Bio: Just how Lucien acquired his powers is a mystery. Regardless, his presence is infamous among citizens. Every so often, a crime will make the headlines, detailing the most bizarre events that took place at the scene. A bank vault is left emptied with its steel door smoldering, missing gang members turn up clinging on for dear life to the edge of skyscrapers, shop owners come to work to find their store utterly emptied and their alarms untripped, cars are found overturned and smashed up as if they've been to the junkyard - who's doing it and why remains unclear to the general population, but the city's police force think they've finally got a lead on their mystery super villain, and not even Clark Kent would survive the onslaught they're prepared to bring down.

Personality: Despite his selfish nature, Lucien's never used his powers to kill. However, he doesn't hesitate to whip out his power if the situation has the potential make him a quick buck or provide a result in his favor. By alignment, Lucien's a neutral-evil, one who won't go out of his way to cause havoc - but is prepared to commit crimes if it merely happens to suit him. His intimidating figure has made him a rather strongly persuasive figure when it comes to getting what he wants, but he has no idea how to react when someone goes against how he expects them to respond. Apart from being a living deity, Lucien's rather impatient and snappy, not to mention manipulative. His soft spot comes in when he forges relationships with people, but since that hasn't happened once in his life, there's nobody he feels particularly keen to warm up to.

Name: Abigail Lowe

Age: 27

Bio: Abigail has a more colorful life than most. At a younger age, she began working for a private intelligence agency best described as a private C.I.A. She volunteered to go into training and came out a spy. She specializes in information gathering and hand to hand combat and is often sent as an operative to other countries or to large cities to meet with those traveling abroad. Although she is not always working, she knows she is always being hunted. Her agency hasn't been paying attention to the local villain. As far as they're concerned, the impending international war is more important.

Personality: Her line of work and extensive training has made Abigail's calm and cool personality calmer and cooler, her hard to impress attitude even harder to impress and her dry humor, you guessed it, drier. Although on paper she sounds awful, in person she can be rather funny and sarcastic. She carries herself with strength and confidence and doesn't take shit from anyone. Relationships, both platonic and romantic, have been personally off limits for her. Her line of work doesn't exactly allow for them.
