Answered How many threads can you make?

In the looking for partners or looking for groups area, is there a limit to how many threads you can have on the front page at any given time? For instance, can I post like ten different search threads or is that spam because it doesn't give others room if I keep bumping them?

I know it can all go in one search thread but they tend to attract more attention if each thread is for a specific plot rather than make people read through lots different plots on one search thread. Because each search thread can get a cool title that makes people who are interested click on it.

So is there a limit to how many separate threads can be posted in those areas?

The answer is fairly clear, if it's spam or flooding a section, it is against the rules.

No Spam/Flooding
Users are not permitted to spam/flood on RpNation. Posting content in an incorrect area purposefully, sending messages indiscriminately to many users, and posting repetitive unwanted content falls under spam. Creating multiple posts or threads within a single section of the site in a short period of time is “flooding.” Content deemed as spam or flooding will either be removed, merged, or moved by Staff.

A user can post multiple threads if they have something with different settings, but shouldn't post a new thread for ever single individual plot in excess when they can be grouped into a single thread and connected by a common setting prefix. At most, one could only truly post 5 separate threads at one time based upon the prefix. I don't include multiple settings in this because it can contain any of the 5 specific settings.
