So there are four 'races' you can choose from: Sorcerer, Priest, Angel, and Demon. You can have up to two characters; if you do have two characters you can choose one mortal (sorcerer or priest) and one divine (Angel or Demon). To make things easier, I will give you your contract once there are a good number of people to create contracts with. So leave the 'Contract' part of your bio with 'Pending', even if you have a Priestess and an Angel or a Sorcerer and a Demon, still leave it pending!

Personality: Lailah is an old Angel who remembers when the Angel of Authority was created, and respects it and it's orders for her. She is an honest and trustworthy individual who is very loyal to the cause of the Angels. She can be relied on to appear on time when prayed to, and tries to keep things fair. She holds a deep hatred for Demons and those who hold contracts with them. She views Demons as traitors and considers herself an enemy of anyone who would align themselves with a Demon.


Lailah is a very serious individual. She doesn't understand, nor does she want to understand, Earthly humor. She calls everyone by their full name, or one of them at least, and finds nicknames distasteful. She never breaks her contracts, but will not become emotionally close to anyone, Angel or mortal. In fact, most beings that come into contact with her don't believe she has any emotions either. (Sometimes even she forgets).

Other: She is arguably more powerful than most Powers and Angels above her on the hierarchy, but would never disobey them. She has an Angelic forged broad sword called 'Sperantes' that was forged for her by the Angel of Conflict, who is no longer an Angel. She was created with the Angel of Truth. She is a respected warrior and ally of the Angel's holy cause.

Gender: Doesn't really have a preference, but in this century is usually male


Personality: Before he fell, Melchrome was an extremely trustworthy individual who valued friendship above all else and was very sociable. After he fell, the humiliation and endless darkness of hell changed him drastically. Melchrome isn't very outgoing and physically can't experience 'friendship' and tells himself that he doesn't need to. Melchrome has grown into a self-centered, greedy individual through his time in hell.


He doesn't care much for the campaign against the Angels, and only made a contract because he was offered a great incentive from a human that he couldn't bring himself to turn down, hell be damned. He used to be Lailah's spouse, but her hatred of demons and his dramatic personality shift has driven them apart permanently. He can be flirty and will say anything to get what he wants. His very manipulative, and has lost all morals, so his contract should beware.

Other: His twin is the Angel of Love who can't bear to see his face anymore. He fell for a friend; he disobeyed a direct order in order to save an old friend from dying and as a result was cast out of heaven. His weapon is called Amicitia, and it is a crossbow that he brought with him when he fell.

Name: Catherine (Katie) Malone


Age: 25


Gender: Female

Personality: She's a laid back individual with intimacy issues. She grew up hunting demons (basically) and has even destroyed two, but it came at the cost of her childhood. Now things like friendship and romance are really difficult for her. Especially since she's since several friends possessed by demons do things that they would never do. She is sarcastic and lighthearted when she probably shouldn't be. She doesn't know when to stop talking and can be pretty emotionally cold. In other words, she can be apathetic to things normal people should probably feel sympathy, but she didn't get the benefit of a healthy childhood to really make her too sympathetic towards other humans.


She's a little paranoid, and quick to get angry, though she won't hold a grudge. She has a few trust issues, but generally tries to do what she views is best for humanity. She has a bone to pick with Angels and Demons, though she has fought more for the Angels than the Demons. She can also be rash and is easily willing to sacrifice herself and sometimes those around her in order to achieve a goal. She's very goal oriented though she's working on becoming more people oriented.


History: Born to a wanna-be sorceress who was willing to sacrifice her daughter for a contract with a Demon, Katie was introduced into the Holy War early on. She was actually saved by an Angel, though that Angel was more interested in fighting the Demon than saving her. Still, Katie became filled with hatred for the Demons and gratitude for the Angels. When she started training to be a priestess, her motive for joining the Holy War was solely to aid the cause of the Angels against the Demons. The Angels saw her truth and she was given a contract. This began her early life (from 17-23) as a Demon hunter. She was even brought back to life when she died because the Angels recognized her devotion and usefulness to their cause.


Still, as time went on, Katie found herself questioning the legitimacy of the Angelic cause. She met a few Angels, who in her view, were immoral because they killed and tortured mortals, but followed the rules and thus were considered loyal Angels, while what she viewed to be "moral angels" were sentenced to hell for betraying the order of Angelic society. This is when she secretly joined The Society. She realized that fighting against Demons didn't necessarily mean fighting with Angels and decided her true alliance was with the mortals of Earth.

Other: She once destroyed two demons with the help of her Angelic contract. This earned her respect (for a mortal) in Angelic society, and made her infamous to Demons. It's probably her biggest accomplishment and she isn't sure if she regrets it or not.


As an aside, you can play any demon/mortal/angel that I/someone mentions in their bios that they aren't playing. In fact, I encourage you to. Also, we need an equal number of demons/sorcerers and angels/priests so please check that!

Personality:Intense to put mildly, quick to anger and uncompromising. She has one goal in her mind and to her you can be with her or against her if you are a demon or angel. However neither is safe place as the betrayal of her sibling left her paranoid and distant to others. She is, thought, not foolhardy, she cold and calculating and will use divine beings if suits her.


Mortals are the only ones she shows any manner of tolerance or compassion. In the end of the day she is doing what she does for them and because she believes to be a righteous cause. She is willing to help mortals in need but is prone to take it too far as in she will kill if a person is robbed she will recover the stolen item but also kill the robber even harm the victim for wasting her time.

Other: Twin sister to the angel of Justice, she and justice were the Lord's lawmen responsible for seeking out and exiled dissident angels and criminal mortals within heaven. Nemesis has a crisis of faith when administrating punishment to members of the Society who used their priest contract to sabotage. To her the mortals seemed to be justice in in their cause, for the holy war between heaven and hell had destroyed thier home. She had expressed her doubts in confidence to her sibling but it proved a mistake, Justice turned her into the lord and she was cast out. Fueled with anger this betrayal and the injustice to mortal she became a demon of vengeance. However that is not how she sees it, to her she still angel battling an injustice and still considers other demons as well as angels as her prey. To her mortals will have their justice by any means. Carries "Purifier" a claymore sized sword with a flame blade.

Personality: Just because she works with an angel doesn't mean that she is exactly a nice person. Yes she does do nice things but she has her own way of showing it. Sometimes it may even be by force. But no matter what she says or does she always has good intentions. Celia often gets short-tempered and wants to go off on someone if they made her angry, but that's where her angel comes into play and is there to keep her mentally in line.


Even though she has a tendency to be irrational she is loyal to her colleagues as well as the people who are worthy of her trust. When it comes to orders and teamwork she knows where her place lies and follows them. Regardless of her being hot-headed she is pretty smart with knowing the consequences of having or making up her own agenda.


History: When she started her education she was sent to a boarding school by her parents. All she knew was that her parents worked for TSPE. For the longest time she thought that they abandoned her because they didn't want her, but as she grew up she realized that her parents didn't abandon her. They were just protecting her from their line of work. This encouraged her to study the divine since she now knew that her parents did not, not want her with them. Upon further investigation she discovered that she had a natural talent for immediately being able to pick up the powers of a Priestess. By the age of 19 she was a force that the TSPE could not ignore and sent their men to escort her to the base.

Very calm and clear sighted being. Justice is obviously very important being that he is Angel of Justice. For eons he has watched over the beings of the universe ensuring that justice is properly handed out and that any injustice or crime is corrected in the end and dealt with. Follows his order carefully but when it comes to orders, he believes that doing what is right is sometimes more important and despite this he has continued to prove that his actions were correct in the administration of justice. He find humanity interesting to a large degree and finds that not all demons are bad. Many are just misunderstood.

Alaric was created by The Lord itself. A very old and very powerful angel, Alaric has been around for countless eons as the personification of justice throughout the universe. When he was made, his twin angel was the Angel of Divinity. Throughout his existence Alaric has needed to physically administer justice himself so he has used a weapon that came to be known as the Staff of Draco. A staff forged in Heaven that channels and focuses the powers endowed upon the Host of Heaven. Alaric always avoided walking on Earth, choosing rather to observe it from Heaven until he was betrayed by a close friend. An Archangel named Uriel, fled Heaven but rather than falling to Earthm he fled to Purgatory to try and raise power before assaulting his angel brethern. Alaric met him on the field of battle and they clashed before Uriel fled to Earth. Now Alaric walks the Earth hunting for the fallen Angel.

Personality: Usagi prefers to be around at least one person throughout most of the day, he gets rather lonesome easily. For his being, he is quite deceptive and keeps a calm mind, even when tricking people. Although he was downcast, he still keeps a slight friendly manor when around certain people. He doesn't like crowds that much, it proves too much of an annoyance.


This 'boy' keeps his secrets to himself quite easily, it takes hardly anything for him to keep a secret, even if he has a contract sealed. Although, he does follow orders when ordered to do something, and he does it quick, wasting no time. With his traits and skills, he is a master of deception; pretending to have emotion when really he is stoic and expressionless.

Other: His twin is the Angel of Peace, he was often found following his twin around almost everywhere, aiding him. His creator was the Angel of Order. He keeps a rather large, a light blue blade handy; sharp on the end and jagged on the top, he has named it Sora, meaning 'sky'. He had fallen after resurrecting a friend whom was fairly close to his/her end.

Personality:


Hot-Headed and equipped with a silver tongue, Lucius often finds him in situations that he can't worm his way out of. He isn't one to give up on anything and will go to any extreme he sees fit. As a stereotypical 'Bad Boy' Lucius finds time in any situation to flirt with anything that walks. He plays with people's emotions only so he can make himself feel better about his strong desire to avenge his life that was destroyed.


Even with his hollow exterior, he puts loyalty into high regard and will not abandon a comrade. He will protect those he cares about until his last breath, and will even make a contract with a demon to keep people he loves safe.


History:


Lucius found the TSPE organization after months of searching for a way to fight back. His parents and family pleaded with him to stop getting involved. But, he couldn't bring himself to walk away and do nothing. The imprint of the only girl he ever loved dying in his arms was too fresh, too deep to just walk away from. He was set on getting the vengence she deserved.


Another month past and Lucius made the rash desision to make a contract with a demon. With his family disappointed and on the verge of disowning their only son, Lucius continued to hunt down Angels and Demons alike. He would not stop until the beings responsible were dead. A few days after his new found contract he came home to find his mother, father, and baby sister murdered. The insignia painted with their blood on the walls were his only clues. With a new intense hatred and loathing for the Holy Wars, Lucius will stop at nothing to get what he wants. And what he wants is for every Angel, Demon, and morally incorrect being to burn.

Name: Marius Lyon


Age: 19


Gender: Male


Contract: Pending


Personality: Marius is level-headed and kind, however he has a short temper which can lead to either violent outbursts or him suddenly going quiet until he calms down because of his mental instability. He is a loyal person no matter what and will follow a friend to Hell and back if they just ask.


He hates "high and mighty" people, usually trying their patience at every turn, only satisfied when they lose their temper at him. He can be hyperactive and irrational at times. He isn't stupid, but feels that sometimes questioning orders (if any) is a good thing, sometimes going so far as to deny them entirely and acting on his own whims.


History: Initially Marius's family didn't approve of his interest in being a Sorcerer, but his father eventually caved and taught Marius the basics of the craft. He got more advanced in his craft throughout his life, but it wasn't easy. Practicing along with him was his close friend Hayden, who, unlike Marius, was a gifted Sorcerer and helped Marius throughout his life. Over time they were powerful in their own rights, but a rash decision to contract a Demon led to Hayden's death, and Marius sending the Demon of Wrath back to Hell. News of the incident reached TSPE and he was recruited afterwards.

Personality: Lucas is a kind gentle soul, he is serious yet entertaining. He doesn't necessarily enjoy violence but with protection sometimes violence is needed to do the protecting. He'd rather discharge a situation using nonviolence. If nonviolence doesn't work he'll use some form of non lethal weapon(like pepper sray) before using a lethal weapon (like a gun).

History:


Lucas is a young angel. He hasn't been around for millions of years like the other angels. He's only been around for about 100 thousands years or so.


When on earth he is always trying to protect the humans from getting hurt or killed by the events of Holy War. He has always hated the violent effect of the war and has always wanted to somehow stop it. He doesn't like the fact that the demons and the angels have to fight all the time. He wishes it would stop. Most of the time he would rather side with the humans to end the war and risk being banished from heaven just so he could do his job and protect the humans.

Personality: Mardak means business. His sole purpose it to fulfil his duty and to see that others fulfil theirs. He is an ideal soldier following his orders to the letter and expecting the same from the one's under him. To him duty is what keeps the universe functioning.


Mardak sees demons as angels who have left abandoned their duties and hates them for it. To him they are everything that's wrong with this universe, and should be wiped out completely to make a better universe.


Mardak isn't very fond of humanity. He sees them shirking their duties willy nilly and then getting away without any sort of consequences. This observation has planted a seed of hatred towards the humans in his heart. Although not in favour of annihilating mankind, he does think they ought to be taught a lesson.

History : Mardak has always been good at his job, keeping everyone in check. Staying inconspicuous is a big advantage when your job is to observe others and Mardak has always been good at that part. Until this moment in time Mardak has been a gear in a well oiled machine and hence like that gear has gone unnoticed. Everyone knows he exists but that's as far as their knowledge of him goes. Even his own twin has not met Mardak except on a few occassions. The only angels who met him personally were the one who did not fulfil their duties and either ended up dead or fallen.

Name: Uriel Archleone (known as Uriel)

Gender: Male


Contract: Pending


Personality: He used to be extremely caring and friendly and loving towards his family and friends, but thanks to the demonic influence he's become hard, cynical and rude. He's extremely paranoid towards strangers again thanks to the demon whispering in his ears. He is still extremely nice and caring towards the people he likes or loves.


He takes pressure extremely well, can logically think of a solution, unless his love interest is in trouble, than its all out war. He is always trying to get a laugh out of everybody but can remain serious for a bad situation. He is very loyal if he trusts you, or likes you. but otherwise he Is all about further self gain. Its takes a lot of hard work to get him to trust you. He now dislikes religious people and people who look and remind him of his dad. Immaturity Annoys him a lot.


History: He grew up in Texas, in a very religious Christian home, his mother took sick when he was 10. His father refused to take her to a doctor. He sat home and prayed, he made both Uriel and his little sister sit and pray. No matter how much Uriel pleaded his father to take her to a doctor, he always refused. After his mother passed away, Uriel's faith faltered. He was quite lonely there after, he was always closer to his mother, but once she passed he no longer enjoyed church. His father made him go more and more often, and more and more often Uriel skipped out. The day after his 18th birthday his best friend phoenix, got lethally injured in a car accident. Again Uriel prayed to the angels to save him, and again nothing. Just before he passed a demon (insert name) contacted Uriel. He promised Uriel that he could save his friend. So he made the contract, than "the society heard of him, and gave him an option, Something to do with all that power. Than the very angels his father worshiped would be locked in an eternal battle, with his son.

Other: -There was one problem with his contact, it was "till death do us part" kind of thing.

Personality: Jack is a very cold and calculating man. He rarely shows any emotion concerning himself and only remotely cares for others. He doesn't seem to trust in himself, rather trusting his angel for guidance. Jack is a very Justice oriented man, being that he believes everything he does is right. Even when it may be observed as wrong from another persons eyes.


Jack is very far from chaotic resembling a business CEO at times. Rarely does he relax and have fun. He finds everything a waste of time if it does not follow the rules and objective of the mission. He is driven by what he believes in and will let nothing stand in the way of that.


History: Jack was like any family man, loyal, passionate, and loving. In a chance encounter, Jack was forced to make a decision that cost him the lives of both his wife and daughter. Bent on a sense of getting justice Jack was driven to the point where he cast aside his emotions and ultimately made a contract with an Angel. He handed over full trust in his Angel counter part, declaring himself too human to make decisions for himself scared to kill anymore people that he loved.


He joined TSPE only to further his abilities and his own goals. He cares little for the war itself, and only seeks to correct all the wrongs done to the world.

Personality: What you expect from a priest:He is quite and friendly, ready to listen and/or help when needed no matter their origin with a cringe worthy sense of humor when needed and when not. Despite his profession, he is not afraid to get his hands dirty were it be lying or killing looking at the bigger picture of things which might make him come of cold at times but all his does is for the protection of his flock. However though quick to chat other people about their past and problems he is quite secretive of his own hiding behind probing questions with a smile and joke.


History: One of the recruiters of The Society and its resident agony uncle. Since the reveal of the holy war most Christians priest either through their lot with the angels zealotly or become disillusioned at the true face of their deities and gave up their Vestments. Marcus was different though, as he tells it, he believed in the spirit rather then the letter of the bible which helped him through some dark times. He noted that despite their divinity, demons and angels were not unlike mortals their action whether for good or ill can be misguided and can led to the suffering of the meek which happened to be humans. He joined the Society soon after its conception to help those suffering by the war, accepting an angel contract in the process.

Personality: Now as death he has a cold cynical personality and he's all about logic, if he needs to kill a million humans for his own furtherment he'll kill them. He loves tricking humans into contracts and than driving them so crazy he gets his own killing machine or he simply lets them kill themselves.


In the human world he's quite the ladies man, he has whoever and whatever women he wants, whether he has to kill their husbands and prey on the grieving widow, or if he tricks them into bed with him using alcohol, money, by whatever means necessary.
