Here you can ask me questions which i will answer and basically get to know each other, give me ideas for future events in the forum and so on and so on.


Also, if you have a disagreement or argument with another roleplayer i ask that you refrain from bringing it here.

To answer your question there is plot stuff happening. In fact im sending a message to all current members with information for the next few events. It will be sent by Ashlilly.


 
Dear Forum Members:


This is Prince with a ‘big’ forum announcement –


I understand that things have been slow as of late, and I take partial responsibility for that. I have been busy lately and I’m sure you have as well. So, I will be adding some new content for you all that will hopefully jumpstart things., so everyone will at least have something to do. At the same time, however, with this new content I must strongly remind everyone that even if I put out things to do, it’s up to you to do it, and to interact with each other so that things happens. I can’t do everything myself, and it’s not a role play if the members don’t INTERACT. So, I encourage you all to use the ‘chat’ to speak to each other. Arrange to do scenes together and what not, and if you see someone who doesn’t know what to do, or has just posted something, and no one has answered for a longtime, ask If you can jump in. The members make the forum.


Now then, the rest of the announcements:


Starting tomorrow we will have a mission system. I will come up with a sheet of scenarios, and jobs for the members to do together/ or solo, and it will be up to you to figure out how it all turns out. For instance, a four person mission may be something like hunting demons, or restraining a rogue ‘down worlder’ while solo run into the area of information gathering or patrols, and so on, and so forth. There will be many different kinds. If you are in a group mission one of you must be the leader, so decide among yourselves who leads the operation. That same person will be responsible for making an ‘in RP’ report to the head of the institute. This includes how the mission went, how people worked together or behaved on the job and any injury that may have been sustained by members of the party. Also, if you are on a mission with somebody I encourage character interaction. Get to know each other. Finally these missions do not only apply to Shadow Hunters and each one will explain who they are targeted for, if you’re a vampire part of a clan, a werewolf part of a pack etc


Besides missions, there is a main plot to the overall RP, but they will happen in time. Every now and then an event will happen where the major part of the plot is moved along. I will usually update a week ahead.


Next item is “Role Characters.” Basically I will be putting up a sign up sheet for people to play certain roles in the story. If you sign up for a role I will tell you/ or give you an idea of what you will be doing as that character. You can and I expect you to put your own spin on the character, of course. I only ask that you do not use them for anything, but their jobs. That’s why they are called “role characters’. Like I said I can’t do everything myself so this is one of the way, you can help me make this forum much better. This rule will apply to both the Vancouver Role Play and the Shawdow Academy. Role characters cannot be in romances OF ANY KIND You can do that with regular characters, just not these ones.. THANK YOU.:3 I will be posting them in Organizations later.


I will be posting roles a day after missions, NOTE that these role characters will not be counted as your own free characters. Think of them as MPC’;s your pilot. You still have your own free character to use as you see fit. They won’t take away from your number of characters to make they will just add to your roster.


Next note: I will be adding downworld and clave organization characters to join. They play a pivotal role in the real story, thus they should make a difference in this as well. Such organizations will include the role characters as well. So if you play organization ‘leader’ be sure to stay in character.


In closing, again I apologize for the slow but hopefully this will get us back on track. I only want to give you guys the best.
