering from the heels made that more than evident. The distant scent of lavender and pomegranate pervaded her senses as she moved through her hallway, heading towards her living room where she'd left Freya. Her home were a kaleidoscope dream of life, photos and color that he seemed to fit perfectly within.

"It's a little..." Mytho's cheeks brimmed with a light pink that gave insight on her embarrassment. "I mean... I--," Mytho sighed, looking away and pouting. "What do you think? It's okay, right?" She couldn't help but do a little spin, posing in various different ways, likely making a fool of herself. In the midst of her amusement, she'd almost dropped the chalice.

"I'm so excited I could die, Frey. It's been such a long time since I've been to a festival." Granted, it had been a while since she'd been out of the Wastelands, period.

witches, Mytho desires to perform a successful human transmutation circle, binding the soul to the body she's
able to create. Her reasons are her own and... she doesn't realize how detrimental and dangerous this goal is.

Spells, Stunts, and Tricks:
1. Martial Prowess- Elijah is a master swordsman, taught from birth to wield a blade, and was considered a master of the blade by even the most skillful of Elonian society.
2. Performer- As a Trouper, Elijah has vast experience when it comes to the performance arts, and has a considerable knowledge of the stage and circus.
3. Light Manipulation- Elijah was taught by an old stagehand how to manipulate light using magic to trick onlookers, allowing for impressive stage feats and creative distractions. He now often does the lights for his Troupe (except for when he performs, of course), even in the biggest shows. Note that he can not conjure light nor destroy, and can only affect light that has been "made" by people, i.e. lamps, the light from a fire, candles. As a general rule, he cannot manipulate anything larger than a spotlight.

Fenrir- Elijah's blade, Fenrir, is an heirloom passed down his family for generations. It is capable of taking on several "forms." According to Elonian legend, Fenrir has dozens of forms, but Elijah himself knows only two (aside from it being "off" and acting as a normal blade).
-Flamel- As one might infer from the name, the blade becomes alight with a blue flame.
-Etheren- While in this form, Fenrir is incapable of causing harm, and successful strikes will instead stun the victim. Consequently, Elijah almost exclusively uses this form.

Persona:
The sounds of opening night rang through the camp, and it filled Elijah with the same sense of wonder it always did. The anxious plodding of performers rushing to get into their costumes and make-up, ducking into random tents for odds-and-ends. The cacophony of the various musicians tuning their instruments, or, more commonly, practicing the songs they would be performing. The yelling and random clattering of stagehands as they made sure everything was ready. Everything about it was just so exciting, and Elijah never grew tired of it.

"Elir!" he heard an annoyed voice call out a little bit away from him. He came up from his observations to see Elana marching towards him from the Grand Marquee, her face covered with a look she typically reserved for frustrating patrons. Realization hit him as he pulled the watch from his pocket and hurriedly stood up, dusting the dirt off his trousers from the stump he'd been sitting on.

"You're supposed to be waiting in the Marquee, Elijah! Why can't you stay in one place for more than five minutes? You know how mum gets when not everyone's not in place." As Elana reached him, her consternation became even more apparent on her face, and Elijah held up his hands in a placative manner.

"Sorry Elana! I didn't realize how close it was to time... you know I have a tendency to let my mind wander," he said, a sheepish grin on his face. "I do hope you'll forgive me. You look downright frightening when you're on the warpath." She rolled her eyes but the annoyance left her face, and a small smile came to her eyes.

"I'll consider it," she said haughtily, and Elijah laughed as she did so. She attempted to keep a straight force for a moment, but soon gave up and laughed with him.

"Now come on!" she said after a moment, taking his arm and forcing him to walk alongside her to the tent.

General Notes:
Personal Goals
:
Elijah is a generally free spirited individual, and doesn't have many set goals, instead choosing to just go with the flow of life. However, there are a few things particular things he hopes to achieve...
1. Elijah lost the favor of his father when he refused to further pursue the path of the Blade as he was expected to, and was subsequently exiled from Elonian society. While he does not wish to pursue the life of violence that they want him to, he does wish to, at the very least, be accepted by his father and hopefully the rest of the Elonian aristocracy.
2. Elijah, being an intensely curious creature, is driven by a desire to learn as much as he can about just about everything in the world. As of late, he's developed a particular fascination with magic.

Relationships:
Elijah has few true relationships, due to his vagrant nature. He is friends with quite a few of the Gpysies he travels with, and has met a lot of people in his travel, but the only person he regularly interacts with and actually cares for (and vice verse) is Elana.

Personality: Elijah is often considered...eccentric to those around him due to how grew up, but nevertheless people almost always enjoy his company, and those that get to know him well come to view his quirks as more endearing than anything else. He's exceedingly absent minded and easily distracted, and above all else wants to be amused. He finds the society outside of his home fascinating, particularly how people interact with each other, and since he finds practically everything interesting, can hold a conversation with just about anyone.
Clothing: Elijah always wears the finest of Gypsy clothing (as can be seen in the image above), and on certain special occasions will dress in the traditional formal wear of his home.

Light shone through the cracks of the walls of the young sorceress’s study, illuminating the figure that sat hunched over a bubbling cauldron. There was a haze of smoke that settled over the small study as the young sorceress stirred the pot with a wooden spoon. Concentrating on the pot of boiling liquid before her she reached out a hand, grabbing a small clay pot beside her. Opening it she reached inside only to hear a small squeal as she wrapped her hand around the object inside. She held the squirming object before her, rolling her eyes as she laid eyes on one over her puppets as it attempted to flee from her grip.


She shook her head turning her head at the sound of a knock. Setting her puppet down she scooted towards the door. “Go see who it is.” The woman’s voice was soft and soothing to ones’ ears as she waved the puppet away.


Watching the door close behind the puppet she went back to her original project. When the liquid in the cauldron turned from a murky green to a black the young sorceress smiled. Removing the cauldron from the fire she stirred it once more before placing the spoon to the side. Turning to her side she scribbled a few instructions on a small piece of paper, grabbing a vial beside it she turned back to the cauldron. Grabbing the wooden spoon she poured the back liquid into the vial before sealing it with a cork. Attaching the note to the vial before setting it into a nearby basket.


The puppet returned a moment later holding a note in its hand as it pranced towards her. “Master Wé! Master Wé!” It chirp as it headed her way. She held out her hand, watching the puppet lay the paper gently in her hand. “Thank you. Now take that vial to the Carringers. Don’t accept payment this time. You’re a puppet, you don’t need to eat.” Scolding the puppet the sorceress reluctantly handed over the vial before looking back at the letter in her hand.


Breaking the seal she pulled out the letter and unfolded it. “Dear Ms. Pendragon” it began although the sorceress frowned at the name, changing it to Calarook to escape the status of being a Pendragon. She shook of the small annoyance as she continued to read, her lips moved sounding the words as her eyes glossed over the words before her. As soon as she finished she crumbled up the paper and threw it into the cauldron, a puff of smoke appearing after the paper sank under the liquid.


“So my siblings have stumbled over an egg?” She muttered. “I suppose I am a little overdue with a visit.” With this she pursed her lips, looking around her as she shook her head. Being the second oldest Wé had been the first to leave the Pendragon home as she felt she had learned enough to set out on her own. Of course that was the story she had told everyone whereas only she knew the true reason for her absence. Although now she lead a simple life, creating her puppets and providing the occasional help of potions every now and then. Wé could not say her intrest was not peaked by the letter, although the though of having to see her siblings was another issue all together.

Clasping her hands together Wé bowed her head before standing up. “Everyone please get my things ready. It seems I will be making an unexpected trip to my ole stopping ground.” Wé exclaimed, watching her puppets scramble out of the room in to the various parts of her small house. She knew she later regret this although it would sure be a fun story to tell later on she supposed.

Acceptance. Wé was the Pendragon's first adopted childed, and as if being a Pendragon wasn't hard enough to add that one was not even blood related seemed to have taken its toll on Wé. Holding a silght resentment towards her eldest brother. Leaving her family she believed she would be able to experience freedom, especially when she rid herself of the Pendragon name. She must learn that not everything is a competition, nor is it a place to prove herself.

Relationships:
Wé see's her puppets as her children, and will often finding herself treating them as if they were alive.

Notes:
- As of now Wé finds herself at the wonderful age of 18, as she was adopted by Mr. and Mrs. Pendragon.
- Wé is not a fan of sweet although she will never turn away any almond cookie given to her.
-Wé can be quiet loving towards her siblings, although never to James as she finds she is always in competition of him.
- If anything ever happened to her puppet's it is questionable what Wé would do as she sees them as her children, and perhaps holds them higher than her siblings.

Title:
"A Goofy Ghoul."



  • A passive ability that allows his body to move very quickly, often looking like a twitch or a sudden spasm. It is fairly useful for quickly arranging things or catching items before they fall. This does not affect his walking or running speed, but mainly his joints. Stuart's movements seem to be a blur to the viewing eye.

    Although useful for many things, Stuart doesn't favor it due to it's side-effects. While his body may be fast, his mind is not as swift. There is a high chance of him breaking or spilling the objects he is handling. If he's moving around in another way, then he may start to feel poor of health. After prolonged use, his joints will emit waves of slight pain.

    Cinder and ashes jumped and scattered , mixing with the pleasant smell of old bricks and rotten wood. One could smell the life that was once here, the elegant feel to the house being strong within the ruins of the manor. Even in death, the manor still holds it's livelyness. Much like it's owners...

    A soft commotion rang through the main hall, shadowing the constant creaking and knocking of the very same wood. It lined through the wooden walls and the dark wooden floors. It also swooped down the great stone stairway along the cold gusts of air that whistled through the decrepit roof. It held an eerie orchestra, yet remained serine and peaceful.

    The commotion originated from a small book shelf that leaned next to a shattered window. The shelf had been knocked over during the fire, and had become rooted there ever since, until now. A young man -who looked to be around 12-13- pushed the bookshelf back to it's legs (After a minute of struggling of course.). He took a moment to recollect his breath, leaning on a cane that he recently picked up. The "Young man" was the recently Ex-deceast Stuart Cromwell, son of Reven Cromwell, the owner of the manor.

    The cane was in-fact, not a regular cane. It appeared to be the kid's own arm that he had detached from himself. He didnt even notice it's disappearance, as he was more interested in the wooden bookshelf. He stared at it with a shy smile, acting as if it was another person who he had grown up with. He frowned as his thoughts of boredom dug into his own skull, turning his ears to the silence. It had been a long time since he had interacted with a human , outside of the occasional "Scare" that he provides to the daring adventurer that crossed into his domain. He didn't see himself as the "Scary" type, but he happily fills the role. What ever it takes to get rid of those pesky visitors. Plus, he always had a little fun with them before they inevitably ran off.

    But for now, he was going to have to settle for the second best activity.
    He leaned his back against the wall and let out a sigh of frustration. He turned his head to one of the doorways , finding his old friend to be leaning similarly against the doorway. Ms. Bucket - who was a simple wooden mop,- and Mr.Mop, (Who was -you Guessed it- A small metal bucket,) sitting snuggly next to each other.

    "So, Who's making tea this time?"

    Stuart haunts the building in-which he used to live, and being the only ghoul to roam the decrepit manor is about as lonely as it sounds. The Haunting silence is usually interrupted by a random team of adventurers who try to venture into the manor. While he does try to make some (Living) Friends out of the team, They usually run away either from his appearance or his general suspicous act.

    The appearance of Stuart has deteriorated slightly from the fire. It allows him to scare visitors away, or to make people generally uneasy. This is usually why his only friends are inanimate objects or small critters that he finds aroumd his house.

    "My purpose is to assist the others around me, and my intention is the same..."
    Known as a goofy, yet gentle, traveling doctor. It is not always known when or where he arrives. When he does, he volunteers to "Heal" patients in exchange for housing and assistance.

    It is often unknown where he is or what he is accomplishing, and Dr. Hyper likes to keep it that way. He would also require that his presence is kept secret.

    Despite that; Dr.Hyper is very "Eccentric" ,with
    animated movement and a seemingly overwhelming amount of energy. He seems to bring a certain amount of strange and memorable moments that follow him wherever he may be encountered. It is certain that whoever cross his path are never the same again....

    Equipment:

    Dr. Hyper is often equipped with many medical tools and supplies to sustain a small family with medicine for a few days. He is also equipped with his own smarts, allowing him to quickly adapt and sustain himself. It is common for Dr.Hyper to set up a research lab within an unoccupied room in the house.

The Glass Cannon




  • Calm, silent, yet adventurous...

    Growing up in a hunting family, they did not have the luxury of stable food supplies. Even with multiple hunters, they usually could not find enough food for the whole family. Nacht was usually the one to sacrifice his meals so that his family may eat, as he usually didn't have a consistent appetite. Combined with a high metabolism, resulted in his form being extremely skinny and light. This did help him with stealth, but he was also found to be frail and easily bruised or injured. He often wears many layers of clothing and isn't seen anywhere without his trusted rifle. His body is shaky and twitchy, and his actions are quick and silent, even being quiet during trivial activities or normal functions.
    (Eating, sleeping, etc)

    Nacht is tall for his age, and weighing small for his height. He has blond hair and a beautiful azure eye.


Persona:
The stars lit up the night sky in a beautiful spectacle, glowing with life and fun. despite the gorgeous scene, One poor soul found it impossible to feel happy. In fact, his mind was racing to dismember himself from the inside. He could feel his sanity slipping from his grasp. He just could get over this failure. He had gotten himself lost EVEN WITH a map at hand. He shook his head as he fought himself in an internal civil war. The calming sounds of the forest couldn't help him at this point.


Nacht felt trapped within himself, waiting to finally be set free from his body and mind. He couldn't take this anymore. He could hear the laughs of his family and friends, ringing in his ears once more despite the lack of sound that he could hear...


He stopped his own pity party after he realized that the laughter was all in his mind. In fact, most of this was held in his imaginary world. He kicked his mind back into gear, throwing his problems into a bottle. He knew he couldn't afford to waste time with his emotions, and should be finding a way out of this mess.


He sat up from the dirt and took a quick glance to his surroundings. The feeling of dread caught the 15-year old by surprise and now invaded his thoughts. Figures of all different shapes and forms began stepping around the darkness, shifting towards the young hunter. In response, the hunter stood to his feet and hastily grabbed his rifle. The shadows seemed to stop- staring down on him like vultures. Nacht felt himself tremble in fear against such mysterious things. He knew he couldn't trust himself to pull the trigger, but his self-loathing thoughts were suppressed by the fear that coursed through him. He decided to look at this situation from an outside perspective, thinking up imaginary people to witness these actions and judge him, as was always his go-to thinking strategy.


Suddenly, a light shined to the trees, showing nothing to be there. The light seemed to pour from the teens left eye, which he could not see out of prior but he didn't notice the loss of an eye.


He dropped his musket and clamped his hands over it, as it soon began to cause agonizing stinging. He couldn't bear such a powerful pain, it swooping through his eye socket and into his mind. He couldn't even think outside of the pain. He had dropped to his side and rolled up into a ball, sobbing lightly with the pain.


Real smooth...

Nacht looked back on those actions a few weeks ago and cringed at the thought. It must have been a dream or some sort of memory fallacy that plagued his mind. It seemed unreal that such things happened to him.

Nacht leaned against a tree, staring into the bronze light of dawn. He was stuck in his mind again, reliving the memories of old. And looking back on that night, he chuckled at his own actions. Those days certainly were strange- from shadow creatures possessing him to the glowing eye thingy that came after. He gently touched around the eye, which was now covered by bandages and other various things that he found. It seemed almost unreal that such a thing would happen...

His thoughts were interrupted by the marching of horses and the crackling of wheels. The caravan had arrived...

  • Personal Goal:

    Nacht wishes for the chance to become a part of something greater. The grand adventures in the many books of his collection fill his mind with dreams of finding an adventure of his own.

    Of course, due to the incidents of his childhood, His self-esteem plummeted. He now mostly sees himself as an idiot with constant conflicts with his mind that make him question even the trivial of his own actions. He is heavily reliant on others to base his own personality off of, hopefully ensuring the best outcome to a friendship. He hasn't had friends before, so he will pressure himself to completely note to everything that they would do to hopefully hide his own flaws

Persona:
After David had walked into the castle he gasped in amazement at the main hall and all it's beautiful decoration. He immediately began running frantically throughout the castle entering every room until he reached the garden in the center of the castle. He looked around until he found the best tree for climbing and began to climb to the top. Once he reached the top he sat down and began to play an imaginary violin. He eventually grew tired and began to climb down the tree until he reached bottom. He went to a nearby bush and began to drift into a deep sleep. (To be continued)

Equipment: His sacred bow and arrow of finding.



Notes: David enjoys swimming in fresh water, climbing, long walks, icecream, baked goods, and the violin.

David hates loud noises and has a fear of blood.

David also likes all species of animal, and listening to stories.

He is extremely speedy and agile.
