In a Hosted Project called Fairy Tail: New Beginnings, I can't seem to post in the Character Sign Up section. Is there a reason for this or is it a mistake?

The roleplay may not be accepting new characters at this time. Your best bet is to get in touch with one of the roleplay's storytellers. I believe @Lexielai is one.

Everything seems to be in fine working order on my end: no errors, post went through fine, the thread isn't locked. Can you please explain what's going on in great detail? Or, better yet, can you get me a screenshot?
