How do i get back to the options for editing a hosted project?

So when i backed out of the moderation options for editing for my thread. I could no longer find the option to edit anymore...  is this a mistake on my part? or a bug or something?

also, if there is a way to get back to the "moderation tools" for editing my thread. Can someone tell me how?
