How to get old Roleplay Back?

So, I know it's possible to request that your old (before the update) role plays be moved over to the new system and I'm just wondering how I can do that?

You make a support ticket. Support is right on the top bar... third from the left.

send support (which you can find at the top) a request with the link of your old roleplay and they should get to it.

Do you need to set your old role play up in the new system first? I read something about that.

Yes, please!  We do need you to go into the destination section (Fandom, etc.) and create a new RP.  Please send us links to both the new and the old in the support ticket.
