How does one merge a thread?

I'm moving my super cool roleplay, SvG, over to the super cool tabs roleplay system and was wondering how do I merge the roleplaying thread (https://www.rpnation.com/threads/chapter-i-the-caravan-of-destiny.63453/) to the new IC Roleplaying tab? I haven't made the tab roleplay yet but I plan to after I figure out how to merge the threads.

You should make a Roleplay Support thread and a moderator will do the thread merging. You will need a link to the new IC thread as the old IC thread
