Archie is a rather serious bloke when it comes to his duties as a vet. He cares wholeheartedly for the animals and especially the horses being quite the advocate for them. Tending to be rather cold and very blunt to the fellow humans of the group, much preferring the companionship of the animals......Well except for Ambrose- That is his partner and the only exception to where He is warm and friendly and kind. Well except around the animals. He is the biggest softie around these animals and cares for them greatly. Especially his own horse, Cicero. That pinto gypsy vanner stallion is his pride and joy well other than Ambrose of course. Hehe! But deep down, Archie just cares a lot and wants just for all critters to be healthy and happy and for people to be treating them as well. He doesn't totally understand the whole adventuring bit but where Ambrose goes....He goes!!! And Damn will he allow anything to happen to Ambrose.

Stopped in a small town, lookin' for water for my horse -- we had been travelin' for a long time, you see -- Sometimes you just bump into an opportunity you can't turn away from. You just meet all kinds of people in saloons."

Personality: Ruby is not your ideal prim and proper woman. Shes hard-headed, outspoken, and rough around the edges. Shes as smart as a whip, but her backcountry southern accent (and the fact her father pulled her out of school to take care of the farm/family business) makes her seem uneducated in the eyes of others. For a member of the "gentler sex" shes anything but. Shes not afraid to get down and dirty and sees herself as just "one of the guys" (growing up with 5 brothers and no mother figure will do that to you). Shes tough, hardy, and self-sufficient. Her independence does become a challenge when the need to ask for help arises, and she'll struggle to swallow her pride, but if its to get the job done, and done right, she'll do it. Ruby has a free spirit and will often ignite that flame in others. Shes fair and just, with everyone, no matter their background. Many that come to know her may think shes just a un-ladylike hick, but she has a charm about her that open-minded people will quickly come to find. She thinks that anyone that tries to belittle her with out really getting to know her is just as ignorant as she is, if not more.
