General Background

Eva was always naturally gifted in almost anything she decided to take up. When the time came to decide on a career choice, Eva wanted to pursue something practical. Though her parents were constantly encouraging her to pursue something that she loved, she felt pressured to come home with a degree that was "honorable" by society's standards. Although she knew it wasn't her passion, she attended the University of Pennsylvania for accounting. She studied there for three years, mildly content with the direction her life was headed.


She returned home for spring break of her junior year, the first time she had gone home in those three years. Over a dinner conversation of her mother's favorite current film, Eva came to the realization that there was no way she could happily be an accountant for the rest of her life. At the suggestion that she might want to change her major, her mother was ecstatic and her father happy to help. Saying that Eva's family was well-off was an understatement so her transition wasn't seen as an issue.


Her mother had attended Hollywood U and felt somewhat indebted to the school ever since her career as a film critic, under the alias Maria Beaumont, had blown up so her parents had been making rather generous donations to the college in recent years. For that reason, along with being surrounded by highbrow film and big names in the industry since childhood, it made sense that she attended Hollywood U. So when she returned to the University of Pennsylvania, she was more eager than ever for the year to be through. The response to her decision was almost wholly negative, many of the people she thought were her most supportive friends suggesting that she was just throwing her life away.


In her naturally defiant and stubborn way, she was determined to follow in her mother's footsteps and prove to those that doubted her that she could make it in an industry as brutal as film. Though the campus of Hollywood U was just as busy and bustling as that of the University of Pennsylvania, students at Hollywood U seemed far happier with their work. From that first day, Eva knew she had made the right decision and no one was going to take it away from her.

Having lived in a household where her mother's work was discussed far more often than her father's, Eva knows that she knows what's good in film, what's best in film, and what's just god awful. But she hardly ever voices her comments for fear of coming off as too haughty or pretentious. She believes everyone is entitled to their own opinions and their own artistic expression, even if it conflicts with her own. As such, she believes that she should receive nothing less in return and actually loathes when people give her unsolicited advice.


Eva often comes across as rather self-confident and on occasion, a little too confident for her own good. She doesn't mind defending her opinions and deeply dislikes being challenged if she is certain that she's correct. Because of this demeanor, people are often surprised to find out that she is constantly seeking affirmation that she is adequate and a rather strong fear of crowds. People rarely hesitate to remind her that crowds and acting go hand-in-hand. As such, her relationship with acting is love/hate.


After burning bridges when she left the University of Pennsylvania, she is eager to make friends. To those that get past her seemingly arrogant exterior, she is incredibly kind and generous, willing to do anything that she can to help them if they are in need. As such, she has a habit of wearing herself a bit thin as she balance near perfectionist standards in all her work.


She generally keeps details about her home life to herself, seeing as she much rather be known for being exceptional due to her own merits and not her parents' donations. General Background


From the day he was born, Briar has been singing. Unlike most people in the industry, he has never had a vocal coach. Unless you count his sisters who often tell him to keep it down. Briar was born on April 1st, 1995 to Amelia and Easton August. He is the first boy born to the couple. Living in California is not as easy as people make it seem on TV. The August clan lives in Bakersfield, California and living in Bakersfield you are either filthy rich or poor. There really wasn't any in between. For the August clan, they were dirt poor. Amelia and Easton did their best to provide for the family, always making sure that the clothes were clean, the children were fed, and everyone was happy. Like most children living in poverty, the children didn't know they were poor. They thought that they were like everyone else. This proved to be wrong when the kids started school they found out just how poor they were. The other children pointed out how much wear and tear their clothes were, how they had better things than the August Bunch, and even how they smelled better than they did.


With all of this happening to not just himself but his sisters, Briar had to take a stand for the family. Most parents were called to school because their little angel threw a temper tantrum. Not Briar. He got into fights. Not just with children his age but ones that were his older sister's age. Some fights he would win, some he would lose, and some would end with someone pulling them apart. Needless to say, Briar is very protective of his family and just a protective person in general. Like most kids though, Briar used music as his escape and promised his family that he would get them out of where they were. He was going to make it. He's going to get them out. He's going to make a name for himself and that's his guarantee. Briar will do whatever it takes to get his family to a better place and knows that Hollywood U is going to help him get there.

Let's just talk about Briar, shall we? How would most people describe the tattooed, make up wearing, lip and nose pierced boy? As a flirt, a down-to-earth guy, protective, someone who doesn't care what others things, caring, and a teddy bear. Briar may give off the impression that he is mean, rude or even cold hearted. That is not the case thought. Most people think this simply based on his outer appearance. He likes to think that he is the poster child for "Don't Judge A Book by It's Cover".


Now, even though he is a sweetheart does not mean that Briar can't be mean and physical. If you get on his bad side, you'll wish you never did. He also is a major flirt. Briar never misses a beat when it comes to flirting with any girl/woman. This does not constitute to his sex life though. He is not a walking STD and refuses to ever become one. He doesn't care if it's Ariana Grande or Selena Gomez throwing themselves at him, he won't sleep with just anyone. He has standards too.

Anthony is what one would call reserved. He keeps to himself, rarely speaking a word unless needed to. The only time sound really comes from his mouth is when he's humming or singing a new tune he thought of. There are times when he'll hold a conversation with someone, or shoot a comment, but that's because he's a... jerk? Anthony's bluntness contradicts his reserved nature and people don't expect the cruel, honest words coming from him.


The Polish boy may appear as a cold, reserved person but in all reality, he's quite the broken character. His cold demeanor is a defensive mechanism. Because he was betrayed by the people he loves most, he can't help but push people away. A part of him does feel guilty but the other part is relieved that he'll have one less person to break down the barricade.

BIOGRAPHY


Anthony Rafal Zielinski was born in the bustling town of Charlottesville, Virgina to loving parents and as the youngest child of the family. Every day in the Zielinski household was filled with kindness and laughter, especially with the energetic child running about. Years passed and Tony was soon diving in the world of music with the assistance of his mother. Because of their cultural background and house rules, however, they had to keep their little musical excursions to themselves. A little secret between mother and son.


Around the age of eight, Anthony was introduced to a very new feeling and that was liking someone. Only the person he liked was a boy. He was confused, of course, because his father taught him that a male should only be with a female. Because of this, he kept that strange feeling to himself, however, one day he told his mother. His mother was surprised, of course, but she only told him she'd be there and that not to worry. A week later, she was diagnosed with form of breast cancer. The family immediately went to surgery and the cancer disappeared but two years later, it returned. This time worse.


Mrs. Zielinski was hospitalized when Anthony was ten to about age thirteen. He watched her health leave her, day by day, and saw the bright glow leave her eyes. It was painful for him, watching his mother leaving the earth and all he could do was sit there and watch her desiccation. One day, his mother told him not come the next day and to celebrate his birthday with his friend. Anthony was unsure but his mother was extremely persuasive, so he went out with a boy he'd be talking to. The day of his birthday, however, Mrs. Zielinski left the world. As if she knew she'd be leaving.


Shocked, heartbroken, and extremely enraged with himself, Anthony pushed his male friend away. Passed memories and guilt filled him and it was like his sexuality was the reason she passed. He prayed to the God he thought was real. To the God he believed was suppose to save him, but days, weeks, and months passed before he realized everything was for naught. No one could answer him. There was no one who he could confide his troubles to.


Anthony continued his life, trying to pick up bits and pieces of him and place them back together. He even got a secret boyfriend during his Senior year, however, his father found out about the relationship at graduation. Furious, his father grabbed him by the collar and drove the boy home. The next morning, men in white suits were at the door, saying he was being taken to a rehab facility.


The only thing Anthony chooses to recall during his time at rehab were the constant lectures, pills, and injections. "This is wrong.... you can't be like this.... God will not forgive you... you have sinned... this will make you better..."


After a year, he "convinced" his psychologist that he was fine and so he was released. Anthony didn't return home, however, but to a place called Hollywood U. Which was far, far, far away from his father.

They don't have the best relationship, especially considering his father sent him to rehab for being homosexual. Even if his homosexuality wasn't the issue, his love for music and art is. A strict Polish family such as the Zielinski's were expected to follow rules, and American born Tony was nothing near that.

Tony misses his mother dearly and she was literally the only person who understood him. His mother also shared the love for music and art. In fact, it was her who showed him the world through colorful eyes. If she were still alive, he wondered if she would have stopped his father from sending him away.

Susan is Tony's older sister and his only sibling. The two were rather close as children when their mother was alive, but slowly drifted apart after her death. He looked up to the older girl quite a bit, but the day he was taken away by the officials was his call to reality. She clearly didn't feel the same sibling-love her felt towards her.


Stacey Walkins (best friend.19)


Stacey is the only person Anthony allowed back into his life. They were extremely close friends throughout their childhood years and she knew of his secret. The only thing she didn't know, however, was the fact that his father had institutionalized him for that same secret. When he got out, he immediately went to California because he knew of her whereabouts through passed conversations and the very, very friendly Mr. and Mrs. Walkins.

He wore a curious look as the woman brought the boy closer to her, so her breast were against his back and a small book was held in front of the two. "Mu...sic... for... be-gen-irs?" Anthony tilted his head.[


His mother chuckled quietly as she put a finger to her lips. "Shh. You mustn't be too loud or your father will hear us." The brunette place his fingers together and zipped his lips shut before returning his attention to the book. He listened his mother explain whole notes, quarter notes, half notes, and much more as his eyes were slowly becoming heavy.


"Anthony? Anthony.... Tony..."


"Tony!"


Nineteen year old Anthony jumped up from the couch he slept on and groaned. His friend was peering down at him, her blue eyes filled with annoyance. Clearly, she wasn't happy he was taking up the living area but what could he have done? She was the only person he knew who had an apartment. That happened to be in California.


"Yeah?" He replied lazily as he brought his back against the soft sofa. The girl rolled her eyes.


"Don't 'yeah' me. I have your acceptance letter." She held out a large white envelope, which only made Anthony sigh.


"Just trash it Stacey. I di-" He paused and let her words sink in before snatching the piece of paper from her hands. She let out an "mhm" as his eyes grazed the beautifully printed words.


Hollywood U had accepted him.

Raised in Macon, Arron was constantly surrounded by miles and miles of empty land as well as a small chain of stores directly across the street. Jobs were scarce and her mother was somehow lucky to have been able to work in a bank which paid quite a large sum for a few hours. Her father worked as an attorney although his firm was small and things seemed to be moving along, Arron's little sister Kaden being brought into the family when Arron was 12. Life for the Rutherford's was supbar at most and as Arron grew, she couldn't help but feel bored by their circumstances, Macon didn't offer much and children her age were scarce to find. Arron began to grow lonely and was annoyed by her sister's persistence to play all the time, pushing her away and choosing to mope rather than find something to entertain her. Her mother noticed the gradual shift and began consulting with her husband, the two deciding that moving would possibly be in their best interests seeing as business was dwindling anyway. On the 6th of December, the Rutherfords packed their bags and made way towards a place that was considered to be bigger and better;


Hollywood.


It was certainly more busy and much more populated than Arron had expected (whom was now 15), her mother and father had transferred and had already ensured that there would be a home for them upon arrival. With that, they moved into a spacious apartment in a middle class neighborhood and Arron as well as Kaden were enrolled into school, things weren't easy after that..Kaden who was now 3 began exhibiting symptoms of autism and was later diagnosed with Asperger's, Arron's parents paying out of their pocket for a suitable pre-school which catered to children with autism. The price was costly but worth it and soon, Kaden began receiving more attention due to her disorder as the two girls got older; Arron wasn't concerned by this seeing as she knew that her sister needed attention and wanted her to feel better however this perspective was altered later on, it soon became all about Kaden and Arron was not completely happy when she was forced to withdraw from the dance classes she had been taking due to Kaden's need to attend girl scouts, it wasn't as if Arron despised her sister but she just wanted to be able to do something that didn't completely revolve around Kaden.


This didn't happen. Her parents obsessed over every little thing concerning their youngest daughter and if it wasn't perfect for Kaden, no one was happy, the little girl had a knack for pulling a temper tantrum whenever something was not done for her and she did not care who was around to see. Once Arron turned 18, she was discreetly glad to be able to have some form of freedom and decided that studying mental disorders would be in her best interest seeing as her sister happened to have one. It proved fruitful, although complicated and tedious, and soon Arron was able to get a degree in Anatomy, Psychology, and Criminal Justice amongst a few others..moving wasn't as heartbreaking or emotional as Arron had expected and she bid adieu to her family, taking residence in a house centered in a quiet neighborhood. From there, Arron decided that her only aspiration was to teach at Hollywood U, applying for a position and surprisingly enough, being accepted as a substitute first. She worked alongside another professor whom decided to take her under her wing, Arron was ecstatic when her job became permanent at Hollywood U but the stress which accompanied this took its toll..


Arron has worked at Hollywood U for quite a long time and she finds the University to be enlightening however the sheer anxiety cropped up a few medical conflicts and it has been haunting her for quite some time.

Having a soothing demeanor is key in a class that caters to information concerning mental disorders, Arron is able to enrapture others with her strong voice and air of intimidation that she puts on and she expects nothing but seriousness from her students. This isn't to say she is rude although most are quick to assume seeing as she pushes almost everyone away for fear that they will discover that she has 'conflicts' of her own, she is respectful and helpful to those she considers to work hard and she is lenient on her students although that may be a rarity. She certainly isn't uptight and often loves to crack jokes with others, being the more relaxed professor and rather simplistic when it comes to her expectations. There are conflicts with this seeing as Ms. Rutherford's disorder can lead to her becoming distant and antsy, paranoid in the presence of others and often reverting to a more tense nature which can make her snap at anyone who approaches. The smooth facade disappears quickly when Arron is in the throes of a hallucination although many mistake it for the woman being stressed which is a contributor but not entirely a cause, she can become anxious to the point where she has severe panic attacks but lately her new medication has prevented this from happening often.


Arron is sympathetic but she does not bend easily to the whims of others, it would take quite a lot to get her to do a certain person a favor seeing as she stands by the fact that everyone is capable of getting by on their own. Once she makes a decision, she stands by it and Arron has a bit of a persuasive aura which can make others adhere to her..at times, she doesn't often like to be around her students for too long after class because she is required to take her medication and the thought of having someone know just by looking is terrifying. Arron faces a constant fear that no one will take her seriously and she will be ridiculed.

She did not want to fall asleep.


It was a constant reminder that she was going to see something within her dreams that had no right to be there, she was not going to shut her eyes and face the daily horror that dreaming brought along. It was truly better in the early hours of dawn when Arron could face the daily obstacles that the morning held, she was able to see the mixture of emotions on her student's faces and consult with them on various topics that would or would not matter in the near future, it was something she was certainly grateful for being able to do but, as of late, that had changed dramatically. It had started as a quiet hum, barely audible within the depths of her mind and had transitioned into an ominous roar which had worked its way throughout her; if someone had asked, Arron would have told them this exactly as she recounted it seeing as this was what it felt like to lose grip on sanity. She wanted to remain at the University but this was impeding her progress and if they found out..

It was inevitable in the end but Arron was skilled at containing things that others did not need to know, after all, she had lied to her parents for quite a well and she had pretend that there was no inkling of hatred for her sibling. The guilt seemed to settle in at the thought and Arron sat up, a conflicting expression etched into her features before she scrubbed a hand across her face in an attempt to wipe away the thought. She was not going to delve into that at the moment, some things were better left unsaid and this happened to be one of them.

General Personality


A sweet and contemplative being, Chandler is quite possibly one of the kindest people you will ever meet. He has a knack for people and loves to be around them, especially new gals/guys. Though, he will always hold his already made friends close to his heart. His heart is often worn on his sleeve and though that has hurt him several times before, he keeps it where it is, because that is who he has always been.


He loves to smile and laughs often, a hearty sound that comes from his chest and shakes his whole body. He doesn't tell jokes much himself, but they're expertly crafted if he does. He finds bland, vulgar humor distasteful, but will try to indulge people who are into that sort of thing. In fact, he can get into almost anything if it means making someone happy.


While he is a sweet and gentle soul, when he snaps, he snaps. It can get scary fast and that is the last thing you want. His temper is especially fiery when it comes to those he loves and the sexuality he was born with. He won't hesitate to defend himself and is awfully good at holding grudges. An ill word is never spoken from the man, unless you've drawn it out yourself.

General Background


Chandler Ryan Garrard was born October 5, 1993 in Albany, New York to his loving parents, Katherine and Joseph. The youngest of five other boys, he grew up surrounded by people and was immensely loved by all members of his family. He was often babied, since his mother claimed she was done having children and she followed through with that claim. No other children were born into the Garrard family after Chandler.


Chandler was a happy boy, albeit quiet, and prospered in his first years of school. He found it comforting that he always had his brothers to turn to if needed. He made friends in school, was often the teacher's pet and continued with this right up into High School. And that was when it got a bit crazy. During Chan's Junior year, his two eldest brothers died in a car accident. One, was killed on impact, and the other died three weeks later in the hospital.


It took a large toll on them all, of course. They had to say good-bye to two of their loved ones in less than a month. It took the hardest toll on his father, who prided himself in his boys like nobody else. He bragged about them all daily and now, two ceased to exist. And he had a hard time handling that. He kept inside and focused on the boys that remained, but Chandler could see straight through him. For once, Chandler took the parenting role and forced his father to see someone. He needed help, or he'd keep silent until he broke.


They all got through the tragedy, but still feel the ache whenever they think of the two boys. Chandler's graduation was possibly one of the greatest and worst days of his life. Though, a lot of his extended family showed up from out of state, he couldn't help but think of his brothers and how he wished they could have been there.


Then, he was on his own. He got accepted to Hollywood U three years later when he was 21 and has been there since.
