i posted this on the introduction thread, but i thought it might do well here, too!
as of right now i am looking for a specific few plots, but that doesn't mean i'm not interested in what you have to offer! if you feel we're compatible and you want to spread some love, please message me! or.. reply, whichever floats your boat! i'll go ahead and introduce my desired characters below:
DaEun: DaEun is angst and anger, full of hot air and addicted to whichever high she can find! she is workable and can be written however suits your character and the agreed upon plot, and can be paired either as FxF or FxM -- despite her total inexperience with women, she doesn't have any preference. while again she can be written otherwise, DaEun has most ideally just moved back to Korea, where she hopes to abandon her bad habits and move on with her life. of course i'm a cruel creator, and that isn't likely to go smoothly. if you have the hots for my avatar, then this is your gal! because that lil baddie in the square is her!!
[ note: my highest muse for DaEun, is for her to be written with a troubled, male kpop idol. while he maintains his reputation to the public, he struggles with many of the same things she does, chasing highs and yearning to ride the wave of loud, crowded parties in order to forget oneself. i've no specific idol in mind and slightly prefer it be a character of your own rather than a real person. their chemistry is unmistaken, just as addicting as any of their vices, and together they've got to find it in themselves to fight their innermost demons, all the while dodging the media and judgemental public. ddrraaammmaaarama ]
Ollie: Ollie's that bitch, she's a bitch, an aspiring actress who struggles against the weight of misogyny in the industry. her talent is otherworldly and she's been endlessly grasping at her dream for years now, but not only has she been harshly typecast, her consistent rejection of perverse, entitled directors and co-stars has majorly stunted the growth of her career. Ollie is not the fruitiest of the bunch and can only be paired FxM. for the story, i'm looking for either an up-and-coming heart throb, her co-star, or a musician who is similarly gaining traction in the industry. there is no real direction in mind in regards to her story, but there will be plenty of drama and development as she claws her way up the ladder, accompanied by your character -- who'll hopefully become one of the only people she trusts.

Xelo / Asterra: daughter of Aphrodite, Xelo - named initially as Asterra - is a demigod who was sent into society solely to toy with the seams of love. a capturer of hearts, Asterra's gift is a semblance of Aphrodite's anger, brokenhearted after a mortal retired their affair and returned to his family. she was challenged by the greed of man early on in her life and as a result grew resentful, and as resentment swelled into innovation, Asterra melded with her mothers appeasing curse and flourished. to spite Aphrodite she decidedly goes by Xelo, and she spends her days living other people's lives of luxury. she's known as the 'Golden Woman' and often people assume their desire equates to her promiscuity. for her story of love and finding oneself, i'm looking for another demigod who is more down to earth and may ground her!
[ note: i have a plot and direction in mind for Asterra and her story, as well as a starter. it's set in ancient Greece and follows the assumption that your character is partaking in the annual tournament, where he will meet Xelo. ]
Jannie: Jannie is the embodiment of tragedy and trauma, armed with a bite that you might want to get checked out. despite the sweet beginnings that escape her now, she is burdened by the weight of too many numbed traumas and in turn enjoys burdening others. she survives by favors and continues to run herself rampant as she struggles to keep afloat her 'family' of five, none of which are her own. with the distress of her consistent misfortune, Jannie's cruel behavior is not a façade. she has completely gouged out her core, and with it any remnants of humanity and hope, and all that's left now is her vilely sarcastic tone and the vertigo she can never escape, she is but a shell of who she once was. i am quite picky in which characters i'll write Jannie with, she is quite dear to me. i'm mostly looking for someone to write

i've been roleplaying for just shy of a decade, and while i focus mostly on original stories and characters, i am interested in some fandoms! i'll go ahead and put those in brackets at the bottom, just so i can keep you here + reading for a secondalmost all of my roleplays have an aspect of romance and i adore angst, but i'm open to a variety of different scenes. slice of life, action, the mildly supernatural and fantastical, post-apocalyptic, if the plot has potential i can most likely get into it! i have a number of characters i'm absolutely smitten with, and would love to introduce them to you! (the babe in my profile picture is daeun!)
with all that being said, i think i'll wrap everything up for now!
it's been such a long time since i've been able to write consistent, meaningful stories, and i'd love to start everything up again! so feel free to reach out, i don't bite! [cue quirky joke]
the only thing i ask of you is literacy, multi-para replies, and to be prepared to fall in love, because even after all these years spent writing my absolute favorite part of roleplaying is still the characters, their connections, and the world we bring to life. i cherish the nights spent frantically discussing and ogling, fangirling about the stories and where they'll go, and i hope to find a partner who feels the same!
