It's been a while since I've made one on the site and I'm just wondering if I can or how I can now? haha.

It would be no problem to make a regular rp thread if I can't of course. Only wondering for the sake of really organizing a new Rp I'm trying to create and an HP felt like a better format for it.

You send in an hp request. If staff approves, then you can make one. It's better if you first start the role play regularly to show why you would need it to be an hp. There is a link that says apply here on the home page under hosted projects
