Guests
Hotel Ibsen is so beautiful that many guests don't want to leave. That's why the Ibsen's are happy to provide rooms for extended length stays for their guests that are inclined to make this little slice of paradise their home. It's conveniently located to many things in the city, so it's understandable that people would favor this location-- and the guest service is absolutely impeccable! But the guests don't see everything that goes on in the hotel. Under the beautiful shining surface, there's drama galore. These characters can be one guest staying by themselves, or they can be part of a family unit.

General Manager
The General Manager of Hotel Ibsen works closely with the Ibsen family to ensure that everything within the hotel runs smoothly and as it should. He is in charge of hiring, staffing, training, and scheduling all employees in the building. Of course, he's also the one that everyone comes to with complaints and problems, and naturally he's got to fix all of it and make sure the Ibsen family doesn't catch wind of it. Which is a bit hard to do, when you're staff seems determined to heighten the tension.

Supervisors
The General Manager can't do it all by himself, and that's where the daytime and overnight supervisors come in. They catch the stuff that falls through the cracks, and are often delegated to the more menial management tasks, as well as keeping an eye on the floor to keep the employees in line. Their job is to report everything back to the General Manager and keep everything running properly while he handles the bigger issues.

Security
Security is in charge of making sure the hotel, as well as it's employees and guests, are safe and secure at all times. They have access to the intricate security camera footage for the entire building, and have files with the most intimate details on everyone that comes through the door. Considering the fame of Hotel Ibsen and some of it's patrons, as well as the Ibsen family, Security is considered a very important and necessary position.
(1/1 taken)
Handyman
The Handyman, one of the few employees in the building with access to guest rooms and their personal belongings. Of course, one of the positions to be taken the most seriously as well. Any problems with the functionality of the building is a problem that the Ibsens are sure to notice, and that's the last thing anyone wants. It's up to the Handyman to ensure the proper functionality of everything in the hotel.
(0/2 taken)
Concierge
The Concierge runs the front desk at the Hotel, greeting the guests, getting them set up in their rooms, and answering the phone. They see every face that comes in and out of the Hotel, and they're always the ones who find out which guests have the juiciest of secrets: whether it's torrid love affairs or other scandalous drama.
(0/1 taken)
Bellhop
The Bellhop assists the Concierge in making the guests feel welcome and helps the guests transport all their luggage to their hotel rooms.
(0/1 taken)
Doorman
The Doorman takes their station at the entrance, greeting the guests as they enter and exit the hotel. They work closely with security, ensuring that nobody who intends harm enters the hotel. They also accept all mail and package deliveries at the door.
(1/3 taken)
Cleaning Staff
The Cleaning staff spends their day to day cleaning up guest rooms, doing laundry, and maintaining the upkeep of the public spaces in the Hotel. They have access to the most private areas of the guest's stay, and are usually unsupervised while doing so. They've got the best (and grossest) stories about all the things they've found inside the rooms.
(1/3 taken)
Dining Staff
The Dining Staff, made up of cooks, waiters, and bartenders, are the ones that run the various food and beverage amenities in the hotel. They serve the guests their food, and get and extra side of overheard gossip thrown in.
